Very good, as usual. Helped by a couple of pints of Glow.

Brilliant little pub with such a warm welcome. The staff are very friendly, quick and attentive. The beer is always good, with a good choice of Holdens and they have a cool little Gin section too. Regular live music always makes for a lovely atmosphere.

Incapable of following simple instructions. Every single time, whether it’s at the till or self-service, I say ‘Eat-in’. There are no circumstances on earth where I would ever answer differently at this location. Every single time my food is served in a bag. This is a) wasteful of bags and b) depriving me of a tray to carry my food. I eaten here a lot and sometimes I complain and am given a tray to put my unwanted bag on. I received a half-hearted apology and hope that things might be different next time. But of course they never are. Staff are unengaged and incapable of making the process of ordering or collecting food more than a chore. Of all the Burger King restaurants I’ve ever visited, this is the absolute worst. If it weren’t for its convenient location I would never visit.
