Ordered 2 jacket potatoes and 2 coffee’s. The staff forgot to put one of the jackets and both coffees in the bag for the delivery driver. How on earth do you forget to put them in the bag? He did ring me to apologise and tell me to get a refund.

it came up out for delivery was for 13 05 the time it was actully delivered was 13 37 so the food was luke warm if wasnt a dibetic in the house then would have sent it back

Sausage and egg roll had a single sausage in a large roll. pretty much just a bread roll.

Really delicious jacket potatoes and large portions. Food arrived hot. Highly recommended

Hotpots is truly one of Bridgends gems. I popped in yesterday for toast and a water. Im quite an anxious person and toast wasn't listed on the menu they had outside so I wasn't sure if they did it or how much it would be. So I was stood there fiddling with my purse, and the owner saw this and thought I worried about money and said that if I didn't have enough money they had a pay it forward scheme. So cute! But I said I'm fine and just wanted toast and water, but I'd like to pay forward. And they sorted all that out while orders for take aways were flying in too. We ended up ordering a delivery today too, three breakfast rolls, and when they arrived we were absolutely gobsmacked by the size of the rolls! It's the size of my face! 😂 All for the grand price of £2.50!! And 50p for extra toppings. Amazing value for money. I've asked previously about milk alternatives and they said to let them know if I plan on coming in and they will cater to suit. So excited to see pasta being added to the menu too! Absolutely fantastic family run business! Keep it up 💙
