There service is tooo bad like you’re literally waiting there for getting something free that’s what they think. Better take cash as they don’t take cards most of the time …

Once again the foreign delivery guy delivered the wrong food we ordered KfC & got McDonald I even give the PIN code my partner had ans the door took the bag luckily we noticed straight away stopped the driver he knew what he had done he tried to talk us into keeping the food I was annoyed as this is the 3rd time this has happened wrong order and trying to get refunded or through to someone can sort it out is a nightmare learnt my lesson won’t being using delivery again.

I was standing waiting for my order to be taken for 15 minutes and I was just ignored by the girl out front.I have used this KFC for years but I won't be back.I am disgusted by her attitude as she had seen me standing there.very very disappointed

After ordering the food, which was a simple process they sent out completely the wrong food. I asked for the Buffalo Tower burger but they sent out something with BBQ sauce. The chips were soggy and limp with no flavour. I don't think I've been to a KFC and had the correct order sent out and the food tasting good. Far too expensive also for what you get.

the staffs are really unfriendly my daughters ordered here and she told me the staff took so long just to take her order when it was very quite this even lowered one of my daughter’s confidence the staff’s name: Robyn

Sad state of affairs. Definitely could tell the management doesn't car. Place was a mess. Understaffed. Front of house staff red faced running around like crazy. And sadly they then take the brunt of the customers frustions.

Probably the world's worst Kfc, staff that haven't a clue what they are doing. Just eat orders are clearly ruining the running of this place, this Kfc could do with double the staff, and some basic training

Attitude from the lady going through drive thru was shocking when asked to explain what we got with box meal,after paying we’re asked to sit in carpark for 20 mins awaiting our food which was few items short so had a further wait, food was cold when we went to eat it and my water from the tap has more body and flavour than our gravy did,ridiculously priced for what your receiving, just go to home bargains and save your money..not worth it

I went to this place despite swearing I'd never be back after a previous disastrous visit, I arrived at 11.23am and the door was locked, despite it saying on the website it would be open from 10.30am , honestly this place is a disappointment that never stops giving,their head office needs to give them a good shake, it's really no wonder they are losing so much custom to McDonalds across the road.....disgusted doesn't even come close!!

The price is now a joke. An actual disgusting joke. 3.99 for a mini wrap? This used to be 1.99. That is outrageous. You used to get a full snackbox for 3.99.

Not a bad KFC, they got my order wrong but credit where it's due, the fella apologised changed it but gave me 3 extra wings & 2 extra pieces of chicken for the trouble.

Got food and there was a queue at drive through and ordered boneless banquet and side was gravy for son and he got not what we ordered and beans he wasn't amused

The worst KFC don’t recommend !

Twice ive been the last two weeks both time’s absolutely atrocious, not sure any staff have any idea what theyre doing, took one girl 10 Minutes to enter 4 kids meals into the till…had to repeat myself about ten times, was going to order something myself but gave up because i knew they’d probably get it wrong, im never one to write nasty reviews but the service is so dire im actually writing this whilst waiting on my food lol. About ten vacant stares coming from behind the till who all seem extremely confused by any questions 🙈

Went in for bbq bites and chips. All good but went back for Krushem and the machine wasn't working or switched on

Was at the drive-through and ordered the 12 piece bbq boneless feast only to get home and find out there was only 8 pieces of chicken and the fries were very greasy sick of getting away home and half of the order is missing. Won’t be back

Delivery drivers are a joke spent 20 mins on the ohone because he couldnt find address, kept telling me he was outside when he clearly wasnt as i was also outside, didnt deliver but app said delivered when it wasnt absolute joke

What is wrong with this place yet again delivery send missing items, if delivery is done by uber they tell you to contact them selfies... Uber.... makes no sense, unfortunately this dirty place is my only local dirty bird, I say shut this dirty place down sack the lot of them and start over.

Told my 12 year old brother they where not serving him and his friend because they’re under 18 and they refuse to serve children on the weekends because of how “loud” they are????

i ordered a burger and normally it is very yummy but today it was not. the bun was really really thin and burnt. the chicken was really hard and really chewy and tasted like pure bum. they need to do better as they are normally really good.

The service was the worst ever, A guy working there with a tattoo on his wrist was behaving in a disrespectful way when he wanted to make sure that i ordered he ‘ whistled’ to me and pointed with his fingers at me to come over like i was working for him or something, gave me my food with zero care and when i asked him for a bag with handles twice the woman beside him told me respectfully they don’t have any and he ignored. Plus the food looked like was picked from a trash bin.

Absolutely shocking place to try and get served in. After placing an order then stood for twenty minutes with no other customers at the counter.when I asked about my order I was told they were busy! I asked for a refund and was told my order was now ready but they were waiting for the fries,when the fries appeared the server then spilt most of them leaving very little in the pouch but just continued to wrap them up without any attempt to replace them or refill them. I just asked for a refund again and proceeded to wait another fifteen minutes for it to be processed. Absolute disgrace. Went straight across the road to McDonald's.

Messy dirty lobby, not friendly staffs doesn't smile, no greetings to acknowledge you that they have a customer, lack of training on how to serve properly customers.

