Proper little Gem this place, food is top notch!! Staff friendly premises is spotless!! 5 star customer service on my meal preps. I work in the area and use Fit Food Monday-Friday.

great food for people wanting to be more healthy , shakes are amazing , food is quality and good portion sizes , great alternative to the usual fast food that's over processed and not good for you

thought I’d try this place for meal preps as the menu looked ok but the when the food arrived it was awful looked so un appetising to begin with and we couldn’t finish the first meal dryer than a desert the broccoli smelt like sweaty toes and the steak was tougher than my work boots the second lot of meals was no better so we asked politely for a refund but got a very snotty un apologetic response declining & refusing to accept any responsibility . Very disappointing experience .

Waited 40 mins with only me on the shop for a breakfast wrap! Could have bought the ingredients and went home and made it quicker myself. Poor quality ingredients and caged hen eggs! I mean it’s 2023 caged eggs aren’t clean and lean … very poor.

Good food for good macros, good to see a place that supports the gains

Ok had a manic day today and needed some food urgently when I thought haven’t been there “ Fit Food “ for a while . Went in and instantly was drawn to the Special Steak 🥩 and Cheese 🧀 omelette they do . It was “ Sorry for swearing “ Fooking Gorgeous ❤️👍🏆. Brilliant staff too and very charitable seen a fella looking for loose change on the floor and one of them went outside and dropped a pound for him to find “ Lovely gesture “ . I for one will be making it a regular eating place of mine from now on . Thank you and keep up the good work you do ❤️🏆

There seemed to be a shortage of a lot of things like no paninis plus a few other things and It was only 12pm! 😕 I asked for tuna/cheese melt baked potato which looked presentable but the cheese was not even melted, making it a little dry. (sorry I was under the impression that 'Tuna/melt' meant exactly that!) melted cheese? But no worries 👍 The girl that served us was pleasant enough. My sis had a pasta dish with steak, which she said was lovely.

Best place in st Helens for healthy eating. Meals are absolutely delicious and loads to choose from. staff are friendly and welcoming and their meal prep menu is amazing and saves us time money and effort. Can not recommend these guys enough

Been ordering food here for a month and I’ve just placed an order for another month. I’ve lost weight, saved money and the food tastes great. It’s a hugely convenient. Lots of people I work with work away from home and it’s ideal for them to keep in the freezer. And cheaper than buying food everyday from the shop. I can’t recommend enough.
