Absolutely disgusting duck! Full of fat and bones! Toniest amount of meat! So Greasy! Then when I complained the woman had a huge attitude, won’t be ordering from there again!

First visit here and will be the last as was awful

First time trying this place and will definitely be my last. Cold food, no taste, beef in black bean had two pieces of beef all peppers and noodles tasted of oil. A one star is being generous

Brilliant, food came faster than expected. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I ordered the Salt and pepper box and it cost me £20 on just eat but says £11 on your website it was small but nice just the price for what you got was a bit of a piss take

I ordered quarter shredded duck and salt and pepper ribs, I received a sample of duck and salt and pepper bones 🤠. The flavour was decent when I bit into the bones

Our usual was closed so tried full moon because of the reviews. Was not disappointed. Plenty of food for the money more chicken chow mein than could imagine. Sweet and sour chicken balls there was loads. Everything was tasty my only criticisms were the chicken ball batter could have been a little more crispy but maybe that's because the other place do it that way. One thing that did let the food down were the chips. Seemed like they had been cooked, cooked and cooked again. Overall a nice meal.

Must of been a bad day but I wasn't Impressed at all....infact without being to disrespectful..it was shocking indeed 😤 flavours was well off and food was salty...ribs was ok but rest was real poor...mine was a takeaway buy the way.

I've been eating from this for a few months now and every time that I order it's perfect, I've been seeing many bad reviews about the delivery,since I always go and pick my order because I live near I never had any problems with it and it's always ready when they say to me. Very friendly as well.

Had fish chips and peas. The fish was disgusting! Gloopy slimy batter, soggy and flat fish! Nothing more than cheap pollock and was definitely not freshly fried. It was obviously microwaved, just like a frozen fish from a Kershaw's TV microwave fish and chip meal from Morrisons. The chips were hard, most likely refried and the mushy peas were not mushy but frozen garden peas. This was the worst fish and chips I have ever had. But it has to be said that this is a Chinese takeaway not an English chippy and they do not do pies, meat puddings with gravy or sausages. They claim to serve fish and chips but their fish and chips are truly disgusting rubbish. So try the f&c at your peril. However! On the plus side I have had the Chinese meals from here and were very good.

If you’re one of the people that think a food hygiene rating of two stars (out of 5) from Salford Council is acceptable then this may be the place for you.

Hmmm. Not sure what's gone wrong. Have been using this Chinese on and off for years. Tonight, it was dripping in cooking oil (salt & pepper crispy tofu, salt & pepper ribs, pork balls). The noodles were bland and, under-seasoned. There was a lack of vegetables in the vegetable noodles. The ribs had been cut into very small pieces and were all bone and too dry. Dissapointing and expensive for what it was. To be fair, it arrived on time and the delivery driver was polite and efficient.

Great tasting food, fast service, reasonable prices. We've been coming here for years. We've tried several other Chinese takeaways but nothing else compares.

Horrified with what I received last night, I must admit that the food has gone down hill progressively over the last few months, my salt and pepper ribs were burnt, the cucumber that goes with crispy duck was like mulch, the soup was like bistro, the list goes on, very very disappointed,

Our go to place for vegetarian banquet Chinese food. Mock chicken / mock duck and more ! Always really tasty, great value, I order by phone and go and collect it, eat the crackers on my way home ! no problem. Yum. Always order the vegetarian hot and sour soup, love it!

Shocking place for delivery. ordered at 6.30pm said 40-45mins waiting time then got email delayed 40 mins now due 19.53pm 8.05pm still no order rang up another 25mins nothing they can do about it as they are busy. 8.45 still waiting for order

Good food but shocking delivery time! 45-55 minute estimated delivery then they added another 40 minutes and finally arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering!

Absolutely horrendous food, we ended up binning most of it! Noodle box didn't have any noodles in but had what looked like tagliatelle pasta and onions! it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen or tasted from a Chinese takeaway. We got chicken that was so overcooked it was chewy, which is is even more disappointing considering the fact we ordered beef! Not to mention the nearly 3 hour wait we had to get this. Very disappointed! Ordered here before and never had had any issues but will never use them sgain!

Food was over an hour late of the original delivery time. The order was incorrect and food was stale hard and not edible. Threw the whole thing in the bin. A disgusting waste of £25.

Still owe me 25 pounds delivery driver never met me at Salford royal I used this restaurant many times and the food was great never again. My advice swerve em

Food was ok, took over 2 hours to arrive and when I asked for a refund as it was 11pm they said they couldn’t do it as I had paid online.

Food was nice but I seemed to be missing some of mine. Looked half empty. Chips were the worst chips I have ever eaten I'd bet they were reheated, some were like crisps. The chow mein was lovely though. Won't be ordering again with portion sizes like this though.

We've visited 4 times in 2 months. Polite and welcoming owners. We always order enough for 2 days. It's local to us and the food is excellent. The beef in garlic and chilli sauce with egg fried rice is amazing. Highly recommended.

Good selection of vegetarian options. The staff are very helpful and will adapt the menu to dietary needs; great for me as I'm vegetarian. The quality of the food is very good. I've had food delivered and it always arrives within the '40 minutes' time window. A great takeaway!

Placed order at 18:20 hours, stated food delivered at 19:35 hours. Haven't received order, so contacted restaurant - Terrible costumer service, stating the order was delivered even though I have never received my food. Had to go personally to restaurant to show my face and had to wait for an hour for the driver to arrive (which never happened!). I have contacted JUST EAT to get a full refund but was informed I had to deal with the restaurant. At the end, they have cooked my order and still said I could 'take this one for free'... JUST APPALLING! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! WORST TAKE-AWAY EVER!!!

