The new spa and gym are fantastic, I have a membership and make the trip from 20mins away. As somebody that is not particularly interested in Golf, the other facilities are still worth it alone. If you plan to stay at one of the lodges, they are all very new and well-kept and come with access to the spa and gym facilities.

Visited the spa today with my mum and sister for a 2nd time and was a bit disappointed, last time I found it very relaxing and had an amazing stay in the spa and lodge however this time we only did the spa day and although we still had a lovely day with an amazing treatment and facilities we were a bit disappointed with how busy the spa was, as a group of 3 we couldn’t get sat together for hours and there were many people hogging the loungers. We felt like we were constantly being watched when we was sat anywhere because everyone was just so desperate for a seat. The staff did say they would be watching the loungers but didn’t really say anything to some of the people in the spa that was on the beds for hours, we also watched a lot of people even leave their towels and then go for lunch only to return to the same seats.

Stayed for the night in one of the garden pods. Stunning and quiet location, accommodation was well presented and had a hot tub too! Huge amount of facilities available on site. TV, and WiFi included (which was needed as I struggled for signal) Only issue was bed was quite hard, however more than adequate for the accommodation I was staying in, well worth checking out!

We’ve just had the most relaxing morning at the spa. I had accidentally booked the wrong date when we turned up (thanks spa breaks) and was gutted, as we had planned this as a treat for my mother who has just retried. The staff without hesitation told us we could attend that morning, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this. The staff in general were extremely friendly, much more so than other spas I’ve been to over the years, and went out of their way to help you and have genuine interactions with you, which for me, is a huge part of the spa experience - you want to feel welcome, so you can feel instantly relaxed. The facilities were great, especially on a sunny day, and we all had the most relaxing and enjoyable time,. It’s a fairly small spa, but the quality of the sauna, steam, pools etc. make it feel luxurious and worth every penny. The lunch was exquisite, sometimes they can feel a bit slap dash or you’re present with a buffet bar, but not this place with a team of excellent chefs on hand, it feel like an up market restaurant, adorned with teddy couches and a decour that was eloquent and zen. Thank you to the staff for making our retirement treat a wonderful experience, I’ve left her with two very happy and relaxed women, so I would highly recommend and will certainly be returning.

A wonderful experience at the Laceby Manor. Very beautiful settings and landscape. Instructions were very easy to follow. Me and the other half had a splendid few days away. Reason I’m giving it a 4* is because although the pods inside was very clean and tidy the negative was the outside of the pods as it was very dirty with cobwebs, spiders and random flies stuck near the entrance. If housekeeping could when tidying the pods clean the outside it would have gotten a 5* as that was the only negativity we had. Other than this I would recommend this to couples of even small families.

Really beautiful venue. Staff really friendly. Massage was fantastic. Pizza was lovely. My star off is because of the following* Not enough beds for everyone to relax outside No wet floor signs for hazardous pool floor. A really poor selection of snacks in between arriving at 9.30 and eating at 2pm. You’re really missing a trick with this. We weren’t the only ones to ask about snacks. Not enough staff to cater for all the people who wanted drinks. The poor ladies were run ragged trying to help everyone. This is really unfair to customers and the staff. Lemon posset had zero lemon in it, but that’s really nitpicking. I recommend the venue and staff, but the little bits have hampered me coming back and spending nearly £200 for a days trip.

Terrible health and safety - slipped and fell, awful follow up. Unsafe to visit if you have poor mobility. I slipped in a pool of water beside the indoor pool, fell with a bump to the floor in the third trimester of my pregnancy. The fall was caused by slippery tiles from the poolside shower. Two staff witnessed me falling, but didn't seem to know what health and safety procedures to follow. Instead of spending the day relaxed, I had to go direct to hospital and spent then 4 hours plus a follow up hour the next day in hospital. Appalling follow up customer service. After raising concerns by email I was promised a refund that hasn't come. A general manager replied to tell me they were looking into my concerns. I've been waiting 7 weeks now - clearly they do not care.

