Visited here on a friend’s recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. The food was fantastic.. prepared beautifully and the terrace was a great place to sit, relax and enjoy great dishes. Especially as it was one of the hottest days of the year. Coco.. who looked after us was so friendly , knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Overall top class with a difference.

So nice on a sat night for cocktails! Really delicious Straight To Hell (strawberry and hedgerow vibes with a bit of nuttiness from the clarified soya milk) and a strong rum cocktail! Music good level and decent vibes! Beautiful view across the skyline! Didn’t eat but the food smelled and looked great. Staff were all super nice, especially the person who took our drinks orders and recommended her favourite - thank you!

LLama Inn: is it really Peruvian Gastronomy that can compete with places like Lima Fitzrovia or Tierra Peru? Unfortunately, I dont think so... unless they develop a more sophisticated Peruvian concept here in London. By its name, as for someone who has not visited their other establishments in Brooklyn and Madrid... I would expect at least " Alpaca meat sold on their menu" but they dont. They just taken the name of Llama perhaps for a merchandise reason and that was completely proven on both of my visits. The food is great, outstanding on some occacions but has not grasp 100% the concept of Peru's food scene. No Peruvian chef working on their kitchens, most of sauces including those horrible sad empanadas are bought from a supplier which compromises your hard work. In terms of their Ceviches, they manage to impress and looking forward for more. Only them seemed to develop that sort of fusion cultures, they were extremely good ! Their "brochetas" as I cant called them anticuchos because they are not anticuchos were highly interesting, full on marinated flavours and a similar cooking techniques towards street food I always enjoy in the city of Lima. Yet, there is a lack of investigation towards Peruvian cultive produce... for example: I noticed their "pollo a la brasa" comes with french fries ?? How about studying the varieties of highland potatoes-tubers that Peru has to offer worldwide, would be great to see them on your menu... come on chefs, you boast being awarded a Michelin Guide entry over there in New York but you fail to understand Peru's biodiversity here in London?? Their chocolate mousse was utterly delicious despite that terrible presentation... it was so badly presented showing me a lack of pride for a good and balanced peruvian chocolate dessert. Overall, great service from 3 of their staff only... and a shortage of understanding what goes into every dish from the rest of front of house to be honest. The restaurant concept is more to sell, sell, sell rather than showcasing a unique food culture.

Well after spending weeks researching roof top bars and restaurants in London decided to shoot for this place, residing on the 7 th floor of the beautiful hotel it sits upon on the heart of achingly cool Hoxton / Shoreditch! First the positives, pretty easy to find and nicely decorated and with ok views on a day when the sun is actually on duty in London it would be a contender for a must visit … very New York without the vibe. For what was a birthday occasion which the staff seemed totally oblivious , despite the usual special request boxes being filed out! The nice front of house young man was warm and welcoming and showed us to a table next to a very loud shouty party who pretty much ruined the occasion before it started…. Only one bottle of non alcoholic lager available ( despite a fully stocked bar on the ground floor surely carrying adequate stock) which was replaced by an opened pale ale alternative which despite being drinkable I didn’t want, which was good as they only had one bottle of that too! Unbelievably poor. The requested ice arrived ages after the glasses of massively overpriced Chenin had been pretty much sunk. The food is actually pretty good, nicely prepared and very tasty, problem was there was so little of it on the plate! Insanely over priced for such little content…. Yes the location and bar is nice and has potential but is missing a trick or two…. The staff of which were many, were ion the whole ok but seemed a bit disinterested and didn’t attempt to engage or show any enthusiasm or belief in the products on offer( all be them ok for somebody calorie counting! the concept is seemingly snacks or small plates then make them a tad more substantial… not asking much for the prices accorded… birthday let down done we decided to check out early £140 quid worse off and hungry and thirsty… thank heavens ever reliable Pizza express delivered what was needed an hour later in Covent Garden . I so wanted to like Llana inn but felt really let down on so many levels ….probably won’t prosper in its current format

We had the worst dining experience we’ve had in years. This restaurant is really bad. We went yesterday evening for date night and I was expecting lively Peruvian food and yummy cocktails. The service was absolutely atrocious, I had to ask three different servers just to get a plate, then they forgot cutlery. Some of our food order was missing. I had to literally jump up from the table and wave someone down to get a drink - the staff were literally running between tables they are so understaffed. The food was not very exciting. Portions were tiny. Some of the dishes were ok. We ordered one of almost everything from the small dishes and starters to make it a tapas style sharing meal. We basically had a chance to try most of the menu, nothing stood out as memorable except some incredibly dry corn - it was disgusting and I won’t forget that in a hurry it was that bad. Service was so awful we refused to pay the l charge added on to our bill. We were supposed to stay for drinks after and make a night of it on the terrace but we took our money elsewhere. Honestly the worst date night ever. Do not go. Pachamama is far superior in every aspect the food is delicious and the service is fantastic, also Nobu is over the road which is always perfect,

Just wow! We couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday with family and friends. We were given the private dining room off the kitchen and it felt as if we were h
