The lady is very nice , the food is very good !

Extremely poor service and no food after placing order 1 & 1/2 hours earlier. Told the food would be dropped off in 45minutes, called after 1hour to be told it's 20mins away and after 90mins was told the driver was just about to leave. I asked why it wasn't here and they said no problem to cancel - avoid!

Been using for 30 years and wouldn't use anywhere else. Great food and great prices. Highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely hot food and great customer service

A very good Chinese takeaway that we have used for a long time. The food is always good and freshly cooked while you wait. I would recommend the chicken fried rice, chicken or beef chow mein, curry sauce, chips, spring rolls and the complementary prawn crackers. Good portions and pleasant service. Parking can be slightly difficult, but there is usually a space on the old Merrivale car park.

Food was a 10/10. Clean, tasty, and fresh. The down side was the time waiting for the food. But i’ll take the compromise for great food. Definitely worth the wait.

I don’t know if management read reviews, but me, my family & neighbours have used this place for 20yrs plus, however, due to their long delivery and collection times over the last few years we have all gone to different establishments. I really wish they could improve this service because we all loved their food.

Best Chinese by far Salt and chili chicken 10/10

Got to be the best Chinese takeaway in the area, they're always extremely busy, sometimes you have to wait up to 2 hours for your food to be delivered but that's simply because the food is amazing and due to this they're always busy. Highly recommended Chinese takeaway, won't go anywhere else. Just wish they were open on Monday and Tuesday too as sometimes we fancy a curry then and deicide against ordering from anywhere else

First time ordering from this local Chinese takeaway, delivered to our door. Food arrived hot and well packaged. Ordered; Mixed Vegetable Curry and chips, Roast Duck in Plum Sauce and large pancake rolls. Came with a large bag of free freeh tasting prawn crackers Food was excellent. Tasted fresh and delicious. Highly recommended. Will be our first choice for local takeaway Chinese food in future.

Don't have Chinese Take Outs so much these days but when we do this is the one of choice for us. Their curry & chips is as good as ever

The best Chinese takeaway period! Crispy Chilli Chicken is a must along with Salt and Chilli Chips. I would recommend collection rather than delivery as this can be lengthy. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!

Food is very nice but delivery service let's it down when told be with us up to 1 hour actually comes nearly 2 hours very poor then told new driver just left then still took 20 minutes I could of walked there in less time and regular driver brings it joke ☹

Fab food. Will def order from here again. Ordered at 6.15pm on a Sat and was told 1 - 1 1/2 hours for delivery. Arrived in 1 hour. Well worth the wait.

The food tastes great, the only thing is the takeaway is a slight victim of its own quality. Being a Friday a slight delay is expected but sometimes the demand causes a wait of up to an hour and a half before delivery or sometimes even collection. If you are willing to do that then, like me, I hope you enjoy your meal

The food is lovely. But the delivery is awful. 2and half hours waited to come when was told 1hour. It let's the place down

Food was only OK. beef a bit chewy and the curry sauce and chips at £3.20 are bland and pricey . Chinese curry sauce should be home made and spicy . Sweet and sour pork was the best dish overall.

Excellent takeaway,ribs mmm mmm in bbq sauce, chicken curry x hot also scrumptious. All food in general have tried most dishes over 20 odd years I have been using them .

Brilliant take away in the local area, this is the one that my family and I turn to time and again. The families both old and new are lovely kind spirited people who are more than competent at preparing the food and delivering it with exquisite service. I have nothing negative to post in regards to this take away.
