I don't know if you have a new chef or you're using old meat or produce that isn't fresh but, after so many successful purchases from SoBe burger, this one wasn't good. I had one bite of the chicken burger and two of the burger and both went in the bin after that. Maybe it's just me as I've never had a bad meal from you before. Sorry to sound so critical but it's not as if your food is cheap.

My order kept being delayed, called the restaurant directly and they mentioned food had been ready ages ago and noone came to collect so when the food arrived it was VERY cold.

Over priced rubbish, not at all as advertised. I ordered truffle flies and got some mayo and onion sprinkles - there was nothing truffle about them. The burgers (Chilli & truffle) was two patties in a bun with McDonald's cheese (hot sauce in the chilli burger) - shocking! I will be sticking with Burger Nation - never again!

Over two hours to deliver on a Wednesday night. Food stone cold. Terrible

First time I’ve ever had a burger delivered and it will not be the last time! The food was excellent and the delivery was prompt. The food was piping hot and we were impressed that even the chips didn’t get soggy in transit. Already placing a second order and raving about them to my neighbours.

One of the loveliest, scrumptious burgers we have ever had!! Recommended by my daughter and her partner who tried them last week. Absolutely not disappointed in any way! Everything was hot and tasty! Completely home made beef patties and NO fat!!! Probably the closest thing to an all American burger, delivered to your door! WOW!! Worth a try! In fact... please DO try!!!

They do seriously tasty burgers there. It is good quality and very good price.

The food at Galaxy Burgers is fantastic. It makes a really nice change from the burgers made by well known fast food places. The burgers here are homemade and they taste amazing. The portions sizes are very generous too!
