The servers were so welcoming, my partner and I had a lovely time , it felt like a family run resturant with love and passion in to the place. The food was delicious, I would definitely recommend the chicken masala , it is with a mushroom sauce that is georgus with both veg and chips. The lasagna was lovely too my partner said it's the best one they have ever had The fudge cake and tirrumsu was a great end to a beautiful night My only thing I would say is please add panocotta as it's one of the best desserts apart from creme brule I grew up in a italian restaurant everything I ate brought me back to those wonderful and simple times , thank you for making our Saturday one to remember in the best way

The early bird is very good value for money. The waiter was attentive and there is a good atmosphere inside. It is currently BYOB.

My husband and I had a gorgeous meal here for our wedding anniversary. All the food was delicious. We had the prawn salad and caesar salad to start, spaghetti with seafood and the sea bass for mains and then the lemon sorbet and creme brulee for dessert. We also ordered a side of zucchini fries. The service was great. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Food amazing but the staff are another level - so friendly and amazing value

I came to have dinner here with my family on my birthday. I was very impressed with food and service. The waiter Jivani is very intensive. The food was delicious. And definitely come back again. Recommended food: Saesar salad, Mussels. Salmom finocchi, Fudge cake and Cheese cake.

Very disappointing. Used to go here 3-4 times a year, admittedly about 8-10 years ago and was always a decent option. We went for a friends birthday before Christmas and it was poor. Nothing really tastes fresh, I suspect a lot of the dishes are brought in and reheated, especially the lasagne. Won’t be going again. Service was good and it was busy but a very disappointing meal.

Love, love, love, this restaurant has got to best place in sale for Italian food by far. Govannie is the nicest man ever, so friendly and welcoming. Food is amazing never once in all the years coming have I had a bad meal. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 👌

Nice little Italian restaurant. I had pasta and hubby had chicken in a curry flavoured sauce? Food was very nice, service good and friendly. We were staying in a Travelodge in Sale, so this was convenient and turned out to be very pleasant.

My new favourite restaurant, me and my family went here for my sisters birthday and the staff were amazing, they sung happy birthday to her without us even telling them to, the food was also amazing and arrived to our table extremely quickly . We chose to arrive as soon as they opened so we got to do the early bird deal ( which is definitely worth it as it was really cheap and included a starter main and dessert ) . The music and atmosphere were all amazing and made me feel like I was in Italy. 100/10 would definitely recommend.

As someone who isn't a big paste lover I have to say this restaurant is very nice. I went here with my family and everyone said the food was lovely, and served with Italian passion. The restaurant is quite small so booking is recommended. I would say you could access this venue in a wheelchair, however I would call their very friendly staff to discuss your requirements. There's minimal parking on the main road but there is a carpark near the metro sation. If you love pasta then you definitely need to give this restaurant a try.

I stumbled across Linguine in Sale for an early evening meal. So glad I did - this place is fantastic. The Staff are brilliant and you’ll find the owner at front of house to welcome you with focus and charm. The quality of the food is amazing and served promptly - even though they were busy. Linguine is my new #1 choice for Italian dining

Honestly this place is beautiful. They fit me and my friends in last minute yesterday evening and we had a fabulous night! The food is incredible and the staff were beyond phenomenal and were super attentive, warm, welcoming and accommodating! I even mentioned wanting baklava to take home with me in passing and one of the staff went out there way to go somewhere else and get me some baklava to take home with me. It was so sweet and unexpected and they really do go above and beyond! Cannot recommend enough. I will definitely be back here very soon:-)

Have visited this restaurant numerous times over the years and have always been pleased, but not been for a while. Ordered one child's meal and 2 courses from the early bird (eb) menu. Service was fast and food delicious, but beer warm Bill arrives and no discount for eb meals despite qualifying. Apologises, then told only applies to starter and main course not dessert, but this is not made clear on website or menu. Disappointed that have to ask for discount when should have been automatically applied.

Superb, we enjoyed the atmosphere the brilliant service and the food. Excellent in all areas, defo go again. Bruschetta, sea bass, and lasagna, all hot and full of flavour.

First time at Linguine, ordered the early bird special menu, garlic bread, pepperoni pizza and chocolate fudge cake. Food was amazing and the price was only £15.50. Staff are superb, so prompt with the food and service. Lovely atmosphere. You will not be disappointed.

This is a lovely little restaurant. Lovely pizza and pasta, and the steaks are delicious. It has a ice friendly atmosphere and Aras and staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome appreciated. It gets very busy at peak times so definitely book. Much quieter mid-week.

We as a family have been to Linguine in Sale on many occasions either as a family or just my husband and myself. The atmosphere is excellent. The service is first class. The food perfect and very tasty. The staff are very friendly and polite. Jovanni is a very good host and the restaurant is run excellently. The restaraunt is always busy which speaks for itself. The early bird menu has plenty of choice and they dont scrimp on portions.

Fantastic food and amazing value for money. Staff are great. Only downside is it gets very busy and is only a small restaurant so can be a bit of a wait on occasions, but worth it.

