K.F.C in Banbridge

Every time I get food from kfc banbridge always get order wrong can never get anything right absolutely madness you give them ur order and get wrong

This was a takeaway otherwise it would have been returned. The member of staff who served us did so with a disinterested scoul. We will not be back.

Got completely over charged for order and they always forget items, they never acknowledge any fault, even when they know they're in the wrong. Forgot an item again and charged us for things we didn't ask for, those chicken burgers were not part of a meal as they did not come with chips or any other sides

Filthy tables and floors clean vented in food debris. Approx 4 tables taken so out of all the others there was only one that we could sit at and even then I had to wipe off gravy with napkins. Hardly any customers but no staff free to empty bins, brush floors or clean tables. At least at McDonald’s they have someone clearing and cleaning tables and brushing up the main duty from the floors throughout service. The manager would need to focus on the basics of ensuring the place is clean enough to eat in.

Waited ages in-store for 2 items. The floor is a disgrace with food debris lying under each and every table The chairs are a disgrace

I have had poor fare here before I but I thought it only fair to give good comment this time. I had won a mighty bucket for one on the KFC app so I thought I will call and take it home. It was about 5pm and quite busy. Usually I can not have trouble with freebies or points on app. I went inside anticipating this but it sailed through. The young guy processed it and in no time he handed me it. Well done. Took it home and for a change it had a large breast piece, a good drumstick person two good sized fillets and two hot rings. No chips or anything else come with the mighty bucket for one. So at home I rustled up a salad and had an enjoyable meal. Four stars this time is only but fair. Thank you KFC for the app free gift.

Placed an order at the drive thru. The order we received was wrong. Side orders not in bag!I didnt realise until I got home tried ringing KFC Banbridge. No reply what a waste of money!!!

The floor had not been brushed all day .There were a lot of crumbs on the table and chairs. The chips were overdone and tasteless.

Went to kfc tonight ordered a wrap with bbq sauce on the side & added cheese. Opened the wrap & there was nothing only chicken in it. To be honest it looked like a child had put it together really disappointed

Was hesitant to go to a KFC again after terrible experience at Omniplex, Lisburn. But I took a chance with same meal of big bucket for one. In Lisburn it was so small and rotten I was turned off KFC. But I was pleasantly surprised this time, as I know it can be hit and miss. Firstly it was served in a bucket. Ordering inside to take away was reasonably quick and fuss free. The chicken was fresh and big. The 2 fillets were tasty. Both the drumstick and especially the breast were big. Spicy wings fine. Usual small portion of chips. But overall fine and very filling. Will go back here.

My preferred KFC in Ireland. Staff polite and friendly and provide appropriate cutlery and napkins wothout having to ask. Chicken delicious, hot snd freshly cooked. It's a pity that KFC in Newry can't do whatever the Banbridge outlet is doing. Well done staff at Banbridge.

Travelling North from Dublin planned to go there to eat on the journey after a long day at work. Checked online that it was open to 2200 but arrived at 2030. Restaurant closed but still brightly lit up. Staff said they were closing at 8 o'clock from now on as not enough staff.

Well at 5ish in the evening I just fancied a coffee and a saver wrap. I went inside and did not see saver wrap on menu. I fancied a small portion so I asked for the kids fillet burger meal with drink. It is supposed to come with burger,chips,pineapple stick and a drink. I asked for coffee. When it came to pay I was charged a pound extra. I asked why and told it was the coffee. But menu said nothing about coffee extra. And I never got the drink which was included pricewise,having paid separate for the coffee. The boy serving said he put the sugars inside. When I went to car to eat,firstly no sugars at all. No pineapple stick. The small burger was fresh and ok,as was the chips and coffee. They gave me extra milk daftly as it was a latte. I went inside to complain at lack of pineapple. Was told by a different boy there was none. A lady who seemed to be a charge hand piped up there is non. I said why was I not told or offered alternative? I asked for sweeteners and the young boy handed me sugar. Clueless. So I paid for the meal drink I never got. I paid for the pineapple I never got. They do not know or care about diabetics needing sweetener. I was offered nothing else and the charge hand was cheeky and unhelpful. KFC everywhere is hit and miss. This was definitely MISS!

Always get a really nice feed from this KFC, a lot better and more consistent than most others. Drive thru is a good size and decent parking available.

I would say this is one of the best KFCs in Ireland (and I’ve visited quite a few of them!) The drive thru is a good enough width and shape to fit a decent sized car through, unlike a lot of others. This restaurant is usually quite quiet, while the McDonalds down the street is always packed - which I don’t understand at all! The staff are friendly and always get your order right for a start! The food in this KFC is really good. The chicken is always hot and fresh. The chips are crispy and cooked well, not soggy or still hard in the middle as I have experienced elsewhere. Can’t understand the other negative reviews, I’ve never experienced any problems here. Definitely recommend for a quick bite if you’re out for a days shopping.