The Spa and facilities are excellent, however I was very disappointed with the massage. It was more of a stoke of the skin. They don’t provide deep tissue, that’s what the Hydro machine is for. I ended up paying £125 for a therapist and hydro massage and neither satisfied. It was a shame as the rest of the spa day was excellent.

Requested a treatment and I confirmed by email but they didn’t follow up when their payment request was not responded to as it went in junk and on arrival no treatment !!! I have requested a refund. I bet I know the answer. Shocking. Spoilt my day. Response to review was not satisfactory… Laceby manor said because I turned up but didn’t go in the spa my voucher is classed as used !! I didn’t go in because they had cancelled part of the booking. They say they rang me but this is not true. No messages and no missed calls. I have been in touch with trading standards and they say I need to process my claim as if they had indicated something extra was booked and they could not follow through the whole ‘contract is void’ the contract being the voucher.

I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by my recent stay at Laceby Manor & Spa. What should have been a relaxing retreat turned into an experience marred by blatant racism and discrimination. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were being treated differently because of our age and the color of our skin. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and patronizing. When we attempted to raise our concerns, we were met with outright hostility, including the manager telling us, "I don’t care, I don’t want to hear about race," when we explained how we felt. This complete disregard for our feelings and the seriousness of the situation was shocking and unacceptable. We did not feel safe during our stay, as we were constantly watched by both staff and other guests, making us feel as though we were being targeted. This was particularly distressing given the current racial tensions in the UK. It is appalling that a place like Laceby Manor & Spa, which markets itself as a luxury destination, would allow such discriminatory behavior to occur. It’s important to note that our experience is not an isolated incident. Many other Google reviews also highlight similar issues of racism and discriminatory treatment at this establishment. I strongly advise anyone, especially people of color, to reconsider visiting Laceby Manor & Spa. No one should have to endure the racism and lack of respect that we experienced. CONTINUATION **Google Review:** I am deeply disappointed by Laceby Manor & Spa’s response to my complaint. Instead of addressing the serious issues of racism and discrimination that my Partner experienced, they focused solely on trivial matters like the room. This is beyond unacceptable. During our stay, we were treated with blatant racism by staff members, who were patronizing, rude, and dismissive. When we expressed our frustrations, we were promised complimentary services, only to have them denied later—clearly because of our skin color. Even worse, we were accused of theft, a baseless accusation that seemed rooted in racial prejudice. It’s disturbing that our experience mirrors other reviews on Google, indicating a pattern of racist behavior at this establishment. Laceby Manor & Spa has completely ignored these serious allegations in their response, failing to acknowledge the discrimination we faced. I strongly advise anyone, especially people of color, to avoid this place. No one should have to endure the racism and disrespect we encountered.

**Unprofessional- poor service- misleading- bad communication** I bought my mother as a gift a ‘Twilight spa evening’ to experience with my father. I paid £130 for this experience. It stated on the voucher - ‘Arrive for 4.30pm to check-in. Experience the Spa with indoor/outdoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam room, herbal sauna and terrace kitchen with pizza oven and open fireplace until 8pm.’ It did not state that you had to pay for a pizza seperately. Why mention that there is a pizza oven to use and fireplace if this isn’t going to be provided? For £130 this is extremely misleading and led to a huge disappointment. In addition to this my mother booked and added spa treatment which on arrival had been cancelled as the information had not been followed up. I would appreciate someone to contact me and a full refund!

