Kamals Spice in Omagh

Just bought 2 mushroom pilau rice, opened it straight away it was only Luke warm. Also a tub of curry sauce it was like lumps of jelly. It was like a sauce made by an amateur. I've had thick sauce before but this was badly made it was like wallpaper paste only this had colour. Taste wise bland. Packed it up and threw it out. Worse Indian I have ever had. £14 wasted.

Kamal, nothing but true quality food, no bad additive's, top quality ingredients & great customer service, every time. Kamal is the best quality Indian food you can get, period, I’ve been around the globe and Omagh Kamal has it on top point every time . Authentic as it gets. If you think else-wise then you should just go eat a McDonald’s, Indian is not for you.

Delicious food that was prepared fresh with good ingredients. This place has seemed to take a turn for the better - hopefully they can maintain this standard. Mixed Balti & Chicken Biryani packed a punch & were full of flavour. The mixed platter starter was all freshly made and well put together. Delivery time was good too

Well, overall the food was very bland, no sign whatsoever of any whole spices to add any flavour or texture to the dishes. Almost like the sauces came out of a jar? No flavour to the prawn on puri whatsoever. The best dish was the chips. Personally I will be avoiding this one.

A poor food hygiene rating, decline of food quality and overall appearance of the restaurant has made me redo my previously five star review from many years ago. I will not be back any time soon.

It's not an authentic Indian restaurant at all. I ordered a Chicken bhuna and i asked for medium to hot, it was just bland, no taste. I sent it back and requested to make it slightly more spicier, guess what they just put some red chillies in and served it again, i could literally smell the raw red chillies!

We went to this restaurant as the Enniskillen was closed Monday 24th, we arrived about 5.30 pm and as indian food goes this was not very good, the chicken tika was dry and not fresh, the rogan josh was not even slightly spicy and the tomatoes in the paste came from a tin, 45 pounds, half hour driving there and the best part was the poppadoms.disappointed to say the least, I know my indian pallete and this was not authentic at all

You need more staff. The food was very good.

Food was not great,chips not cooked right and overall food was cold.The staff serving at the front desk people please leave a tip so they can a wash and get there hair combed.poor show indeed .

Placed an order tonight to be delivered. The girl took my address., directions, name, telephone number. In the middle of placing my order I could hear talking in the background and suddenly was told her boss said he was stopping deliveries even though it was only 8.45 and it would have to be picked up. This was not an option for me. Don't understand why they could not fulfill just one more delivery rather than lose a customer.

Got a take away from this restaurant the other night and was very disappointed, I don't recommend it at all

Comparing this Indian to any other Indian iv been to or just any restaurants in general its not a great spot , the staff are lovely very friendly , but young girls arguing with each other out front of house , getting our plates brought to table in the staff sleeves of her top (that was pulled down over her hands) The decor is alot to be desired its more like a cafe that you might call in for a coffee , in general it's a bit shoddy including toilets and the menus are well used and taped together with sellotape. The curry I ordered was nice but was not what I ordered from the menu, the food was fine but would be better as a take away , not a great eating out experience.

Portions are getting smaller .Will think about ordering here again

These guys do a decent hot curry, tandoori dishes are well flavoured and the bhuna is good.

Called in this afternoon we didn't have a booking the lady got us a table service was 100% and food the same Carol was very helpful thanks again Carol we will be back

Not a good place, very expensive , not clean and poor service, only one girl black hair girl for the whole restaurant ( she was fantastic, trying to cope with all)- poor woman served all restaurant plus take aways plus phone calls at the same time plus cleaning dishes in kitchen- terrible!

Was last there on New Year's eve service was really poor,but the food was awesome. We went last night and delighted to see different servers again the food is awesome and the service was quick and efficient

Poor service and lack luster food

Really nice food. Came here first time about 5 years ago. Liked it a lot and returned this year. Generally I am not a big fan of Indian food, but I liked a lot what we got at Kamal Mahal both times. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Just poor order was wrong food greasy not great

Fantastic meal cannot fault it, staff are really friendly and helpful with any queries and best time to go is 12 noon til 3pm where you can eat as much as you like for £6.90!!! You won't get it elsewhere, but you won't be disappointed!!! 👍

Shockingly bad service. Customers leaving as it was so poor. Staff making a racket tossing bottles into bins and cutlery into trays. Food wasn't much better. Never experienced anything that bad before.

Last order I got a hair in my naan bread. Previously had been happy.

Salty. Cooked for a palate that thinks scrambled eggs are a bit exotic.

Lovely takeaway tonight , (tues 5th March)always good but the taste changes on different nights,tonight was spot on really tasty best we’ve had in a long long time

Ordered two kebabs plain had everything in it, £4 delivery for about 600yards ! Never again!! Was threw together and very greesy

Very bad experience. Ordered for collection and arrived at the requested time. Food had been sitting out and was cold. Both main orders were very watery and bland as were the rice. Spicy popadums were burnt and tasteless.

Very tasty. Skimmers choice uses no oil and every bit as tasty. Takeaway can be slow.
