Greggs in Redbridge

I ordered from the hot food menu through Just Eat. Cheese and onion bite and sausage rolls. all of which arrived cold. Their caffe was hot as I live less than 5 minutes from Greggs Manford Way. If I wanted cold food I could buy it a lot cheaper and keep it in my fridge to heat myself. Very disappointing to say the least. And when trying to contact Greggs and Just Eat, they either don’t answer the phone or tell you to use the internet, which is not possible in my case as I am elderly and do not use the internet without supervision. My last order from Greggs was Pizza, which appeared to have been microwaved. Soggy wet dough and totally inedible and waste of of money. I’ve give them a second chance and they still disappoint. My advice, avoid Greggs…
