A disappointing meal. My wedges were undercooked. I ordered a chicken and wedges combo, but received wedges and fries. I called and let them know. The guy apologised and said they'd send the chicken dippers out to me ASAP. They never arrived. Terrible customer service

Ordered food around 5:30, it came early the pizza was hands down up there for best pizza ive ate in a very long time. The cookies that i ordered aswell were amazing. Amazing service and the girl i was on the phone too was quite polite.

Disappointed with Four Star tonight. I picked up a BBQ pizza only to find no sauce on it. I called for a remake, which had a little sauce this time and was barely sliced. On the second call, I learned they thought making the initial pizza without sauce was an acceptable alternative because they had run out of it. When they remade the second pizza with sauce this time, their stand-in recipe wasn’t up to par at all as it was a thin oily glaze that didn’t taste like BBQ. I’ve opted for a refund now as I’ve lost my appetite, but doesn’t save the wasted 30 mins back and forth to the store and the ruined dinner time. See pic attached.

Hi I've been pizzas from 4star gor awhile now and I have never had any problems with the food staff friendly and polite nothing is to much trouble Steven is a very pleasant guy .I'm waiting for a delivery now looking forward to getting stuck my little dog loves pizza. beersbridge rd shop is excellent. Hadn't had a 4 star pizza in several years but called in today when driving past. The guy who took my order and made my pizza was very polite, professional and made a great pizza. It was delicious and I will definitely call back again or to another franchise local to me! 5 stars for 4 star!!

Just had four star pizza. Great customer service from Stephen, really good recommendations to try some new ideas from the menu instead of the usual pizza toppings. Really good chat with the team while we waited and nothing better than seeing your food prepared start to finish in a nice clean and tidy store. Will definitely be back next takeaway night.

Huge thanks to Steven/Stephen) and Michael. They ran out of baguettes last minute and they called us and went out of there way for us and made us a delicious pizza instead with cookies, drinks etc, etc. They absolutely made our night, amazing customer service, amazing food can't recommend this place enough! :)

Absolutely rubbish, felt like they just gave me the ingredients to make it myself, undercooked something shocking with barely anything on it even though I paided for extras and two extras were missing. The dog didn't even want it.

This place has went to the dogs lately, the pizza is garbage and has zero sauce with dry dough, the pizzas also lack toppings and cheese.! You also don’t get a free a dip with your pizza anymore. Dominos is 100 times better or any local pizza place, avoid this joint like the plague !

Best franchise pizza by a million mile

Pizza was horrible, too much sauce, cut awfully, couldn’t even finish it as it was that messy. Ordered a 12” pizza and 2 inches of that was crust.

So mad ordered a pizza time 4.40 on the app which said the pizza was delivered at 6. 20 which it had not...had to phone 4 times till someone answered then they hung up on me , still trying but no one answering. What way is this to treat customers I'm disabled have no car so how am I able to contact them.

As a regular customer I certainly will not be ordering any more! Hardly any toppings on the pizza nowadays. Not worth the money 👎

Asked for garlic bread (no cheese) came with cheese, asked for lite sauce, all i could taste was sauce, asked for thin crust, got thick...i give up

Service is too unpredictable with this store. Sometimes fast, sometimes you can wait over an hour. Sometimes pizza is warm, sometimes its cold. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you don't. Best to avoid.

Very unhygienic. While waiting for my food I witnessed staff rubbing their face, nose and hair and then touching food bare handed. They also handled money and before handling food. One member of staff was eating a slice of pizza while preparing food. The delivery man, came directly in from his vehicle, and without washing his hands, started handling food. Very evident that there is very poor levels of basic hygiene standards. Won’t be back to this place. Unfortunately, to leave a review I need to give at least one star; in reality I don’t think I would be that generous.

I would have been a regular customer of 4 star Beersbridge Road but the last pizza I recieved from this particular branch was the worst pizza I have had and had to put it in the bin this was after paying £25 for my order would definitely not recommend

There was a mix-up with one part of my collection order. I returned to the store and they apologised, made me a complete fresh order and threw in another portion of hotdog swirls for the inconvenience. I always think you learn more about a businesses customer service from how they handle a problem that from when everything runs normally. I really enjoyed my pizza as well.

Absolute joke of a business. Order sent to a totally different house in another street. 2.5hrs later, replacement order still has not arrived and they've shut off their phones and closed on JustEat at 8:30pm, but taken money off me. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Easily the best pizza place within East Belfast. I order anytime I'm getting a takeaway, The food comes before the delivery time. The food is always hot and tastes heavenly. The drivers are so lovely too. 10/10 and will continue to order from here.

Absolutely stinkin! Undercooked soggy mess and the barbecue sauce was like a really watered down gravy. The wrong ice cream was delivered along with 4 so badly under cooked cookies, ya couldn't eat them. Waste of £30 odd pound i am disgusted!

Waited over an hour when told would be 30 minutes. When we rang the store we were told they attempted to deliver and phoned - have not received any missed calls and have not had anyone come to my door.

Just found 4 long hairs in my pizza, I think someone needs to tie their hair up before touching the pizzas. Can't get through to the shop either to complain

pizzas were OK but one wasn't cooked at the base properly ,it was ,very doughy & too much tomato based sauce on them, turned bitter at crust and no dips came with the choices even though we ordered , very disappointing , I also can't get through to shop to complain so sadly need to review here.

Muy molesto por la pizza, una pizza normal de Tesco habría sido igual o incluso mejor. El hombre de la caja ni siquiera se molestó en devolver ningún cambio. El otro trabajador a su lado se estaba hurgando la nariz y luego volvió a hacer pizzas. No cabe duda de que no volveré, muy molesto con la calidad de este lugar y la pizza.