Okay so in the greater respect of things if you are a golfer and couple then, yes, might get four stars. However we are a couple in our 50’s travelling down here for a wedding. Children aged 14 and 8 couldn’t use the pool with me in attendance as it’s for 18 and over only, and only if you have booked a spa day. Someone else at the wedding got the same response. The lodge itself was mostly tidy, with dead insects splattered on walls and ceilings, cobwebs in easy to clear places ( as a 5’4” woman I did it myself without issue) shouldn’t have had to but 14 year old was worried they would come and get her in her sleep!! Things not working: Remote control had no back on it so batteries kept on falling out. TV switched on and off throughout the day, loss of signal but happened at least 30 times within four hours. Sky TV didnt work at all in sitting room and bedrooms are just freeview. Iron was falling apart, despite me having it on max I could not iron a shirt and had to ask my daughter in another lodge to do it. We had no plates or bowls or knife block the first night, had to wait on them bringing some over on the Saturday. The hot tub is impossible to close over as the lock is the other way meaning you need to squeeze along the ledge and try and pull it over which I was unwilling to do, my 6’3” with size twelve feet had no chance of being able to do it. The blind in the second bathroom wouldn’t go back up so had to stay firmly down. There was no hair dryer so had to borrow one from the lodge next door. They left two towels for four people, needless to say these don’t get changed throughout the stay. Probably more that we will find before we leave tomorrow, we won’t be back. Fine if you just want to golf or sit and do nothing but that’s not possible with children.

Laceby Manor Resort and Spa in North Lincolnshire is a luxurious retreat that offers a perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and elegance. Nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, this resort provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodations at Laceby Manor are top-notch, we stayed at the HAMILTON LODGE with spacious rooms that are tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern amenities. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Many rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape, adding to the tranquil ambiance of the resort. The lodge was exceptionally well-equipped, paying meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring that all you need to bring is your shopping. I didn't know such quality and service existed in the UK until experiencing Laceby Manor. We are a family of five, and my three children were genuinely saddened when we left the lodge, a testament to how much they loved the experience. We will definitely be back.

A lovely place. Few things that could have been better but a few things that really made a difference. First of all the cleanliness, inside was very good minus a couple of odd spill marks on the floor in the bedroom and the corners of the door filled with a little dirt. Nothing major just the usual wear and tear. Outside could have done with a wash. Loads of cobwebs which I get in the country side you expect but more than normal had it had a jet wash before we shrived. But old water stains on the privacy glass hadn’t been cleaned. The decking could have done with a clean too. Nothing really bad just expected a little bit more cleaner as it was supposed to be pure luxury. The price was quite expensive but we got a really good price on it and for the price we were happy. Not sure if we would have been as happy if we had paid full price though. Then the hot tub. It didn’t have temperature control on this one and it was really hot. I get a hot tub is meant to be hot but the weather was hot which made it a little too much to use. Of course the weather is not the parks fault and I’m sure of it was the usual English summer of rain and wind then this temperature would of been perfect. The hot tub was also covered which is great for privacy and even though it faced the other cabins it had privacy glass and was in the ground so was really good. Also the controls were a little broken. Well used and had to find the perfect spot to get it to turn on the jets. Little sand in the bottom of the tub as we arrived so unsure if it was fully emptied and cleaned or the sand may just be from the person cleaning it then filling it prior to our arrival. Was not convinced it was cleaned every day, they say after cleaning they place a rubber duck that comes with the hot tub on top of the hot tub and they said it would be back on top after they clean it so you know they have been and cleaned it. However this only happened once. It may just be they left the duck on the floor however because of this I was not sure it was cleaned everyday. Inside for what you expect was amazing. Freezer was frosted over but apart from that amazing. Ice cubes. Milk. Cookies. Washing tablets. Dishwasher tablets. Washing up liquid. Little bottles of soap, shampoo and lotion. Hand wash. Towels. Scourer for the dishes. All utensils you would need. I have been to many lodges but this one had the most I have ever seen. Perfect. Really good smart tv in the living room and both bedrooms. Bed was ok. Not the best but certainly not the worst. Very spacious living and dining area. The view was fantastic. We overlooked part of the golf course and even had a chat to the golfers who were very nice. If you are up early enough then you will see plenty of wildlife. Never tried the bar as it seemed you had to dress up. May be wrong but that’s what we read so didn’t bother as could not be bothered to dress up with the heat and day’s activities so stayed in the lodge but that’s our preference anyways, thats why we went to a remote lodge. Greggs subway spar and Morrisons within 5 minutes drive away. Overall there were a few things that could of improved but it was a great lodge and I wouldn’t hesitate coming back to it.

