Always good. Love their chicken, specially the zinger burger.

This place has definitely gotten better over the past few months! Been a few times now and the food has always been hot and never missed anything off my order, very impressed

Vegan burger was epic.. however we drove home and they had missed out several items from order. Phoned and duty manager was great and apologetic.

I feel this place has gone downhill Went to collect my grandson's missing meal from the night before which was questioned! Disgusting way to treat a regular customer

Visited with my family, good atmosphere, staff was very helping, food was served on the table. Staff listened to our requirements and made changes as we asked for. Fries were warm, and the rest of the food was fresh. We had to wait extra 5 minutes for chicken but it was hot and delicious.

Usually a lot better than today. Ricebox with extra Zinger was without extra Zinger and large fries would be trade description infringement as not near 'large'. Drove out of my way to go so very let down.

We often use this fast food restaurant as a stopping point when travelling further north on the East Coastal route. Friendly fast service, with hot, freshly cooked food. Unlike some other restaurants in the chain. This has one never failed to impress. Well done to the staff👏

Service OK, but because I didn't know what the mega box name was because I couldn't see it on the drive-through menu. She mead me feel like a numpty and explain they are a chicken food services and downgraded me. I should have reported her. As she was handed me the food. I told her I knew it was in the name KFC that you wouldn't be a pizza . Just I couldn't remember the name of the box. This is because this ignorant young person saw I was older and forgot about her manners.I Ignorance

I gave it three because I felt I did not get the best deal as my server was interested in just an order

Visited with family, staff is helpfull and very dedicated, fast and efficient service as always.

Had to wait 15 minutes just to order and while ordering the employee just went away randomly and came back and took 10 minute to add 4 meals.

Food was great however when I ordered the boneless banquet meal I asked for a knife and fork to be told they ran out of knifes. Wasn't to bad but was asked why I needed a knife... shocking considering it was to cut up my food... My wife had to tell them to clean the female toilets as someone left the tap running and water had been overflowing and coming out into the hall way and into the kitchen

Food good, service quite quick for a change and didn't have to wait for anything. Expensive

Fast efficient friendly helpful staff

Chips soggy and barely warm. 4 piece boneless chicken...3 pieces were fine 4th piece smaller, very hard crunchy piece! Not impressed.

Sadly due to shrinkflation their chicken burgers are now smaller if still tasty but their skin on fries are a massive improvement on the old soggy floppy ones of days past

Always find KFC a bit hit and miss. Sometimes you go and it's great, other times it's not so good. The other fast food competition seems to be more consistent. Nice restaurant, but the same issue with the burger joint across the road, always a little cold inside. One of the staff members "Alison?" seems to do it all while the younger staff appear quite happy to let her! Hope she's getting paid more!!!

I don't go to KFC very often, but when I do its always delicious. They're a little bit slow on the drive thru, but it's worth the wait.

Pitiful. Ordered delivery twice in one week and nobody turned up. No explanation as to why and nobody answered the phones when we tried to contact them despite the site allegedly being open for another two hours. Took over half an hour for them to notify us it wasn't coming via automated message. Hopeless. Honestly, save yourself the grief and likely painful bowel movements, get a McDonalds instead.

Fresh food which is a bonus from any kfc but the wait time was shockin and was sad was only one we young chill working while what looked liked manager just carying on with the female workers but top marks for fresh hot food and service from.the wee boy serving and doing everything

Disgusting toilets and look warm food

Disappointing service. Waited 15 minutes for food in the drive thru and when I asked for a chilli sauce I was told that's extra. A little common sense Customer service after providing poor delivery times wouldn't have gone a miss. Good news is McDonald's is right next door.

Just had two two boneless banquets and two children's burgers 😡 absolutely a waste of money whats going on there. Chips are cold beans only warm no salt no forks no wipes no coleslaw not a happy customer

Service a bit slow and in need of a good deep clean!

Today, bought 1 large portion of ice cream. Normally buy small, and disgusted to see a larger tub, verified when I compared these at counter, containing not much more, if any, of ice cream, certainly no where near 50% more as pricing should indicate. Consulted staff about this and received blank stare. Surely there should be a means of fairer netsuke. Have been told by rival fast-food company that its only at discretion of staff. Not good enough

Ordered food only to be told 1hr later it can’t be delivered.

