Holy Grain Sourdough Bakery in Manchester

Well worth a visit you won’t be disappointed 😋 Came across this bakery yesterday by accident. Great friendly welcome on my arrival & really pleased with my choices I will return when I am next in Manchester to buy the Sourdough which had sold out.

This little hidden gem can be found at Great Northern. When my friend and I popped in, there were plenty of sweet and savoury bakes to choose from. I opted for a Cinnamon Morning Bun, which made for a delectable breakfast pastry; the perfect amount of cinnamon was dusted across the top of it. I also sampled their sourdough bread…divine!

Sus panes de masa madre con semillas y campo son increíbles. Me encanta su pan orgánico. Es una joya realmente escondida, no muy fácil de encontrar.