Just had a weekend here, I’ve left a big review on trip advisor but a long story short, a great weekend, all you need in the lodge, flat screen tv’s (with Netflix) washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler,USB ports, a super clean oven ( looks brand new) great surroundings, good views, nice private hot tub, well furnished decking, perfectly kept grounds, massive golf course, nice food in restaurant. The lodge was very clean, fresh and bright. Update 15-7-24 we are back. Absolutely fantastic, staying in the boutique lodge..cannot fault it! The pictures will show you how good this lodge is..for me, the highlight is the sauna..the kids love the hot tub, the Smeg and Samsung kitchen appliances are also a nice touch! 65inch TV media wall also a great finish.

Lovely stay at Laceby manor lodges. We stayed in Moonlight lodge for my birthday, it was gorgeous inside and out and the nice weather helped too! The lodge inside had plenty of facilities, iron, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, tea/coffee, milk, a wine cooler and there was a bottle of Prosecco with a happy birthday note. The lodge was clean inside and there were cleaning products to use to keep on top of this, including a vac. The lodge was absolutely red hot, even when keeping the blinds down. We emailed and asked for a fan (alongside the slippers we had paid for but were missing from our room) and someone brought them round by 10.30am with a fan they had managed to find. The fan didn’t make a huge difference, so definitely bring light clothing/sleepwear. The decking could do with a little TLC, I’m not sure how often it is washed/brushed off but there were loads of cobwebs and things stuck in cobwebs all along the decking. There was a lot of dust, leafs and feathers along the corners of the decking and I went round with a dustpan and brush before we could comfortably sit out. There were old bird poo’s engraved into the decking which again I think could have been jet washed a long time prior to us coming. I know this would be additional work for the resort, but the dirty/cobwebbed decking did lower the standard of cleanliness overall. There’s not a great deal to do within walking distance from the lodges. It’s around a 25 min drive to cleethorpes but that wasn’t the best day out. There’s a village a 10 min drive away (Waltham) and we went to the Farm House pub which has a huge beer garden, it was lovely there. It’s a 2hr25 min walk from the lodge so this could have been done if we’d have found it sooner. The club house on site doesn’t have loads of seating and we walked past 3 times over an hour before we could see a free table. Drinks weren’t terribly priced, it was £15 for a small Prosecco and a pint of lager. We didn’t eat at either the clubhouse or the Oak Room, but the pizzas looked nice. We walked into Laceby but there wasn’t a great deal there. We had a lovely chilled weekend, I’m not sure we’d return given how many other lodge resorts there are to try, but this was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. Thank you!

If you want to book accomodation next to a wedding venue which sounds like a night club with loud people at midnight, stay awake, listening to all sorts of noises and pay lots for this, this is the place!!!

Stayed in the Wentworth Lodge. Clean, well presented and comfortable. Check in and out simple with keys left in the lodge on arrival and departure. Hot tub clean and private but unfortunately was unusable on the 1st night as it hadn't reached temperature. When we did get to use it the next day wasn't the best hot tub neither. Would have given 5 stars but showers were dissapointing. Water pressure was very poor and 1 of the showers was either too hot or cold. Not exactly what you want after being in the hot tub. At times no phone signal, luckily not too important for us but may be necessary for others.

Amazing. The lodges were really nice, very clean, modern, spacious and well maintained. Good facilities with all the mod cons. Loved the hot tub. My only complaint is that the cleaners need to remember to dust the ceiling fan extractors in the bathrooms as I experienced a not so nice 'dustfall' after coming out of the shower. It's a little on the pricey side and I've tried to look for a cheaper alternative but couldn't find anything that matched the beauty and quality of the spa and its setting. It is indeed a luxury spa. The spa has really great packages and facilities including an aromatherapy steam room, heated infinity pool, 2 natural swimming ponds, herbal sauna, regular sauna and there are so many other treatment and relaxation rooms. Please note that the cost of spa access is separate to the accommodation costs. However, if you're staying in one of their accommodations they're currently offering a discount of 15% on spa packages and treatments. Great hospitality from the staff who were so professional and attentive. Marj and Patricia were lovely. Would love to go again.

