Good Food in Salford

Great food, sadly this time the beef in mushrooms was very very salty, happily i ordered a portion of mushrooms, so mixed them and it sorted it out. Rest of the order was excellent.

I always order from here on just eat when i fancy a chinese and to be honest im very surprised at these reviews. It's the most consistent chinese i've ordered from in the area, the food is tasty, portions are decent and the price is fair.

This is my favourite takeaway, I’ve ordered countless times and still intend to order going forward. Singapore chow mein 🤤 salt and pepper wings 😉 Comment - now I noticed a lil 🕵🏾‍♂️ change in style and im happy with it although I miss the old 🤷🏾‍♂️ But my only (slight) request is please can we go back to the old cut/style wings 😍 this extra bit is fighting back 🤣🥲

never had a disappointing meal from this takeaway. the sweet and sour chicken actually tasks of something, the crispy chilli beef is phenomenal, great portion sizes and the delivery drivers are always great. thanks

Chicken seemed to be quite tough in the S&s chicken. Otherwise meal was ok

food was delicious and hot. delivery driver didn't even bother getting out of his car yet alone coming to the gate, and he got upset because it's close to his "end of shift". if you don't like to deliver or even get outside of your car maybe look for other jobs, appalling service, I'm done with delivery drivers, I'd rather pick up my food.

Fish fingers and chips were too oily. Sweat and sour chicken were average.

Just had the smallest house special fried rice n spare ribs from here n wot a joke it was a bay portion the veg was raw it took 4 minutes to eat n the ribs are raw inside still the same nasty woman from 10 years ago never eat there again

Arrived early which isn’t a problem. Food was lovely.

Ordered food, took my money, marked order as complete. £50 down. Turns out he left it at the front door, just rang now and they said the driver hammered on the door but I was having a party and didn't hear so they left it. Absolute nonsense. She said she would phone me back, didn't and they won't answer the phone now.

Everything was okay but we couldn't eat a lot of the chicken balls as the meat was really overcooked unfortunately.

Disgusting. Possibly the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had. The pork in the noodles was dry and hard, prawn toast was soggy, and the salt and pepper chips were so soggy they were almost liquid. Rang to complain, but they refused to do anything about it.

Food was cold upon arrivals. Chips were soggy and so was the chicken wings. The food over all was disgusting and was really unhappy this time around

Crispy beef in chilli sauce - beef overcooked & sauce bland. Chips were awful & went in the bin. Not a good experience this week.

Very good, authentic food. The ribs were superior quality. They look like ribs bought from a butcher and cooked by a chef, not from a freezer. Great place, nice service too, highly recommended.

Ordered the Cantonese sweet and sour chicken, with the crispy chilli beef. reallt good amount of meat, sweet and sour chicken was not bland and packed a lot of flavour. Chilli beef was incredible crispy. will definitely order again.

Don't know why this place is called Good Food because its anything but. Salt and Pepper Ribs were cremated, Salt and Pepper wings were overcooked too. Beef in Chilli sauce was described as hot, but wasn't and the soft noodles were tasteless. THE worst chinese food I've ever ordered.

food was not good food at all it seems that it been sat in the freezer for over a year nothing was fresh.. the tray of duck meat had three leg bones in it and barely any meat.. where was my half duck? not happening again you have lost a potential good customer..

The chicken was literally rolled in salt to the point it looked white. I couldn't even put it in my mouth. When I rang them up they said is nothing they can do as this is how they make the fried chicken...

We had the starter Mixed Hors D'oeuvres, The satay was inedible, rock hard and dry, so were the ribs. Won't be ordering that again. Everything else very nice.

Not sure why the ratings are so low on google, but I ordered on Just eat. Food came quick and was very tasty! I would also say good value for money because I ordered for myself but couldn't finish it all (it was like two meals imo). Will order again. :)

Crispy beef is good, but the Salt & Pepper squid not so much, was very hard to chew. Some pieces I couldn’t even eat, because was so hard.

Called in when passing as we fancied a takeaway.. I had a sausage..1 bite was enough..chips..under cooked and tasteless..fried rice ..dry and curry sauce..bland.. all binned.. wife had chips ..under cooked and bland..gravy..thick black goo.. all binned. Also prawn crackers tasted like cooked in old oil.. .£12... ended up ordering a takeaway later.. avoid this place.. 🤢

The delivery driver was extremely rude n discriminatory towards my disability he dumped my food at bottom of the steps and left didn't wait for me to try n get down he just drove off I explained I couldn't manage stairs very well and he slammed the door shut an left I was gobsmacked.

The food we ordered was delicious and arrived piping hot. The only downside of ordering via Uber Eats is it doesn't track the delivery driver on a map he just turns up (not an issue to some)
