Greggs in Tendring

Dear sir madam. Came into your clacton on sea shop at the factory outlet and met Marie what a wonderfully happy nice helpful member of staff she is customer service everywhere I travel I find terrible and at an all time low not in this case she is a realy nice lady and as I sat and ate she was just as nice to everyone else what an asset. Many thanks Mr and Mrs John and Laura card.

I am writing to commend the outstanding customer service of this branch. The service is always friendly and polite. The manager Marie is always calm when faced with rude or unpolite customers. Her and her team always greet you with smiles. My family and me always love going to greggs for the food and friendly atmosphere. They are very accommodating of disabled people as well. They work well under pressure! We are regulars at greggs all over the country and this is the most friendly and accommodating branch in our experience.

This Greggs is great! Staff are efficient and friendly. No complaints with the food whether buying to "eat in" or "take away". Tables always seem to be occupied and are kept clean in between customers. Recommended to all.
