Greggs in North Lanarkshire

Simply great! Great staff and fantastic food, and hot and cold drinks I could not fault it at all, plus if you down load there app it's even better value for money Bellshill Gregg's is just fantastic great staff so friendly and as I said the food is just lovely, one more thing you have to try there chocolate muffin is so so, thanks bellshill Gregg's for a great service Regards John frankland

Stood in the queue for what seemed like ages. The woman in front of me wasn't happy. As there were two people on the till but not serving other customers that could easily be done. The woman in front of me heard me mumble that this was terrible customer service and she laughed then walked out disappointed. I got to near the from and noticed that there was nothing on the shelves. So walked out too. The guy behind me saw this. Then he walked out. So three customers walked out of their shop. Does that not tell you something.
