Visited today at 13.20 to buy two hot sausage rolls. Absolutely none left. If they ever had them. "I'm sorry, we haven't got any" was the response. We often try to buy things in this particular Greggs. Warm Sausage Rolls, Festive Bakes at Christmas, warm Sausage Cheese and Beans slices. Sometimes they offer cold items. At their prices we're better off buying from supermarket and heating ourselves. They haven't had what we wanted in the past 2 years. It seems they're petrified they'll have stock left at the end of the day. Absolutely do not recommend. Will keep giving them the chance to redeam themselves. In the meantime the diet is going really well

Earlier this week we had a fantastic day out in Bridgend (McArthur Glen, retail parks and Bridgend town centre}, but unfortunately we ran out of time. Today we arrived before the shops opened, because the one thing this virus has taught us is to make the most of what we have on our doorstep. We decided to start the day with a Gregg's breakfast firstly because it is tasty and secondly because it is great value. You can get two cups of coffee and a bacon roll for less than a fiver. Before leaving we purchased some sausage rolls, steak bakes and doughnuts for later in the day (going to wiggly farm and hopefully the beach).

Greggs is a great place to visit for a cuppa, cake or pastry such as a steak bake or sausage roll. I especially like the bacon roll and drink deal in the morning. The restaurant is always busy and the staff are always friendly. The restaurant is clean and tidy.

This is a typical Greggs, offering the standard fare of all Greggs shops. My personal favourite is the medium sized chicken pasty

I threw a surprise 30th for my husband in August and Caitlin helped me every step of the way. She was absolutely amazing with communiction and nothing was too much. She suggested ideas and helped me with organising the place ready. I couldn’t thank her enough for how helpful and professional she was. Thank you so much. I would suggest Nolton Corner as a venue for anyone looking for a party! It was amazing and my husband loved it. Thank you Caitlin 🌟

On holiday nearby, always visit this weatherspoons pub whilst shopping in Bridgend, however on this occasion and just hope this is a one off but has put me off weatherspoons pubs even where I live, but was made to feel very unwelcome especially by the managers attitude whilst serving, maybe it has something to do with me being English I don’t know but would gladly welcome Welsh people if I had my own pub and restaurant, my gramp was Welsh and I thought this part of Wales were welcoming and it’s a shame cuz most locals around here are welcoming and friendly, anyway I may be overthinking on this score but I felt that the manager was unfriendly and there were a group of middle aged men who looked rough and unfriendly who were not using the pub but were smoking as the first table I sat at was by a window and in a space of 2 minutes 2 of the men were looking through the window, no apology or trying to get anyone’s attention not even looking at me but I felt my privacy was being invaded and made me feel really uncomfortable, i wouldn’t mind but my mother was with me I felt uncomfortable for her so we moved tables, even tho it was outside of the pubs control which I understand still puts me off especially visiting this pub again!
