Kunefe was fresh and tasty. The host is friendly and polite, he offered us some tea while we waited, which was really nice. :)

I have been to Kunefe Stop a number of times and is is always wonderful! Mehmet is so welcoming and generous, offering complimentary tea whilst you wait. The food is always prepared fresh and it is delicious (and very reasonably priced!). I cannot recommend it highly enough 😊

Cozy place, the owner makes you feel at home, food is fresh and baked in front of you. We tried the 4 cheese Pide and the Kunefe and they were amazing. They also offer complementary tea with cardamom. Highly recommend.

This is a little Turkish gem!!! Beef and lamb with a cheese and spinach pies!!! Sour dough base and beautiful!!! Complimentary Turkish tea as you wait!! Baklava not as sweet as other places which makes it perfect for!!! All baked fresh. I will definitely come here again!!! Mehmet is the man!

If you are looking for a place to have daily fresh proper desserts, that's the place to go! The owner is a talented person serving you with a big smile and kindness. Also, try Turkish pizza (pide) and Turkish-style jacket potato (kumpir) which are top quality at great prices.

I had a pide from here the other day, very nice. Owner is very nice and hospitable. I had the kunefe a while ago, it was excellent.

Visited this beautiful niche Kunefe/Baklava stop today. Eaten lots around the UK and this was for me 11/10. I would say the best Kunefe i have had so far. Would recommend this place Inshallah!

Saw a YouTube video of someone eating Kunefe in Turkey so Googled where in Sheffield I could buy some and what a fantastic place came up! The owner was so friendly despite being very busy and brought over a complimentary tea whilst I waited. Bought a couple of Pides which were delicious, some baklava, which again were fantastic. The highlight though was the Kunefe, which was a revelation! Not too sweet, it was so moreish. The owner explained how everything is made fresh in the cafe and you could tell.

Absolutely delicious food. The pide is to die for and made fresh when ordered. Mehmet the owner is so friendly and helpful and we would recommend a visit to anyone wanting authentic Turkish food

I’ve been trying to look for a good kunefe place in Sheffield for a long time and kunefe stop has really won me. I always feel welcomed when I enter the bakery, it honestly feels like I’m back in turkey. Lovely treats and lovely man.

Small shop selling different types of baklava, fresh-made cheese Kunafa and some Turkish pastries So yummmy and fresh The chef is so nice and generous You can call him before visiting for the Kunafa to be prepared before arriving Reasonable prices The only thing is they have only one table for dining in ☹️ Highly recommended

Been craving Kunefe for years following a trip to Istanbul so couldn’t have been happier when Kunefe Stop opened. Delicious treats for a very affordable price and Mehmet, owner/chef/manager couldn’t be lovelier. I would highly highly recommend!

They make the best and freshest kunafeh and the owner Mehmet is always so kind, welcoming and passionate about his product. Can’t recommend enough!

I just left Kunefe Stop. I honestly must say that I was blown away with how tasty, fresh the Baklava and Kunefe are. I have had Kunefe in so many countries and I must say that not only is this the best Kunefe in Sheffield, it is the best Kunefe I have had all of my life. The owner is so kind and hospitable. What makes his establishment stand out from others is that he doesn't compromise on the quality of the ingredients that he uses. They have plans to do delivery which I am excited about so that people in other parts of Sheffield can enjoy these detectable treats.

Found this hidden gem walking around Sheffield and decided to stop by for a quick (kunefe?) stop. No regrets one bit. Freshly baked kunefe and baklava, using quality ingredients. Definitely the best in town. Mehmet is super friendly and generously offered us free Turkish tea to accompany our dessert. He knows his stuff too, telling us about his experience preparing these turkish delicacies. All in all, happy to support a small independent business like this!

The kunefe on offer here is by far the best I’ve had! Made fresh and ready to order (not with mozzarella like other establishments which makes the kunefe too cheesy) Mehmet was so welcoming and provided some complimentary Turkish tea as well as tasting some amazing baklava pieces - I tried the chocolate and almond which was incredible. You won’t find better baklava or kunefe anywhere in the area - will definitely coming again and supporting this local business.

Freshly made, daily. You can taste the difference between mass produced and this kunefe. If you want to taste the real deal pay a visit. You will not be dissapointed

I have tried Turkish Kunefe many times in Istanbul, but definitely this is the best. The ingredients very high quality and the taste is great. The owner very friendly and he serves Turkish tea with the Kunefe for free! So generous.

Hands down my favourite place for kunefe in Yorkshire! On my first time visiting, Mehmet took the time to explain the items on his menu, it was reassuring to know he uses butter instead of margarine in all his recipes. I ordered kunefe, some baklava and a gozleme.. all three items were delicious!

Amazing place. The Kunefe was absolute quality, best i have had around England. Not drenched in syrup or overly sweet, and the cheese is authentic. The baklavas are all freshly made, different to what you find in other shops. Great customer service too, really friendly owner. Must visit

Happened across this cafe with some friends and so pleased we did. The baklava is next level and the owner is so friendly. We all agreed the baklava is the best we've tasted, and we can't wait to go back and try the kunefe with some turkish tea. The talented owner Mehmet is doing something really exciting, having more traditional flavours of baklava and then more experimental ones to try as well. We will definitely be repeat customers :)

Can't recommend it enough. Delicious künefe. I was worried I wouldn't be able to manage it comfortably when it arrived at the table because the künefe was generously sized, but it was light and delicate with just the right amount of mild syrup, so not only did I finish it easily but afterwards bought a selection of excellent baklava to take home. It was filled with proper künefe cheese. Layers of textures and flavours. I've had excellent künefe all over Turkey and none were better than this.

A brilliant Turkish sweet stop in Sheffield. I have tried Kunefe's in a lot of places but this Kunefe is out of the world. The texture, the sweetness and the warm melted cheese of the Kunefe is so mesmerising in the mouth. A delicious scrumptious dessert made and baked by the chef himself. A very friendly staff with an amazing expertise of Turkish bakery. I also had a "Three Cheese and Spinach" flat bread. Oh my God, that is so appetising, can't explain in words. Amazing Kunefe, highly recommended Fresh and made to order. I visit Turkeyie 3 to 4 time a year, and I can say with confidence that this is the best turkish kunefe I had so far. Great service and the owner is very nice.

Probably the best cheese kunefe I have ever had. This is an authentic Turkish bakery, with fresh kunefe baked to order in under 10 minutes to absolute perfection. We were given complementary delicious tea while we waited for our kunefe outside in the patio. We had mixed baklava as well which was all excellent but the chocolate baklava particularly stood out for us! Crispy, decadent and just perfect. Great place, very nice and friendly staff.
