Jack’s Coffee Shop And Giftware in Omagh

I visit here regularly and always get great food and cakes. Salads are amazing but really anything here is tasty.

Visited this coffee shop yesterday with my Mum. Had heard so much about it has it had been recommended to me by family and friends. This place just needs to be visited to be believed. They do everything right. From the welcome by the staff and I was particularly impressed by the staff member who rather than talking over the counter came round to us to explain the menu. A lovely touch. The ambiance, the food, the presentation and the price, just exceptional. Maybe its a good thing its not closer to home I would never leave!! Well done guys just a credit to you all and for a very worthy cause. Thank-you and See you soon..

We called in on our way to Cavan. I had not been expecting somewhere so cosy. Jacks is a small, boutique style cafe. Food is beautifully displayed. We had a scone and panini, both delicious and artfully presented and service was excellent. Will definitely call back the next time I am passing through!

we had a snack here lovely place but both mine and my wife's plates where chipped which i really dont like the food is nice but very expensive for where they are located you could get a dinner elsewhere for the same price as a snack here

Driving across Ireland we bypassed Omagh and were looking for somewhere to have a coffee. We saw the Eurospar sign as we were driving through Fintona so we turned into the town. At the entrance to the car park is a sign for Jack’s. We decided to try it and were surprised when we went in and found a delightful café/restaurant. It is cosy with lots of alcoves. The staff make you very welcome and the display of cakes and freshly prepared snacks etc is mouth-watering. We were persuaded to select some cake then to have ice cream and cream with it! Very enjoyable break from the drive, the residents are lucky to have such a lovely café in their town.

we called in here on the way to kesh for some lunch and what a brill find. i could not fault this place at all,food, staff, value for money and quality were spot on. def will call back the next time i am here.

Came through Fintona due to Sat Nav and were we glad Found Jacks. Was busy and we were unsure whether we had time to stay but we were kindly reassured by the excellent staff they would get us seated asap and they did. Our lunch was homemade and absolutely amazing 5/5 thank u such a lovely lunch, we spoke to the owners on the way out and told them how much we enjoyed our visit again so pleasant and lovely

My wife and I travelled to Fintona on Saturday to purchase flowers, plants etc form Eurospar and they decided to have lunch in Jack's. What a good decision that was and an experience with regards to the quality of food we will remember for quite a while. Once you enter the coffee shop you get that wow feeling of this is something different, by this I mean from the décor to the gifts and that is before the food. The touch of nostalgia about the place just gets you into that relaxed mode. The choice of home made food that is waiting for you to choice from is without doubt one of the best I have seen in a long time. The salad that came with our main choice was just like art on a plate and consisted of a mixture of leaves and fruit. We decided to have dessert of muffin topped with raspberries and lemon pie and I have to say the lemon pie was on the best flavoured pies I have tasted. When you add the helpful and courteous staff who nothing is any bother you have some what of a very special place. I can only sum up by say to everyone if you are ever West of the Bann or even in Northern Ireland take a trip tom Fintona and visit this quite exceptional venue which is much much more than just a coffee SHOP. Lovely food with great choice. Cosy and intimate atmosphere, with a touch of nostalgia to days gone by! Will be back.

Love the food here. The soft music and welcome smiles make yeh feel so relaxed that you could be there for hours without noticing the time go by.

We’ve been to Jack’s on a number of occasions and it never disappoints. There’s a large variety of homemade savoury and sweet treats which not only look appetising, but taste amazing too.

nice cafe lovely food but not child friendly wotsoever...service waa very slow disappointing..only two highchairs straps broken on both.

This looks from the outside like a huge Spar shop with a little extension to the right but when one goes in the "little" extension goes a long way back. There was a slow moving queue which must reflect its popularity with local people. It had a choice of about six main courses, any one of which I could happily have eaten but as it happens my friend, my wife and I all made different choices and all had lovely meals. Ordering is done by queueing at a counter, then a waitress brings the main course to the table and at the appropriate time a waitress brought our dessert. The food was great, prices reasonable and the scones were terrific. Scones (all home-made) can also be bought in the adjoining shop to take home - I did and am still eating them. People's tastes differ but their almond flavoured apple scones were as tasty as anything I have ever tried. Thoroughly recommended.

Yesterday at lunchtime we visited this amazing place for the first time... Beautiful decor and so clean & tidy! The choice of food was incredible & the best we’ve had in a very long time! I personally had the Chilli Steak Ciabatta and it was so yummy & full of flavour. The whole atmosphere of Jacks was just so relaxing and it had a real feel good factor to it. We give it the thumbs up and we’ll be back soon!

My friend and I accompanied by my three daughters aged 4, 6 and 11 visited Jack's in July for brunch. It was delicious. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The selection of food on the menu and on the display cabinets is excellent. Staff are really friendly and service is very good. The décor is so quaint and no one is hurrying you out the door. Everything is homemade and fresh. Just a really delightful little spot. Soft music playing in the background and a pretty little gift shop too. We will be back...soon I hope. I would definitely come here if it was open at night...can just imagine what would be on the menu. Great work!

Whether travelling to or from Omagh, this is worth visiting for a snack in nearby Fintona.
