Fantastic service provided by Isreal and delicious food. 100% worth the money and I whole heartedly recommend to visit this place.

Great pizza place in centre of cardiff. Is fairly priced we hadn’t booked but they managed to fit us in. The pizza was nice nothing special but was still nice for the price we paid. Our waiter tai I believe his full name was taiwo. Was a lovely gentleman! Great humour and helped with what pizza would be best and explained them well to us.

Had the best meal tonight. Thanks so much to all the team. We turned up without a booking to a full restaurant upstairs. They manager opened downstairs for us and served us. Amazing service! The pizza was so good. Isobel was a fab waitress. A credit to the company! She really worked so hard! We'll definitely come back!

Our experience was amazing because of our waitress, Isobel. We walked in without a booking as we did not know that you could book now (would 1000% recommend booking, this place is the dogs.) the real hero was Isobel. She opened up a whole floor of service for us, and ended up waiting on 14 tables at once. She made extra money for the company, as well as provided the best service. Give this girl a raise ! We had an amazing time, 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing Pizza, amazing service from Jack, very cheerful and helpful even with deciding on what sauce to have. Disappointed only that my wine was in a normal cup as they do not supply wine glasses.

A busy early Saturday evening in Cardiff on Feb 24th when we called in on spec for something to eat before going to the Bill Bailly concert. We hadn't booked so were really pleased when a delightful lady on reception said that she could accommodate us. She seated us straight away, took our order and ensured that we needed to be served promptly so we were not late for the concert. It was our first time at Franco Manca & both of our dishes and desserts were delicious! This lovely staff member from Romania was so nice and told us that there is a Franco Manca in our home town of Bristol, where she had previously worked, so we'll definitely be paying a visit there!