We came for our mini moon. Laceby Manor was excellent. The lady who welcomed us at the lodge reception knew who we were before we said our name. The lodge we stayed in was Moonlight, it had a hot tub and sauna. Absolutely spotless and so cute!! We had dinner in the Oak room our first night. Staff were lovely and food was delicious. Day 1 at the spa was a delight. The spa is spotless. Marj the spa butler was so friendly and attentive, she gave us a very detailed tour of the facility and this prompted us to book the mud rasul for the following day. The ability to order drinks to the loungers was a nice touch. We had a Voya facial each at 2pm. Lisa and Zoe were brilliant, they popped us in the couples couchette after. That evening we ordered pizza and collected it from the Oak Room to have in the lodge, very tasty and they called us to let us know it was ready. Day 2 at the spa was even better than day 1, again spotless. Although clearly more people it didn’t feel it was overcrowded in the slightest. Service from the butlers and receptionists was still incredible, Marj even asked us if we slept well and asked if we were looking forward to our mud rasul. Massages at 11am were lovely by Aimee and Zoe, again off to the couchette afterwards. We enjoyed the facilities before lunch, could not fault a thing. Everything worked to the highest standard. The mud rasul at 3pm was brilliant. So well explained by the spa butler whose name I’m sorry I didn’t catch, the added infused water was well needed and a nice touch. On our last evening, we had dinner in the Oak Room, again, delighted. Food delicious, service brilliant. Not to mention we had breakfast for 3 mornings which was fab! We can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back. Claire & Mahendran.

Amazing Log Cabins my family have been coming here for years but unfortunately the reception staff of the spa are horrendous! A course in customer service is needed for the staff and the so called ‘manager’ and we will now be never returning to this resort. After speaking to other people who attended the spa the same day as my family they had unfortunately experienced the same treatment so it wasn’t only us who experienced this disgusting customer service from the members of staff. The other review states racism and I couldn’t agree more. I tried attending the main reception after being verbally abused and threatened by the staff to speak to the main manager but it was closed I would happily be contacted now by the manager to discuss this situation ! Stay clear of the spa :)

Hot tub was serviced daily. Easy check in and check out. Outdoor chairs were good quality as well but due to weather we didn’t use them. Our lodge had kitchen roll, washing pods, fairy liquid, surface spray and dishwasher tablets in the cupboards, along with cleaning items (mop & bucket / brush / vac, freezer and washer) Advertised a welcome package on arrival but not a “package” on the counter for you but more like some essentials in the kitchen area- tea/coffee/sugar, milk in the fridge and a jar of cookies which was helpful. We missed a couple of things in the lodge, could have done with a couple more hand towels or kitchen towels as we had nothing to dry washing up with, no sponge either in the sink. We all thought it unusual that there were no bathrobes, stayed in lodges with hot tubs before and always had robes and slippers. Also had 1 plastic cup between 4 for the hot tub, all others were glass. No tissues or flannels in the bathroom and we found we ran out of loo roll towards the end of the stay. We had a lovely time, I would say the quality of the furnishings were a lot nicer than the crockery and glassware these were practical and basic, we made managed fine with everything supplied. The Lodges are quite closely packed in, not much privacy as your facing the golfers one side and the other is the front of other lodges, not the prettiest view while you’re in the hot tub but it’s good you’re covered when it rains. Didn’t see any staff other than the hot tub maintenance, didn’t use the spa/gym as quite pricey for what you’ve already paid and wanted to enjoy the lodge and hot tub as much as possible. Found that from 9am on departure day the hot tub was drained and a cleaning box placed beside the lodge door ready for us to leave, check out isn’t till 10 but it was good to see the hot tub was properly cleaned between guests. Would visit again.

