KFC in City of London, Westminster

I ordered a Mighty Bucket for one on Just Eat and tried to request specific pieces of chicken by calling the store. However, I wasn't able to reach them despite calling five times. When I eventually received the food, it was in a terrible state. The chicken looked like it had been reheated on a grill, as it had thick grill engravings, and the chips were not fresh at all. I order food from different KFC branches all the time, and I have never experienced anything like this before. I took photos of the poor quality of the food, and I believe that the quality of food at this store needs to be assessed. I will order from them again, but only to see if the quality has improved. If it hasn't, I will report this store to the Food Standards Agency and KFC headquarters.

KFC London KFC RUBBISH - Fleet Street, London 918831443 Absolute waste of money and worst service ever. Ordered two piece classic chicken with a side of gravy and coleslaw, then ordered a KFC burger meal for a friend. I received corn on the cob with gravy and KFC burger meal. Arrived to the office to find half my order missing. Went back to get it rectified only for two pieces of chicken to be added which I wasn't prepared to accept as the rest of the order was cold and incorrect. Apparently they'd run out of coleslaw so just thought corn on the cob would do without asking me (the customer). I then complained and they made my order up again. I ended up with a piece of chicken, two chicken wings, some popcorn chicken a burger. So hence what I've gained from a visit to that store is your order is irrelevant, we will just give you something regardless of whether you ordered it or not, will not communicate with you that we have done this and you will be surprised once you open your order. Will I visit there again. NOT ON YOUR LIFE.
