Amazing pastries, consistently great and delicious. you could argue a bit too sickly but that's probably only because I don't stop eating them

We popped in while passing to see if they could make a last minute birthday cake. Despite being really busy with Valentines they kindly fitted us in. Staff were lovely and they have an open kitchen where we can see everything being prepared professionally and with attention to detail. We bought an impromptu Krema puff from their counter display. It was absolutely delicious, heaven on a plate! The textures and flavours complimented each other and were perfectly balanced. Two days later we picked up the cake and were equally impressed. It was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back for more of their treats, both impromptu and pre-ordered too. My taste-buds are tingling just at the thought of going back for more. I want to try everything! I highly recommend Krema Bakehouse! <3

After I recently visited this bakery and tried their lovely cakes I decided to order a celebration cake for my mum’s birthday. The cake was delicious - as good as it looked! Customer service was great, I’d definitely recommend

We came for coffee and cakes - just stumbled across it - we both said these were genuinely two of the best cakes we have ever eaten!

Went here for the first time a couple of days ago with my partner and our two daughters. We got a cake each and me and my partner got a coffee each, £18 all together which I thought was super reasonable compared to what you'd pay at big chains. The staff were all very welcoming and service was great, we chose to sit at the tables outside and they helped us carry everything out. The portion sizes were great, we had to take some home to finish later and it was all delicious! If I HAD to pick a negative the coffees were a little cold but still tasted great so it wasn't a big issue. Would definitely visit again :)

Absolutely fabulous bakery - do not pass Krema without going in for a treat. The cakes we bought were divine and we could have tried everything in there quite happily. Top quality and cannot wait to head back again.

Oh ya beauty! This place is heaven. I was drooling at the shop window with all the sweet treats. They have even more inside. The shop is very modern and clean. I like how it’s an open kitchen so you can see the bakers produce the goods. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are so much variety from cookies to brownies, loafs to tarts, pies to buns and everything in between. Apparently they change their produce often which I love to hear. The lady that served us told us the history of the shop which was nice. In the end we got a few things. I couldn’t pass up on the pistachio and dark chocolate Greek brioche which was so lovely. We also got these Bueno Krema Puff which was deliciously sweet, the crème is so thick that it gets stuck at the roof of your mouth (maybe I should take smaller bites). We also got a small tart which is sugar free but still very tasty. The crust was like a soft biscuit. What stole the show was the filo pastry cone. Much simpler than the other items but tasted divine. The pastry was delicate, sweet and crispy and filling was so delicious. It was a omg moment when it entered my mouth. My wife also got a hot chocolate which was great. But it’s all about the food. If only the shop was located in a nicer area of town. Those roadworks are hideous. I absolutely love this place and want to go back now!

I must say that as a Greek living in the UK, Krema Bakehouse sweets and brioche are the best in Edinburgh by far. The taste of each sweet is superb and I highly recommend anyone to go try their products. You will end up like me buying a bag full of sweets 😂😂😂

One of the best in the dessert places list. Staffs were so friendly and were so nice to answer our questions. They have got a lot of items to choose from. Mouth watering all of it. We bought the Ferrero brioche and brownies. And they were so yummy. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

Popped here after hearing incredible things from friends. They were so right! Firstly, the staff obviously love the things they make and are so friendly and knowledgeable. I asked so many questions about all the things on the counter, particularly because there were things I'd never heard of. The little cake balls were a highlight, as well as the super most orange pie. I would like to go back to try everything. It's also really reasonable, which is a bonus! Lovely staff, delightfully tasty treats!