TWILIGHT SPA EXPERIENCE The spa is lovely but small and certain things don’t seem very well thought out. There are not many hooks for towels/robes outside the saunas/steam room so a lot of people were leaving their robes over loungers and chairs so you either couldn’t use them or people got confused and took the wrong slippers/robes. The floor also got very wet so when you came out of the saunas or steam room you had to put soggy slippers back on. The spa butlers were trying to stay on top of it but they were also busy getting people drinks. For the evening spa experience everyone arrived at the same time and had to be out at the same time which meant you had to stand in a cold changing room which was a little bit awkward as they are small and not a lot of room to move whilst queuing for the showers as only two in each! And then queuing for the hairdryers. This also meant everyone went through to the oak room for food at the same time and we didn’t get our food for 90 minutes. The pizza was really nice when we did eventually get our food. I think it would be better if the spa staggered evening experience times or just be prepared to have to get out extra early to get showered and ready for your meal.

The actual lodge is beautiful however the floor was dirty when we checked in. Mud/ dirt left on the floor so obviously had not been swept or mopped. The dinnerware was chipped and had food marks on them. My friend and I had treatments booked at the spa and they messed up in the booking - I rung up twice to confirm times rooms and treatments- they guaranteed us the double room if we went with the shorter time for facials. So we reduced our time of the treatments from 50 mins to 25 mins. However, when we arrived they took us in separate rooms even though we said. We spoke to the spa reception after the treatments and they said we were meant to be in the double but still got taken to separate ones. So we have compromised gone for the shorter time and still been put in separate rooms which was a waste of time. We had the exact same facials booked but my friend got a different experience to me. Mine felt very rushed. My friend received the neck and shoulder massage whereas I did not. The description of our treatment said it would be adapted to our skin type however not once were either of us asked what type of skin we have. Before we went the reviews made the spa sound amazing but it hasn't been great for us unfortunately. The staff did nothing to rectify their own mistake. The staff in the spa were not helpful at all. We spoke to Paula at the desk in the spa reception who was not helpful, friendly or accommodating at all. There was 0 communication between the reception and the therapists. They knew we had it booked but still took us up separately

We had a lodge which had 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuites and an outdoor covered hot tub. When we arrived it was getting near dusk and every lodge had a lit xmas tree in the window. It was quite magical. It was very spacious accommodation. The only down side was we could not have breakfast in the pub as the kitchen didnt open til lunch. The grounds were really lovely to walk around. Sadly the golf course was closed due to the bad weather - not the fault of the owners of course. Will definitely will go back. Really relaxing and stress free.

Start to finish this experience was nothing short of amazing. Me and my partner went for a weekday spa break which was everything you could’ve wanted and more. The hospitality from every member of the spa team was excellent and nothing was too much to ask. From providing a thought out itinerary prior to arrival, to giving a guided walk through of the facilities. The entire grounds were clean with modern finishes and incredible attention to detail. The food was lovely, no notes! And the team was attentive to even the smallest things like turning the heating on in our suite before we check-in (which was SO appreciated!) Hope to go back one day :)

What an incredible spa based in a stunning setting! We booked a spa day for two including the couples mud bathing experience and from the moment we arrived it was perfection. The service was outstanding, everything is super clean, secure and staff are friendly. We were given a full tour and then ordered the most amazing cocktails which were brought over to our loungers. Nothing was too much, the food in the oak room at lunch was superb and we're hoping we can return again very soon!

We stayed here in September 2023. I've given 3 stars as overall our stay was not what I expected. My thoughts are that this is not a luxury experience. It feels more comfortable in stunning surroundings although access to towns and villages are a car journey away. There is very little to do on-site unless you're a golfer. The bars close very early at 9pm and you have to pay extra to use the Spa facilities. We had the hot tub, which is a nice touch but it is not very private. The lodge was nice but attention to detail and the cleaning would score a 7/10. The cooking facilities needed replacing and some extra equipment would be beneficial. The TV offers standard Freeview. I would like to stay again but I should not have to pay extra to relax in the Spa area, which is what I wanted. I'm disappointed. It's quite expensive for what you get.