Food was okay, have eaten here before and no problems but this time seriously annoyed. Left clear instructions of how to get to the location and it really isn’t hard. The driver then did not call me and I had to call him to see where he was, to which he said he’d leave and find me because he parked where I told him not to as I cannot reach that area. From the point that I gave him instructions, I had to call 4 times and waited 20 minutes from his arrival time to get the food, by which point the food was cold because it hadn’t even been kept in one of the keep warm bags. Very disappointing that I was told by the driver to come to him instead of him driving to me where I was already stood outside in the rain. Such a shame because the food before was great, portion size is very reasonable and it’s usually a quick service but this time it goes without saying that I wouldn’t shout about Full Moon.

The food was excellent, the only thing I would say is think of the type of items you transport the food in. In my order was both prawn toast and chips these were plsced in only a paper bag. Hence when I received them they were cold.

Very nice chow mien. Tasty pad Thai but lacking in veg to go with chicken. Cantonese spring rolls tasty but very thin. Would order chow mien again but not other two dishes.

Lovely food, not greasy at all. Portion size very good too...the only slight negative was the curry sauce was a little too salty.....but it was eaten all the same 😉

Food took an hour and a half although we was notified this was still a long wait. Sweet and sour chicken had jelly like chunks in and some of the chicken didn't taste very nice, some of the rice in the rice chips and curry sauce was quite hard. Overall wasn't too bad.

Got great service from both shop assistant and delivery driver :-) called up to request chicken in sweet chilli sauce without batter, it was properly cooked accordingly, chicken was tender, sauce was tasty, could not ask for more ! We enjoy the meal very much 😄

Salt and pepper chips absolutely lovely Salt and pepper chicken good size portion Sort noodles and beansprouts okay but little soggy Spring rolls okay could be better Sweet and sour sauce good portion size and nice BEEF IN BLACK BEAN sauce - horrendously disgusting the most chewy cheap beef I have ever tasted. This let the whole place down as All other dishes were lovely. Regular Chinese eater this dish lost the restaurant a possible £25.00 per week would not order again on the standard of the beef

This food was disgusting and will not order again , the chips were fried that much they were transparent, the squid like rubber , the duck, dry and inedible and ribs had no meat on .

Disgusting! Batter on the pork balls was like soggy pancakes, meat inside had no flavour and was chewy and the sweet and sour sauce was watery. Prawn toast was slimy inside definitely wasn't cooked properly. Quarter duck...dry and salty, the hoisin sauce was vile and was actually gritty there was that much salt in, and I'm pretty sure the cucumber had been frozen, it was kind of slimy and dry at the same time. Like it was frost bitten. Absolutely vile! I'd like my money back!

Food came early. It was my first time trying crispy pork and it was fantastic. The rice wasn't the best but was still very good. I will definitely order again.

Ordered chicken in sweet chilli sauce. Chicken was rubbery and seemed like the meal was just thrown together with random vegetables and wasn’t nice apart from the sauce was ok but not what we ordered. Singapore vermecelli at £7.10 is a bit steep but thought I would go for it as we needed to make up the cost for delivery and I couldn’t eat the beef meat or pork whatever it was because it looked grey in colour... it was something else but not beef or pork. I have had much better quality of meats at cheaper take aways. I definitely wouldn’t reccommend ordering anything with meat in it unless it’s prawns. Chips weren’t proper chippy chips and again not the best. Probably won’t order again considering the quality and price don’t match up.

Food was great hit the spot my only issue was that i picked the prawns out because they werent de-veined and were ruining the meal. Onther than that everything else was amazing! Maybe pop a free pack of prawn crackers in the meal if your customer spends over 40 quid

Food arrived piping hot and over half an hour earlier than expected. Food was good quality, great tasting and portions were generous. Couldn't fault anything at all. This is definitely our new favourite Chinese takeaway!

Food was delivered fresh, piping hot and delicious, as always. Friendly, helpful staff on the phone - I ordered the wrong thing and needed to change it - and the Delivery Driver was also friendly and polite. The only Chinese we order from 5*

Portions are generous and food quality bang on. Delivery fee bit extortionate considering I spend over £20 a time. Should be free after spending so much after only living less than a mile away. Apart from that spot on as usual. Cheers

we always order our food from here as it's one of the best. only tonight they let us down by trying to make money on a meal. we ordered our usual skewered chicken satay & fillet steak. when it arrived it was only chicken. spoke to the restaurant who tried to tell me it was chicken & steak in one!! NO LOVE, KNOW YOUR MENU BEFORE YOU START TRYING TO RIP A CUSTOMER OFF THAT HAS HAD THE MEAL 3 TIMES PREVIOUSLY!!

Overall we enjoyed our meal and the food was good, but there is some room for improvement. The Thai Tom Yam Chicken Soup was a very poor version of Tom Yam, you could make a better and more authentic flavoured soup from a packet of powdered, instant soup, it should have Thai herbs like lemongrass and galangal, and more chilli flakes and powder. Crispy Seaweed and Sesame Prawn Toast were good. Spicy Kung Po Tofu was tasty but was lacking sauce. The Crispy Noodles are very dry, crispy and delicious and go best with saucy dishes. The Chilli Smoked Chicken (Dry) was awesome and the highlight of the meal for me :)
