The food here is always amazing! I’d give a 6 star rating if I could. On this occasion one of the bags split. This left food on the floor, paper bags for you…. The delivery driver was amazing and very understanding. The delivery driver then turned up within 15 minutes with a replacement meal upgraded to a large meal. I want to personally thank the restaurant for their understanding of the situation and taking accountability for something out of their hands. Can’t wait to order again😋

Placed order. Didn't have burger id ordered and communicated well, I was happy to change and looking forward to the delivery seeing it was near the top on TripAdvisor. Disappointment was when it arrived. Chips and Cheese were cold. Burger tasted good but size left me still hungry which I didn't expect considering cost.

Order delivered to the wrong house, we had no phone call prior to the drop off and we had an update saying enjoy your food with no food delivered, tried to call the supplier 18 times and no answer

over 1hr wait then was another 1/2 hrs late, missing 2 items what did arrive was really nice but won't use again, was so looking forward to supporting and using them but very dissapointed

Since they’ve opened there new restaurant this place has gone down hill the customer service is appalling in both buildings, I had food poisoning from the chicken and have also heard of other people having the same problem. I wasn’t even offered a refund or anything for being ill and having to take days off work due to this especially with the prices they charge you would expect them to do something instead of making excuses definitely not how to treat customers and gain a good reputation

Had several takeaways and deliveries from here. It’s the best around. The chicken burger is out of this world. The jerk chicken and rice & peas is absolutely delicious. We love the chips too. I’d order here weekly if my waistline would allow it 😂

Excellent food from here yet again. This place is amazing, its warm, clean and friendly environment is just what you need after a long day in work. The food, well that’s just divine, the tastes are exquisite, it’s such a different vibe here than anywhere else in Rhyl. We are here all the time my boyfriend and I and it’s just the same every time. I suggest you try it because you’ll love it.

I was lucky enough to try this for the first time the other night after giving in to my sister's recommendation (she orders weekly) and I was not disappointed! It was absolutely mouthwatering! I will definitely order from here again. Delicious 😋

Came for lunch with family after a day trip in rhyl. From the moment we walked in service was spot on and very welcoming. Food and cocktails was amazing with quick service. Just wished we lived closer so we could eat here more often.

Walked straight in was greeted by a nice young lady on a very busy Saturday night, she took my order an my extra bit I wanted. The kitchen rushed my order though cause I was sat there, cane home and I was blown away by our food. Top class as usual! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for a takeaway in Rhyl! Food a staff are unreal!! Humphrey is probably the nicest man on the planet even under pressure 💙🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

The food was absolutely top notch. Sadly it was almost half an hour late so was stone cold by the time we got it. Such a shame as it was really tasty and would probably have been even nicer had it still been warm when it arrived. Will definitely be trying the food again as it was delish but will probably book a table next time, rather than relying on the delivery.

We were looking for a place to buy food and came across Fullaflavourz on TripAdvisor. I am so glad we did! The food was AMAZING, fresh, hot and literally FULL of flavour. The place itself is inconspicuous-looking and I probably wouldn't go in randomly, but this is a street food gem 👍

Food arrived cold, as a heavily pregnant woman I was not happy heating the food up as it was rice and chicken, plus who wants to heat up cold soggy chips. Called through to the restaurant for a resolution, spoke with a staff member that didn’t really have a clue how to provide proper customer service, I was being moaned about to the chef whilst I was waiting for a resolution and I could hear every word they were both saying. I wasn’t offered another meal delivered, bare in mind this was now 9.15 at night, I was told the manager would call me, it’s now been over 24 hours and I have received no phone call. It’s a shame really because the food and service at their restaurant was fantastic, this is not the quality of service I expected from their take away. I would avoid this place unless you want to come away disappointed. I certainly will never order from here again, awful experience, over £30 worth of food in the bin and I ended up having to cook my own evening meal, not the evening I was hoping for. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Food arrived cold and inedible. Restaurant was called, no offer for an exchange of food, customer service wasn’t very good either. I was told the manager would call me, which was now over 24 hours ago and I have received no contact. Food arrived past 9pm, I am heavily pregnant which meant I had to make my own food as I want comfortable heating up cooked rice and chicken, I didn’t sit down to eat until nearly 10pm. I would avoid this place unless you want to be disappointed.

I decided to order from here because it seemed different to most takeaways. I used J*st E*t and found that over half the items on the menu were unavailable, but my luck was in, the Jerk Grab & Go box was there, and I added a Fried Dumpling and some Peri Fries. The jerk chicken was nice, as were the rice and peas, but the portion of coleslaw was missing, and this would've offset the jerk chicken nicely. The Fried Dumpling was nice until I got nearer the centre, where it was rock hard and inedible. The Peri Fries were hot and crispy, but far too salty - the saltiness overpowered the Peri Peri seasoning. This came to £18.25 - far too expensive for what it was, especially since I didnt get everything I paid for.

Last minute trip here and had a really good experience we was greeted by a really pleasant young lady am sure here name was Claire really made us feel welcome kept making sure we was okay and we had everything we needed even persuaded us in getting the 2 for 12 cocktails they do really nice food was not disappointed at all will definitely be making another booking..and Claire is an asset to you all

Food was top notch, the lightening and decoration was perfect and the staff members were friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. oh the cocktails were out of this world. The seatings were spacious so you can actually have a private convo. It was a good night and a must visit.