The little plastic forks are absolutely hopeless, snapped as soon as put into chicken....when asked for other cutlery, the reply was "that's all we have" and no knives to even cut chicken.....table was also dirty ended up spraying and cleaning myself.....

Went there tonight missed intercom refused to take my order- very unhelpful - went to McDonald’s instead who took my order and more importantly my money.

10 min wait for 2 coffees.while watching people complain about there orders

Place is just reopened an messing up already. Ordered 4 items an when I got home there was only 3 in the bag ! Pepsi is flat . Cud only apologise an said pick up the missing chicken next time your passing . Like a brand new shop but competence is still as bad as it was. No wonder McDonald’s is always qued to the door an kfc is empty. Won’t be using this kfc again . Worst kfc I’ve been in . Totally incompetent!!!!

First one in year and half eat outside in sun

Usually a good kfc but they haven't changed the closing time online it used to be 10pm now 9pm making me missout. Not a big deal but came again the next day and unscheduled maintenance. This is a joke it's not hard to change the opening and closing time. And put up a sign saying there will be maintenance.

Food was really good & hot, staff very helpful & patient

Freshly prepared food. Premises were clean and tidy, with screens between customers. Staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Disabled toilet was clean and useable. Would certainly revisit this restaurant.

Very disappointed with the staff !!! I ordered with Tower Burger Box Meal and after I took my order it turned out to be Fillet Burger !!! After I asked the boy at the checkout they only put cheese without hash brown ... the staff is under any criticism !!! Even 1 star dont deserve !!

Chicken excellent,served in decent time. Had to go back and ask for sugar for the coffee ,that was very good. Definitely go back.

By far the best kfc I've had the pleasure of eating at. I travel the whole of UK with work and eat maybe a bit too much kfc, but this restaurant is provides the food exactly how it should be, hot, fresh, tasty and served with a smile. Bravo 👏

Very slow. Waited more than 20minutes, (sitting in) for meals. One meal roasting hot the other obviously kept warm until the other was cooked. Diet coke very weak, almost tastless

Food was horrendous that I received from them. Chicken was dry as a bone and bland. No wonder its dead and no customers. Had to spit chicken out it was so dry and that was with juice.

Great service, got our order correct first time, no mean feat for KFC (looking at you coatbridge) in general, server Daniel H, was very polite and chatty.

Everything was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Was advised an item that wasn't spicy and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's the first time we've been out together since lockdown and we really enjoyed ourselves.

If you look at the light it has spider wed and have seen spiders on nomorus occasions on pillers other then that good food and fast service

Poor (very slow) service. Tables seldom cleaned. Public menus not at correct pricing. Coffee machine frequently broke and takes over 6 weeks to get put right. Always one person on counter and the manager is an idiot. Never have I seen a business so poorly run which is reflected on the disgraceful reviews.

Came in to find liquid off some sort on the counter. He was not busy at all that could off been wiped away. Never once washed his hands before he served me or after. This is a crazy time hygiene bad won't be back

Quick service, toilets stink though!!

My first time at a KFC and I will never go again! 25 mins to be served with only 1 customer in front of me. They took his order and saw it through to completion before the next order. The chicken was very dry and the chips were soggy. The place was very clean which was nice but not enough to entice me back.

Went only for the new burger and whilst it wasn't quite as good as the hype, and the service slow, it was was great to take my boyfriend there for his first KFC! He had a great time 😊

Love k.f.c. today, the fries were extra good. My favourite junk food!

Chicken is always so tasty but the only downfall is the chips they are quite bland

Terrible unfriendly staff, toilets were locked at 8pm as staff didn't want to clean them. Food was poor for kfc standards. I'd not bother in the future. Made the mistake of visiting again. Food gave me the runs and half was not hot.

Generally clean and staff are usually polite however sometimes it seems speed is above standards but still reasonable

The food is ok but this place is simply very dirty. The tables never get cleaned and the floor is disgusting not to mention overflowing bin.