Went today after quite a while very nice they were very busy getting things ready for teatime service but really really you need to change your soup offering it's been the same for years red lentil and cumin.

I had the best Tuna salad main meal I’ve ever had. Husband had a fantastic pizza. The staff were very efficient and attentive. Aras, the manager was amazing and treated everyone with great kindness and respect. Altogether a fantastic team who worked brilliantly with each other. It was husband’s birthday and everyone sang Happy Birthday to him and the atmosphere was brilliant 🤩

Great little Italian restaurant, Aras is always so welcoming, the staff work so hard and are absolutely wonderful and the food is amazing. Aras even opened a bottle of wine so that I could use the cork to take my unfinished wine home with me, which was also delicious! Would highly recommend.

Went for the early bird with my friends and we couldn’t have been more disappointed. My friends had the pizza and the portions were so small. I had the sea bass and it was so tasteless and clearly was not fresh. They charged us £5 for a lime soda which was ridiculous and on the website it says it’s £13.50 for 3 courses in the early bird but then in person it says it’s £11.50 for 2 courses and £4 if you want a dessert, 2 of my friends got desserts that then we found out were not included so they had to pay an additional £6 for these. We came as we thought it was be a nice and cheap meal out but it turned out expensive and didn’t taste very nice. The desserts however were delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive but not worth the money overall.

We went last Thursday for a friend's birthday. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Really made my friends birthday special. I took a cake in and they bought it out and sang her happy birthday. Great value for money too. Looking forward to my next visit!

This restaurant is an exceptional establishment in the area. The chef consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect. It never fails to offer exactly what you desire. I highly recommend this dining experience. Harry, you must try it.

Lovely menu in a warm atmosphere

Finally got to visit here recently and looked really forward to it having read all the great reviews. But wow, what a let down to say the least! Poor food; taste and quality was average at best (that’s being kind). Odd staff who are inattentive and careless. Not the cleanest of restaurants either which is further confirmed by an unpleasant smell in/on the way to the toilet/walking past the kitchen. And to wrap it all up not one Italian person in sight staff wise so zero authenticity overall!

We (8 of us) enjoyed Christmas dinner at Linguine for the first time. Service was well organised, attentive and welcoming. All 3 courses were absolutely delicious. Starters - We tried everything from the homemade fishcake to the chicken terrine and butternut squash soup, all of which were fresh and really tasty. Mains - the turkey was melt in the mouth, the sirloin was outstanding and the salmon to die for. Dessert - everything was amazing, in particular the homemade cheesecake. All the staff were friendly and happy. A thoroughly enjoyable Christmas Day meal. At £60 per head, the experience represented extremely good value for money. Well done and thank you.

This is a fabulous cozy place. The early bird offer menu till early eve is a must! Zana is so caring of my mother Maria and invited her for Christmas. Always full so book, and great atmosphere, we'll be back!

Had a delicious fresh pasta dish (chicken, mushroom tagliatelle) & muscles for starters & a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Gorgeous little gem of a restaurant with authentic Italian dishes. We had a shot of Amaretto on the house, staff really lovely too.

Really nice restaurant. I ordered crab for starters, and it was nice. Chicken Parma ham was yummy, a lot of chicken! Sauce was really yummy. Dessert - omg, order the tiramisu. He said homemade. Looked homemade tasted it. It's easy and simple when it's done right. Also, a nice shot of baileys and disiranno offered at the end of the meal. Fab service. Would only mark down little for a few small reasons- I ordered crab and prawn cocktail came out, no problem, but one of the prawns was a little too cold. The tables are a little too close for my liking, but I understand why also. You could kind of sea the food in the hallway on way to bathroom in kitchen, pasta in big trays uncovered which is kind of weird to me, makes me question hygiene etc. But overall, it's definitely a place to go. Order some wine i expect. It's really nice wine. I didn't order steak, but I bet it's good. My friend had salmon and said it was delicious. Order a tiramisu. They made a nice sing along and fuss for 2 birthdays in the 6 so a nice vibe to go.

We attended a family meal here last night . The service was good however we were very rushed . Upon arriving home my partner had an upset stomach and subsequently continued through the night . As one of our boys was also poorly afterwards and my sister , we rang to make the restaurant aware . As most of the family are regulars we thought it best to make them aware as at that point it seemed that all 3 had eaten one same meal . The manager was to call us back to check on how we were today - no call !! . I actually took poorly in the night as did one of my nieces, that was 5 of us . My sister a regular made them aware also and was met by a rude Director who accused us of trying to scam him . We had asked for nothing and simply done the decent thing by making them aware . My partner was offered a free meal which we were not requiring as he was aware only the restaurant to check before serving more customers what the food issue could be . I would consider this to be quite considerate course of action by a customer. As for the restaurant the call was not received between 2-3pm today and at this point there is 4 families, whom 3 are regulars that will not return and certainly not recommend. 5 FAMILY MEMBERS WITH FOOD POISONING !!!!!!