We have just spent Christmas 2022 here in the Riverside lodge. On arrival the lodge was warm and a welcome light left on for us, a little gift and Christmas card were waiting for us. A pint of milk & cookies. The lodge was beautiful and very well presented with some very tasteful decorations, the rooms are very spacious unlike some other lodges we have stayed in. large TV wifi was spot on. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms both had loads of space plenty of storage with an en-suite bathroom that leads to the Hot tub. Christmas eve morning we had a fantastic view of the impressive golf course. If you peace and quiet then this is the place to come. even the wildlife seem to whisper. Would i come back....Yes we have already booked again for 2023 before we left. The update from 2023 this year was equally as good as 2022. This year (2023) we had had the Christmas dinner at the Carlton suite, what a fabulous meal and a big thank you to all the staff.

We had the best stay at Laceby manor in the Rose lodge. The cabin was perfect for our 4 night stay. The fridge-freezer was stocked with Milk and ice, the cupboards with tea/coffee/sugar (and biscuits!) ideal for us as we arrived late with no shopping and could still enjoy a morning coffee! The hot tub was checked every morning with no disruptions and the entire site was impeccably clean. We enjoyed a complimentary round of golf on the spectacular course, and had dinner in the Oak room which was equally stunning. We spent hours looking for the perfect luxury cabin holiday and Laceby Manor was exactly what we hoped for. We are very much looking forward to returning in the new year!

I would have liked a changing room, there were only toilets or showers that were private and no where to put your belongings whilst you got changed. Also, between 7-7.30 we were reminded several times that we needed to leave eventhough we booked until 8pm so we felt a bit pushed out.

Stayed in the D'urban Lodge. Was very nice and well decorated but could have been cleaner. The lodge was clean on the surface but lots of things missed like, table outside not cleaned, Ash tray left full, cob webs not cleaned away and draws not checked so someone else's clothes were still in them. It is very peaceful though and we had a lovely time.

Not great, we stayed in one of the lodges which appeared to have not been cleaned. There were dirty stains on the walls and in the hot tub as well as a disgusting smelly dishwasher. Musty smell in the lodge and in the hot hub. The control to one half of the hot tub jets appeared to be broken. The position of our lodge meant we had no privacy unless we had all the curtains closed. Thought this would be a romantic week away, but kids were around kicking footballs against the lodges and screaming which wasn't ideal.

A near perfect experience! We visited on a one night weekend spa stay, arriving 3pm Saturday. Our lake view spa lodge was very modern, had Swedish-esque styling and a luxurious bathroom. Everything in the room was pristine and looked brand new. We utilised the also modern, pristine and very well kitted out gym before going back to the lodge to enjoy the outdoor tub on our deck overlooking the lake. For dinner we were not in The Oak Room as it is currently undergoing an extension, but the area set at the end of the clubhouse was still very nice. The food was lovely and service was prompt and friendly. On Sunday morning we had a nice and very generously portioned breakfast in the club house dining area again, then commenced our full spa day. The treatment rooms, saunas, steam room, pools etc are all modernly styled, luxurious and immaculately clean. The cold water natural swimming pond is a very unique and rare experience. We had a couples bathing ritual and separate massage treatments later in the day which were all excellent. A nice buffet lunch was provided in the time between our treatments at the spa restaurant area, with plenty of options to select from. A big positive of the spa is that they clearly restrict the number of people that can book. At no point was any area of the spa overcrowded, so everyone had the opportunity to utilise every area/room at their own pleasure and not really have to share with other people much. Only a couple of small negatives to mention. We had no hot water in the shower of the lodge. We did get hot water in the tub, so we thought we had maybe used the supply filling it up before showering later on, but it also didn’t work the next day. There are no toilets in the spa area so you have to go back to the changing rooms at the reception. There is also no dedicated male changing room and showers are communal (I believe there is a small separate womens changing room but not sure if it has a shower). Laceby Manor is a lovely, high end spa which I would definitely choose to visit again.

Called in for a sausage and bacon bun and a coffee, i was the only customer , coffee was instant coffee and the bun got served to me within 3 minuets which told me the sausage and bacon were pre cooked and kept in a hot hold cupboard ,so not very hot , normally you would see condiments on the table , but not here ,they put the sauce on for you , all in all it's more like a truck stop rather than a cafe .The person who served me was pleasant , but looked a little flustered, not sure what the lunches are like , but the menu looked ok .