Dije esto antes, pero definitivamente no volveré ni siquiera puedo hacer el pedido bien, así que hice pizza fresca y todos los lados se congelaron y me tomaron pizza y la pusieron en un plato caliente junto con otras pizzas que estaban esperando a ser recogidas. Estoy absolutamente horrorizado por la pizza que recibí y el servicio al cliente que recibí cuando llamé para quejarme.Mi pizza llegó sin la mitad de los ingredientes, ¡pero lo peor de todo fue que estaba cubierta de AJO CRUDO! !Llamé para pedir un reembolso ya que estaba absolutamente horrorizado de que hicieran esto y la pizza era completamente incomible. El chico del teléfono me ofreció cupones para otra ocasión. . . . Eh, no! Después de mucha deliberación y ponerme en espera, 15 minutos más tarde (mientras mi otra mitad estaba comiendo su pizza promedio) me dijo que tendría que enviar un correo electrónico a la pizza vil. Después de una semana y enviando otros 2 correos electrónicos (no hay ningún teléfono que no suene), todavía estoy esperando.Esto arruinó mis planes de sábado por la noche para llevar y películas con mi pareja. Hubiera enviado esto de vuelta a un restaurante y me negara a pagar, pero desafortunadamente con el servicio de entrega, tienes que pagar por adelantado. Creo que es ridículo tener que esperar un reembolso y no entiendo por qué no pude obtener un reembolso por teléfono. Dos pizzas cuestan 26. 90 (1 mediano y 1 9 ") que es completamente caro y un desperdicio de mi dinero ganado con tanto esfuerzo!Muy decepcionado y NUNCA compraré pizza desde aquí otra vez.

Got 'epic wedges'. Dreadful. Garlic baguette, sloppy. The bacon on my pizza was off! When we called to complain they said 'it's fine. No one else has complained.' Seriously!

We ordered pizzas to be delivered to our sons Birthday party, giving clear instructions when ordering. The delivery driver arrived in a really bad mood and very quickly became aggressive and threatening to my wife, throwing his arms around and pointing angrily toward her face, simply because she was struggling to hear him above the kids party. When l tried to calm him down he continued to be aggressive squaring up to me. Thankfully he then stormed off. We reported this to Four Star Pizza and asked for the manager to call us back. 1 week later we called again as no one had called us to be told the manager would call us the next day. That didn't happen either and we called again a few days after this which was now 10 days after the incident and finally got to talk to management. They apologised but stated they only heard about the incident yesterday and admitted to poor communication between her staff. Apparently the delivery driver has been let go because of a number of similar problems but the whole issue has been badly managed and to say we received very poor customer service is an understatement. We were regular customers with 4 star but will not ever order again

Awful. If you want a decent pizza, order dominoes. I wish we had! Would have been half the price and maybe all items would have been delivered! Never again.

La pizza tenía pelos negros y grasientos. El chico que la hacía sin una red de pelo era asqueroso. Ni siquiera me atreví a comerla. No recomendaría ir cuando hay un niño pequeño con el pelo negro y rizado y sin redecilla para hacer las pizzas. Creo que los niños y las mujeres deberían estar usando redes para el cabello, es antihigiénico y asqueroso.

I got a small Hawaii 5 oh this evening. It tasted fine but there were hardly any toppings. No sweetcorn, very little ham and mushroom. Very disappointing.

Got the wrong drink with my order. The delivery guy said he'd bring it round shortly. No bother, it's just a drink. When I got the order inside I also had no dip for my chicken dippers. When I phoned the store the guy just said hello, and I had to ask him twice to even find out if I'd got the store. I told him about the dip and he said he'd "try" to get it sent out. I said that since I'd paid for it could he make sure instead of trying. He said "I'll make sure". The delivery guy came out ten minutes later with the drink, and no dip. Ended up having to reheat the chicken and eat it dry. Delicious. When I actually got around to opening the pizza it looked like instead of slicing it someone had scraped a small stick across the toppings delicately, in case they accidentally broke the pizza. Pretty rubbish all round. The food was edible I suppose.

Ordeno de cuatro estrellas en el Beersbridge con bastante regularidad. Sus ofertas son geniales y su masa / base es bastante difícil de superar, ¡para ser honesto! Su masa es tan suave, pero crujiente; puedes probar su frescura. Mucho lo prefiero a lo que muchos considerarían como la 'principal' tienda de pizza de comida rápida.

Vinimos para una pizza de llevar a cabo el lunes pasado por la noche. El chico que nos servía, Keith, fue muy amable y servicial, y la pizza deliciosa. Sin embargo, cuando tratamos de darle propina, nos dijo que no era la política y se negó a llevar nada. Por lo tanto, asegúrese de que a su personal se le pague bien y se lo recompense por su servicio; lo merecen. Usaremos Four Star Pizza más en el futuro debido a la pizza, pero más debido al gran servicio.

pizza was delivered with one of them missing red onion, we also chose basil leaves on it which is misleading as this really is only dried basil and not fresh basil leaves, they need to make this clear on the just eat menu. we called up and got them to re-send that pizza, replacing the basil with extra cheese. my own pizza was correct and wasnt too bad, but still not amazing. the resent pizza did come quickly which was good. but the 'rustic chorizio' on it was pretty poor and more akin to pepperoni. overall not very good quality pizza and will not order from here again.

wrong order again ordered barbecue base deep pan got regular base regular sauce although initial order was speedy didn’t bother to phone for a replacement pizza as the last time I did they took 90 minutes if they could just read the order there would be no issue... I will remember to write in the comments next time SEE IF YOU CAN GET MY ORDER RIGHT THIS TIME
