Got a carryout delivered tonight we shop here once a week no problems ever but tonight my son had pizza lovely I had fish and chips chips were cold and backdated fish was cold I was very disappointed tonight hope it doesn't happen again

We git a pizza and chips delivery tonight and the pizza was delicious but the chips were disgusting!!!! I wouldn’t give them to my dog!!!!

As usual good quality and good service . Broad menu from the " normal " chippie menu through pizzas and kebabs. All freshly cooked

Used to be a regular customer for many years - would not go back - pricing doesnt match what u get - always looking to overcharge for basic food - when u challenge this in a nice way they get aggressive - sad - used to be good till silly wee boy runs it now !

This is my family’s choice for home delivered fish and chips if you can’t be bothered going to pick it up .

Always really good and fresh, so far! We’ve also had chicken kebabs and pizzas which are great! I would recommend them!!

Ordered home delivery quite often from here and never disappointed , tried varied items from menu and all well presented .. quick delivery times , pizza is fab , burgers yummy , and kebabs lush

Issue is with the delivery service and customer service primarily. Didn’t get to taste the food this time. Ordered a 12inch spicy chicken and fresh chilli pizza, waited an hour (when busy that’s not unreasonable and didn’t bother me) but when it arrived it was absolutely stone cold. Called to complain and was promised another one and a smaller replacement was sent. Ended up asking for money back and there was no suggestion of the restaurant trying to get it right or send the right item. Really really poor. So 90 minutes later I still haven’t eaten and now need to find somewhere else to order from. This is particularly annoying because I was a frequent user and enjoy the majority of things I’ve had.

Coming up in standard again had great meal this time so chicken pakora good, veg pakora yuck soggy mess try putting in vegetables not just chick pea flour and spice. Had mixed kebab doner meat cut way to thick and not good, chicken usual quality as well as the lamb (beef). Will be back but quality has to improve across all areas.

When a ask for a 'thin n CRISPY pizza thts wot a expect BUT NUP! Put the toppings oan the base thn cheese OAN top!!! WHO DOES THIS 😱?

Good Place for pizza and Kebabs . The pizzas are all fresh made and half the price of domino's. I would recommend the Turkish Pizza if you're a fan of Kebabs

Food always good. Plenty of staff so you never have long to wait. They have a wide variety to choose from

I called and placed an order for some kebabs fish and kips and a pizza was told that it would be 30 min or so. Having kid off 6 and 3 along with 4 adults thought this would be ok. After 45 minutes called back and was told that the food was on its way so prepped juice and kids for dinner. Another 30 minutes go by and I call again. Bring told that they were just making it. So 10 min prep + 5 drive expecting in 15 minutes. No another 30 min goes by. Phoned to be told it was on its way. 10 min later meal if you could call it that as every thing was cold arrived. Obviously been to Glasgow and back. No call back no offer of redress free or discounted meal. Shocking service compared to what it use to be still same family but kids run it or should I say running it into ground. Never been back in or called in never will in the future. Certainly not a fast food carry out.

This is an excellent takeaway establushment on our road home where we often stop off after a night's pub crawl. The menu is extensive and mouth watering! All served up with a smile from Kerim and his lovely staff!!

The staff are friendly then place looks clean...But food is terrible. Yet the locals use it as its available. Troons takeaways are all quite poor. Ordered chips and cheese with a burger and a pizza. it was all terrible

the pizza is to die for better than dominos for sure, the cheese they use on the margarita pizza is just amaze balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everything is so delissssshhh the chicken, yum, the donner meat, mm yea and the omelettes wawzers, i highly recommend this place, i from kermis almost every week, best kebab shop about, teşekkür ederim x

Chicken kebab is a treat, the prices are very reasonable. Shame their is not as much availability outside for parking, advise tonog

We've never had a problem with Kerims. Food has always been fresh & hot. Service has never been terrible, it's a takeaway so you don't really need top notch chat while you're waiting for your food. ;)

My daughter and grandkids arrived unexpectedly so we thought that we would order food for all. Fish and sausage from the fryer was to cold to eat chicken kebab similar think I should get vat back but to tell you truth the new management since hand over in the family a few years ago are doughtful if they are capable. All that would have stopped me from writing this is good customer contact and expectations and not being as I was on the phone the last of 3 deliveries. No thermal packaging / bags are used so they should know what the customers receive. Now a week on penning this and ordered food from elsewhere. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM HERE. I do suggest you think long and hard as civility and customer experience is low from the people I had interaction with.

Just ordered 2 pizzas chicken beef onion and sweet corn the sweet corn was actually bigger than the chicken or beef dough was soggy and tasteless ordered a side portion of chicken pakora was terrible dry thick and tasteless will never be going again complete waste of money

i beleive this is a turkish take away, its good value, fast delivery and nice food, also they put cheese on chips which were hand cut, so beats most other take aways, delivery good and quick. juice kept in fridge too so its all good

Great place. Plenty of choice on menu and for a fairly decent price. Delivery is usually quick and food is always hot. Pizzas in particular are excellent value for money. Homemade dough and plenty of toppings. Their fancy oven makes sure it's evenly cooked too. Takes card for payment which is good as there aren't any cash machines nearby.

I have to give it to this place the pizza has and always will be the best in town made fresh infront of you and always rates so amazing love this place and plenty of choice love the new menu display makes it clear what's available.

lot better over years though they are reluctant to put enough toppings on pizza and dough can be over browned. bit expensive too

Pizza and chips out here is the best in troon drfinetley worth a visit and delivery is good too staff are friendly never had a problem here great place

Purchased fish and chips, black pudding supper and sausage supper, the fish was grey in colour and disgusting, the black pudding was sweet and cheap tasting and the sausage was next to raw, the chips were also covered in grease, in my opinion stay clear of this place unless you want to pay for muck.

Pizza dough is hand made with fresh toppings no packaged bases, kebabs are of a high standard. Props the best kebab shop takeaway I've had in ayrshire.

Good food,big portions,very friendly and attentive staff.......value at its best....a wee gem o a takeaway........love it................
