Its a shame as the young girl who has served me before is uber confident, but i called in at 6:35 with store clising at 7pm, the shop was almost closed with 1 person sat down, she said out loud i am out of here at 7:30 latest tonight, and i will be telling the customers to get out soon. 🫣 Such a shame.

Awful customer service from a young girl called Sophia who started shouting across the busy store, because we didn’t pay to sit in and didn’t even ask us if we were but claimed she did, then stated that I was being disrespectful but she was shouting first.

Disappointed once again. The pizza was undercooked and dripping with oil - it even soaked through to the bottom of the box. Out of my last six orders, only two were correct and properly cooked. The rest have either been wrong, overly greasy, or not baked long enough. I order the same pizza every single time, yet the quality is never consistent.