Very slow service. Arrived at 5:50pm and after the person in front ordered it was 5 mins before my order was taken. I don't know whether they were saturated with orders but there were nonstop deliveroo collections. I didn't see the drive through being busy. Another 10 minutes waiting for my food which was tasty enough, typical KFC food. When I was called up to collect my food an angry customer stepped in to complain they'd been waiting 15 mins for their food. I don't know why the service was so slow, but it's been the same the past few times at this outlet so it wasn't a one-off and it needs sorted.

Waited 20 mins for a burger, Don't go to Connswater KFC for a quick snack. Girl behind the counter hid around the corner after she told me it will another 3mins after waiting 15mins! Terrible service, only worried about delivery service, not people who walk in they have to wait!!

Stupidly have come back to get an order, so went inside given my last experience. Went in at 9.25pm...waited until 9.45pm to be told there was no chicken. Staff as headless as the chicken they serve

I don't eat KFC much anymore, mostly because I'm from Australia and for whatever reason it just tastes different here than it does back there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the chips were bland and chicken was a bit dry but it's KFC, you get what you pay for.

This KFC NEVER gives us the large pop corn chicken we order, and instead gives us either nothing or a small popcorn chicken ..this is about the 7th time this has happened it's a horrible KFC. Probably because it's in CONnswater

Didn't end up getting my order at the drive through put it through twice proved I paid for it I sat with a screaming baby and they then refused to give me my order some problem with the app the first person was making it then they decided no incase I cancelled it which only they can so I had to wait to get 2 refunds and still no food absolutely shocking place

At conneswater KFC today, put my order in, got cold chips, told the guy who served me, looked at me as if 2 heads, had to ask for my drinks then had to go back n ask for my granddaughters fruit shoot, he wasn’t happy n neither was I, toilets absolutely disgusting then to top it of my granddaughter was in high chair n a screw fell out of it, Never Again, get ur act together bosses of kfc

Me and my mother both got food poisoning on 13/11/23 from here. We got a chicken breast each and both were sick for multiple days. AVOID !!!!

Food was good. But it was freezing (baltic cold) inside even whilst wearing fleece, coat and hat!!!

Every time I go here, the order is wrong. It’s my fault for going back every few months, but it’s without fail. Went the the drive-thru and was told there would be a slight delay in the food and would I wait in the car park. 15mins later and a lot of people coming out with food in the meantime, still no food. I then go in to get it in person and hear all the staff complaining about how they don’t want to be there and how they will have a cry session with each other after work. I then get home, and to no surprise the order was wrong again. Absolute shocker of a place.

Burger was cooked well, but I asked for burger with no mayo and was given it without salsa or cheese as well. Also had no hash browns, and this is not the first time that’s been the case.

Ordered food from here and they didn't send one of the burgers ordered, after getting a refund we ordered it again and they sent us the completely wrong burger, terrible service

Update : Oct 2023. Avoid like the plague. These guys have food safety issues. My wife, Kids and myself all had the guts run out of us after our last visit. My sister in law suffered the same on a separate visit a day later. Person in the window hadn't a clue about what should or shouldn't be in the bag so panicked and just told us to keep whatever seemed to be extra. It's nice to get extra items free and all but I'm sure that's bad for business and it's pretty unprofessional. Doesn't give the customer much confidence. Original review from a couple years back: Diabolical service, don't listen and argue with customers. Miss items off the meal. Argue with delivery drivers in front of customers. Un professional. Manager needs to go. Branch on up the road past The Point is much better.

Went to drive through order taken told 5 minutes wait in car park 20 minutes later a member of staff having a smoke with our order in his hand then there's no straw's napkins or salt second time service was like this 😑 will not be returning again 😒 😐 😕

3rd Oct ‘23 Conswater - Best drive thru service, very polite when ordering, food ordered, paid and food ready all within 8mins. Spotlessly clean kitchen, very speedy service, food piping hot and crispy chicken. The best food and service in a very long time. Would defo recommend.

Waited 29 mins on fresh chicken being cooked and it was cold when we got it!

Seems to be everytime I order from here they get something wrong. Food is either cold or not correct. The staff can be rude and arrogant overall would not order from here and will not be back !

I have used the drive through on numerous occasions. Ask for 2 chicken breasts and gravy. When I get to the checkout. Oh sorry we don't have any chicken breasts, only legs or thighs. It's getting to be a rip-off. Also some of the staff don't care not very customer friendly. Even the manager if you don't like it you can have your money back.

Rude staff should have said to the delivery guy she was servering a customer... There is 2 sides for orders one for delivery and one for customers

Customers standing and left to stand for long periods before being served how many of these negative reviews need to be left concerning the Customer service issues before any action is taken,I will forward my complaint and these reviews to KFC head quarters. Card machines are nearly always out of service, only making it cash for purchases. Very poor management having a meeting in the office when there are aprox 8/10 people waiting on orders. Chips are standing for a long time before getting used in orders the not the honest. Poor customer service when customers are on lunch breaks and are limited for time.

Went in ordered a zinger meal. Served by an English lad. Recently i was visiting london. He was in the toilet being sick and kissing the the pan. Anyways got home eat my food and 20 mins later was violenlty sick

A venue totally void of any grasp of customer service. Have experienced rude interactions with staff here countless times. They further create isolation for their customers by allowing Deliveroo drivers to utilise their disabled parking spaces, and the whole store offers just one single child high chair - which is ridiculous given the volume of families I’m sure visit the place. McDonald across the road isn’t much bigger, but has ten times as many high chairs (ten). Avoid at all cost and go to Newtownards Road instead.
