This cafe is great for breakfast and coffee/ tea. Plenty on the plate and very friendly staff. And very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit

We have been going here regularly since it opened. In today for turkey dinner which was hot, tasty and plenty full and a sweet that was delicious although that is standard in this wee place as never had a bad meal or a cause to complain the food really is top class the chef turns out fantastic meals from his small kitchen and prices are very, very reasonable . Nothing is a problem to the hard working pleasent waitress and is always done with a smile. The couple that run it seem to do a lot of chairty work they really are a cedit to the community & themselves. Really can't recommend this place highly enough its a pleasure to eat in it.

Just had a fantastic LARGE Ulster fry with chips and pot of tea for only £7. Food was delicious and non greasy and the service was brilliant. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!!

This place is amazing, the food is so tasty and such a good price. We travelled from Randalstown after hearing the great reviews about this place and we weren’t disappointed! The choice on the menu is amazing there is everything you could want, we both can’t wait to get back to try some of the other choices on the menu! The food came quickly and was beautiful, portions were great! The staff were amazing and so friendly, couldn’t have done more for us making sure we had everything we needed with a smile and a chat! The restaurant was very safe in terms of covid and so clean. Honestly couldn’t fault the place and can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a great lunch!!

We used to be regulars at these guys old restaurant in Portavogie so thought we’d give here a try. Their food is just the same restaurant quality but at cafe prices. We were amazed how busy they were but understand why when we tasted our food. Give them a try as you’ll not get anywhere in Bangor that’s tastier or cheaper.

Me and my partner try to go here once a week if possible mostly on weekends as we aren't able to get during the week due to work hours. I love this place we have been for both breakfast and lunch and I have to say we have never been let down by a meal. They are so accommodating and the service is second to none. I have to say the waiter who is always there when we go is fabulous and a credit to you her customer service is fantastic and nothing is a problem to her (sorry I keep meaning to ask your name). it also has a great selection of foods.

We had our breakfast in King St Kitchen on Saturday morning after our son’s football match. A friendly welcome from Miriam and we were seated immediately. My husband had the King Street fry which comes with a complimentary coffee or tea, I had the potato bread stack which was delicious and filling, and the kids both had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Everyone cleared their plates, which is a testament as to how good it was. It was very busy when we were in after 11, but even so, the service was quick and friendly, and the place was spotless clean too. An excellent choice of breakfast/brunch menu, and the lunches looked even better! Also worth mentioning it’s nice to see the support from the people of Bangor as well as the loyal Portavogie folk ⚓️It was evident many were returning Customers as they knew Miriam and Aaron personally. Well done King St Kitchen!

Hidden gem in Bangor! Highly recommended for decent food at a fraction of the price. Customer service was also excellent! Will be back!

I come here regularly and I've never had a meal that is less than average. The breakfasts the lunches the specials and even even the Christmas dinners are all absolutely fantastic. Can't fault them at all they really know how to do good food. The girl that takes the orders and serves the food is lovely too, which makes it very pleasant to sit in. Great prices too everywhere is always so overpriced for the food you get but with Ksk you really get your money's worth. Thanks for all the Amazing meals, will definitely be back!

This place is a wee gem in Bangor, service is always excellent, breakfasts are very good with a super selection to suit everyone.prices are very reasonable and atmosphere is very good. well worth a visit and will definitely be back.

We had a beautiful Sunday lunch today at King Street Kitchen. Beautiful home cooked food, at a really reasonable price. I had the chicken stack, followed by chocolate fudge cake, and my husband had roast beef with all the trimmings followed by homemade pavlova. One course for 9.95, two for 11.95 and three for 13.95! Sure you couldn't beat that!! They had a kids menu for £4.50 including a drink, but the kids also fancied roast beef. This wasn't a problem, we were able to half an adult portion for them. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone, but be sure to book on a Sunday, they only do one a month. Well done King Street Kitchen 👍

Been there a few times from November where I had a mixed grill, with out any fat and grease on the plate, worth having. December we had the Christmas dinner, loads on the plate and delicious and a lovely dessert, A1. Been back January and February and the food is still the high standard and not afraid to recommend to friends and family. Great service and great waitress, nothing is to much for her, she is lovely and worth her weight in gold.

We have been eating here since it opened and the quality of food and service is brilliant. Food is always served on heated plates and food is cooked fresh to order. We had the Christmas dinner and it was the best Turkey dinner I have had out in a restaurant and a fraction of the price. Great food, great service by Miriam and excellent prices. What more could you ask for!! Glad to see it doing so well, well deserved.

Lovely food and great value for money. Have been a number of times and everything freshly cooked with good menu choice. Only minor issue is that there isn't much space inside but always have option of takeaway. Will most definitely be back
