Jemos Kebabs & Pizza in Castlereagh

Got a special on chips and did not disappoint. Food was tasty and it was 2 sittings for me to finish and was only 9 quid. Thanks guys

Food was absolutely terrible, we had a doner kebab pizza, meat feast pizza and a kebab and chips. I cant even describe the taste of the kebab, it tasted like plastic and just not nice ! Couldn't even finish a slice of pizza and the rest went in the bin, my son hardly touched his kebab and chips for the same reason. The chips didn't seem fully cooked and tasted horrible. The only thing that tasted nice out of the whole order was the chilli sauce. Can't complain about the service, we ordered online and collected, chips weren't in the order but we received a call minutes after we left the shop telling us so we went back and got them. Genuine mistake but rectified instead of ignoring it.

We've had two deliveries now for the whole family. Pizzas, kebabs, chicken goujons, garlic bread, fries etc. Robert and his team have been fantastic, food fresh, hot and on time. Loads of choices, we have found our go-to takeaway!

Gave them another chance, food ordered burger for myself because their garlic mayo is minging and kebab for son. Hardly touched. Chips hardly cooked. Won't be ordering again. Bring back Jemos.

The food is dead on but since it was bought over the garlic mayo is completely disgusting. Its going to put me off ordering in future if they don't sort it out. I even tried mixing it with plain mayo to dilute the taste but it was still disgusting. Please sort it out. I won't be ordering until it is. A few friends have said the same.

An hour for delivery , kebab had no sauce on it , half a portion compared to other kebab shops. Little to no sauce , cheese and toppings on pizza. Not worth the money.

Think the chips were frozen, they were hard and tasteless.

Rang for a delivery gave my address and man said are you sure, I said yes, I do know my address, I asked him why and he said I sounded unsure, I do know where I live. Extremely rude. Will never order from there ever again

I got a mixed kebab on chips with there house sauce. Loads off meat and chips. It was my first time in there and they where very professional and friendly staff. I paid by card but its a minimum 10 but the owner let mine slip which was decent enough off him. Would highly recommend the place. clean and easy parking as asda is right beside it.

Fantastic selection of grub for every taste from kebabs , pizzas , chicken and chips....really good portions too, you won't be disappointed whatever you order.

food was late in coming when it arrived the delivery man did say sorry one of the items was replaced for something else which didnt mind the chips were cold and the kebab meat plenty

I used to be a big fan of this place but last night I threw most of my order away. Oil was dripping down my hands and arms and any time I took a bite sauce got everywhere. There was very little actual meat too. Won't be ordering from them again

Most of the time food comes early as i am extremely close by, but if i am paying £2 for delivery + 50p for service i expect it to come on time at the very least when i am less than a ten minute walk away, and about a minute drive away.

Best kebab place in Dundonald! Portions are massive, high quality & tasty chips, chicken kebab with garlic mayo is just the best combo ever! Staff really friendly and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for food (I always go and collect it myself without pre ordering) . Would highly recommend it for anyone who's looking for a hearty meal.

Waited over an hour for a delivery - I live less than 15 minutes drive down the road. Not the first time it's been late. Terrible service when calling to ask where is. Will avoid from now on.

Avoid if you want fast food, over an hour and a half to be delivered

Food was average but was about 90 minutes late, called up and the service was shocking, made out like it was my fault. Last time I order which is a pity as their pizza is good mid week when they are quieter. Would avoid at the weekend

the food here is lovely. the naan bread and pizza bases are fresh and the quality of it is genuinely very high. the only problem is the delivery time. the food has been late every time I order from here, usually resulting in me having to ring up and ask about our order. other than that the poor timing the service is generally very good.

Order from here quiet alot but wont be again pizza was freezing and burnt garlic bread the same terrible .

I’ve collected food from here before and it’s always lovely food. Tonight I wanted delivery. The restaurant added 30 mins to the expected delivery time minutes after ordering which took it to 8.15. I ordered the food at 6.55pm. It actually arrived around 9.20pm. When we phoned we were just told sorry we’re busy. The food was hot and it was lovely, the driver was great when he delivered it. But waiting over 2 hours for your food to be delivered is a joke! Not sure if we’ll use them again.

