Great staff and location really enjoyed our stay😀

My wife and two daughters stayed two night here Friday -Sunday. Warm and friendly welcome from reception staff . Rooms were warm on arrival and clean . Superb location In the city of Dundee. Good selection of drinks and food available from bar/restaurant. Breakfast was also Very good with a big selection to choose from ! I'll definitely visit again ! Thanks

Great value hotel in a great location in city centre with on site parking available

Stayed many times without issue. This time the floor was filthy with mud from someone's boots plus the addition of a few toe nails. I was immediately moved to a nicer room with a complimentary drink as an apology. Will still stay again everyone is allowed the odd mishap.

2nd visit in last couple of months - nice hotel in perfect location as daughter is at Dundee University. Ideal for us!!

Centrally in Dundee, Lidl directly across the street, nightclub as a neighbor (never been inside though) very good service. A great cozy factor was present.

Great city centre location.. usual Hilton standard.. car park is a low entrance so not east for a van and not much parking outside of this.. but plenty of nearby parking. Other than that no issues at all.

Lovely stay, great vegan options at the free breakfast (you do have to ask for them, but they're very quick in preparing them for you).

Hotel is easily accessible, and they have a nice parking outside their entrance. Parking however is not free but 10£/day. City center is easily reachable walking 10 minutes. Rooms are nice and comfortable, but the window unfortunately can’t be opened.

Very nice and well-maintained hotel where you will be welcomed by friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. However, I wonder why they gave us a room with disabled facilities. This makes the bathroom not always practical to use

Really nice breakfast. Just wish it was until 11am and not 10am. Cleaners kept knocking on the door before the check out time asking when we will be out

Stayed here for 3 nights with 25 kids. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.What could of been a tricky experience was handled professionally by the brilliant staff, who are friendly ,helpful and professional. The kids had a ball and the buffet breakfast was a winner. As a result will definitely opt for any Hampton Hilton hotels in future

Kind of disappointing considering how this hotel is marketed. Room was fine, doors close very noisily which you can hear from all other rooms on the corridor. Breakfast was a bit sad and cold in a room devoid of any character. Will not stay again.

Only thing that let it down was breakfast, stayed in a few Hampton by hiltons and breakfast been good ,it was busy but one of toasters and coffee machine not working so huge que for both and scrambled eggs were dry and turning grey ,all staff were lovely, friendly and polite ,room was spotless

I stay in this hotel every week for work, best hotel in Dundee by far from all the others ice stayed in. The staff are so friendly on reception and Alex, Gemma, Stuart and Luke stand out they make me so welcome every week. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable bed. Free breakfast included which is amazing. Well worth the stay for anyone that’s coming to Dundee

Great hotel, been staying here for work since November 2023! I travel all over the world, but I must admit this hotel has some of the best staff. They are super friendly and very professional, big shoutout to Gemma, Eilidh, George, Stuart, Leoni, Alex, Luke, Ciaran, Dave and everyone else. Never a problem always a pleasure. Will be sad to leave when the job is finished.

Hi stayed here for my first time yest as the apex where i usually stay was fully booked... when i first went in the downstair bar and restraunt was stunnin so nice and quiet the guy that checked me in was so nice and polite and helpfull.... the room had some mold around windowns and piles of dust under the bed when i dropped something i noticed i hated that the windows dont open as made me feel a bitty stuff and when had a shower the condonsation was really bad didnt think mattress was comfy at all but room was quite clean minus the dust they didnt gve u many milk or tea bags for a hole day and nite stay for 2 people shower was brill on plus side but i found it quite noisy with bangin doors throught nite which made me unsettled al nite with my disorder.. and could here someones toliet flush but had coffee and brekfast today chef was nice and lady cleanin up in hotel was lovley and helpfull food was ok standard bacon was to hard and crunchy... then when i checked the guy today working early this mornin wasnt very welcomeing didnt even ask how my stay was or if it was ok bit poor custmor service from him.... but apart from that its nice decorated in hotel quilt was bit to thin also so was cold and didnt like the fact of the shops at side of hotel at nite were full of people beggin junkies which made me feel uneasy to go out at nite :( and i asked over email for extra tea and milk and didnt get a reply either was a bit anxious to go down or call ad i dont really spk on the phone not hotels fault but still would have been nice for them to reply to me.. x

Everytime I stay at this hotel, me and my kids have a great experience. This is our 4th time staying here. The staff is always wonderful to us and they make sure we get sorted whether it be with taxis, the breakfast area, or the bar. I want to say thank you to Ell for helping me carry my gin and tonic to my room since I couldn't because I walk with a cane.