I’ve made plenty of orders from here, and I will NEVER EVER! be ordering again I ordered 2 jerk fries, 2 burgers, and 3 dumplings. And waited a ridiculous amount of time, to only have someone else’s food delivered. The phone number for this place is impossible to find, I then got a call from them and was told they would (re make it all except one of the jerk fries) for some reason? So that was already inedible and cold. So I waited over a hour yet again for the food, and it still came cold, asked the delivery person if they actually didn’t replace the other fries and they said no. And the dumplings were like inedible sponges, and fries were cold so the burger. This is just the worst place I’ve ever ordered from 😷 massively gone down hill. If I could give it 0 stars I would. RESPONSE to the Reply. There was no offer to keep the food at all. We were told to keep one of the jerk fries, and return the rest of the food. And the replacement yet again was freezing cold and took longer than the first order so it clearly wasn’t fast tracked.

Accepted the order and then an hour later called to say they're cancelling the order because they've ran out of food... right before places are closing. Can't place a review on that order because of the cancellation. why accept orders and then wait an hour to let people know?

Travelled an hour to try Fullaflavourz, SO worth it!! Portion sizes were big we even took some home to have for later and still tasted great, staff were friendly and welcoming felt comfortable sitting inside to eat. First time trying curried goat and it didn’t disappoint, was tender and tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try the other menu items😁

So this place came to me as a recommendation and what a recommendation this turned out to be. This place could be far more and I'm glad that I've got to it while it's in it's roots and will for sure be returning very soon. The food is absolutely stunning with flavours bouncing around your mouth like the Jamaican Bob sled team going down hill. Absolutely no faults at all with the food or the service big 👍. I really hope that the management take the next step and expand into a bigger premises with more of a Jamaica vibe as this would truly bring the Caribbean to sunny old Rhyl. Jamaica alcoholic beverages would be a great addition especially with that mango smoothie. The people of this establishment absolutely well done the chef WOW amazing. Thanks guys.

Food was amazing, would come again next time we're in Rhyl. Only thing I would say is could do with a couple of blander options for kids. Edit: This time we had the lunch option it was nice, not a friendly welcome though and could have been offered some sauce for the chips. Edited rating to a 4.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It is a great addition to the area. Not only is the food the best around, but Humphrey and Koni make you feel extremely welcome from the minute you walk in. New chef, Liam, has slotted in to the business perfectly and the whole team are very friendly. The chicken burger box and jerk fries are such a nice meal and I couldn’t recommend these meals enough. I highly recommend the tropical punch too! I’m so excited to try the smoothie next time I place an order! I am very excited to see the restaurant once it is up and running. Arrived within 35 minutes of ordering. The food was delicious and the service was great. We had the curried goat, the halloumi wrap and a fried dumpling. It was all excellent and still hot on arrival. I could not recommend the fried dumpling enough!

Ordered Saturday evening, told order would arrive for 20.20, didn't turn up till 20.45 and it was stone cold and inedible. I phoned the shop immediately, from what sounded like a young lad answered the phone 'oh were too busy, send a message on facebook/instagram, I cant do anything' Asked for a refund, then was told a manager would phone that night or Sunday and nothing. Have messaged on facebook and Instagram and no reply. Paid £30 for cold inedible food.

First time ordering and will not be the last. Ordered Jerk box and a dumpling. Delivered quickly and the food was fantastic. Jamaican Jerk chicken, Deep fried King Prawns, Fries, Rice and peas, Sweet plantain plus a Fried Dumpling. All fresh and tasty, decent portion size and recyclable packaging. Very impressed and will be ordering again soon.

THE BEST takeaway I have EVER had. Unbelievable food. Was my first time having this, ordered 4 meals for me, my husband, my sister and brother in law, we were all blown away. Feel compelled to write this review so people can continue to support this small business, which I feel will no doubt grow in the next few years and bless other areas with this beautiful food. The delivery time has always been a bit of a sticking block but was early and delivered by a very polite driver. Food was incredible and wish we had tried sooner. Requested a plain burger which was listened to and prepared fantastic as well as the other items on our order. *THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON SERVICE ONLY* After being a loyal customer since this place opened I had a really bad experience. I placed a click and collect order at 14:15, the time for collection was “asap” arrived at the restaurant at 14:40 and was told that the food would be 20 mins. I returned at 3pm with no acknowledgement from staff, I sat there and waited till 3:30 at which point I had to leave. I asked where my food was and I was told that the mac & cheese wasn’t ready yet and they have a limited menu at lunch time. None of the was stated on the website as I was obviously able to order it at the time with no issues. I was told they weren’t doing a full menu till 3pm, but by this time it was 3:30 so that was irrelevant. The guy apologised, and offered me an alternative which I didn’t have time to wait around for so I asked for my money back. (I was given 2 complimentary brownies) He said he wasn’t able to issue me a refund because I ordered online and I was to message him on instagram and he would send me a code for a voucher to be used on the website. I did that as soon as I got home and have had no response. I’m so disappointed because this was our go to place. No food and no refund.

Very unorganised . Poorly trained staff . Border line incompetent and from experience not very carribean in atmosphere food presentation taste or experience . Delivery usually takes around 2 hours if you’re lucky . Shame as they’re the only carribean takeaway nearby to where I live. I wouldn’t recommend

I placed a large order for collection at 6pm and went to collect. The food eventually came out of the kitchen at 6:20 and when I got home a request for no spicy sauce on one of the dishes had been ignored and a portion of fries was missing. I called back immediately and it went to voice mail. I left a message requesting a call back but no one called. The food is very nice but organisation and customer service is poor. We won’t be going back.

Yes yes yes some decent takeaway food! Food is absolutely delicious and definitely the best in town! Only complaint I have is they need to start being truthful about delivery times...being told 30-40 mins and then waiting 85mins is not the best. Hence my rating of 4stars, otherwise it would definitely be 5 stars for me. I also waited over 2hrs for an order I placed 2wks ago on Uber Eats.