NO kebab sauce with the kebab.....dinner ruined 😕

Ordered a kebab and it was nice. Also ordered a pizza and it was burnt! Placed the order at 5:15 for a delivery as soon as possible and received it at 6:50!!!!

food was lovely, and staff on phone were also really nice. food was ordered around 18.30 and arrived after 20.30, having said that it was New Year's Day so I'm sure they were very busy. food did arrive warm and was worth the wait though.

Shop extended delivery time then took an hour and 15 mins to get delivered 5 minutes away fom the shop,pizza was cold when it arrived.

I just ordered food from here tonight 1st time eating out of this place & never again will I be eating from here, food took over an hour to arrive & once it did it was freezen I don't understand how it could be cold whenever shop is just round the corner. Defo wouldn't recommend it unless your willing to wait ages

I asked on one order for no salad and when revived was salad on all not great if orders aren't read right what if the person was allergic to something

Extra time added to delivery. No apology from the driver. Waited over an hour from time ordered was placed. Food arrived cold. First and last time ordering from here. Bland, mediocre and tasteless.

I asked for the meat to be warm for a change but this time even the chips were cold had to heat the whole meal in microwave

The food was really good, but or delivery time was 19:55 we received our food at 18:45

Just used Jamo's for the first time and I don't think we will again. We got 2 kebabs and a kebab kids meal. Arrived at scheduled pick up time and left the shop 20 minutes later so could have probably got delivery for the sake of 5 minutes. When I received my order the kids meal was not included and only that I asked if it was in the bag, was told that they had only noticed the kids drink and not the kids meal which caused a further delay to have the meal made. All of this is pretty forgivable if the food was better but the dough of the naan was really under done which considering the wait is ridiculous and garlic dip was non inclusive of any garlic. Also something to note is that the coke is 1.25 and not 1.5 as listed on the just eat menu.

We order regularly from Jemos and generally aren't disappointed. However, the order we received last night (2 x pizzas and cheesy garlic bread) was quite frankly disgusting! The pizzas were, for lack of better words, soggy? The cheese on both the pizzas and the garlic bread almost seemed off / soggy and it had seeped into the bread/pizza bases and made them mushy. Very disappointed!

Lovely food. Great service and delivery driver was the best :) will defo order again.

Kebab meat was crunchy, texture didnt feel like kebab meat at all, donner kebab on naan had thin naan bread, ordered multiple times from this place for the great prices but won't be ordering anymore since you don't know what you're paying for.

2 hours late not impressed at all

Food was marked as out for delivery 40 minutes before deadline, 20 minutes after deadline we are still waiting.

Batter on the Pakora was a bit thick but apart from that it was delicious!

I got the wrong order for one thing. asked for garlic bread and got cheesy garlic bread.

First order was cooked well! this order was ok, we did receive the food cool not hot, the coke had to be sent up as that was forgotten with our delivery, we ordered chicken wings that we received in fried batter it would help to describe the item on the menu as these were for the kids and they were a little spicy and not what was expected, we wouldn't be ordering from this menu in the future.

not the usual service. £6.50 for a mixed kebab on nan which is basically a doner kebab. cheesy chip is half a portion even tho it was £3. delivery was 25 mins longer than noted on the app even though the shop out it back 10 mins. not be back

me and my mates order food on just eat app and the order went through no problem and it said it arrive at 8:15pm. we waited and wonder why it hadn't came so my mother phoned for me because i am deaf. she phoned and ask why it hadnt came and they said the order didnt come through so we waited for nothing. orders again through call and they said it arrive at 9:15pm. again we waited and hadnt turned up. mother phoned again and they said its on it way. finally arrived and checked the food and there was one food missing that i been charged for. mother phoned again and the man forgot to give me the other food. i wouldn't order from this place again. not worth the hassle, sorry.

No complaints at all. Good value food - had the 10inch pizza deal number 1 (with garlic bread) and with an extra 12inch pizza and a cheesy chip. Pizzas are obviously Jemo's forte - both lovely, and with decent amount of topping (pepperoni on mine). Garlic bread was good. Cheesy chip was grand (but don't expect 'chippy' quality chips). It was a Sunday night order and the food arrived earlier than the time the app said - about 30/35mins. Always hard to know what takeaway places are like until you try them (and the day they maybe let you down), but this is definitely now my go to pizza place in Dundonald. Oh, and 5 on scores on the doors to keep the wife happy!

Food was delicious, came early. Left me parched but didn't get the drink I paid for.
