Food was incredible, the service was too. Very hospitable, our waitress was lovely. We were planning to get teppanyaki, but decided to get a couple starters and sushi to warm the pallet, but the portions were so big we didn’t have room for the teppanyaki! Delicious nonetheless

I’ve been here at least 4 times on various occasions for the last year. I come to Belfast for work and stay locally - this is my favourite place. The food is incredible, every time I’m impressed by how good the food is. The ladies that served me are always friendly and kind. I’m always given 10/10 service!

Deliciosa cocina japonesa (tuve el pollo chispeante y mi esposa disfrutó de un Ramen vegetariano). Las gyozas vegetales y los tés helados también eran geniales! El personal era encantador y amable, solo recomendaría que no se apresuren a llevar platos (literalmente acabamos de terminar nuestra comida como los platos fueron recogidos) . Por lo demás, sin embargo, tuvimos una visita fabulosa.

No hay necesidad de una revisión de gofres. Personal muy amable, muy agradable sushi y a un precio razonable. Sin duda volveré y estoy dispuesto a probar las opciones de piedra caliente que se veía muy bien

Visité con mi hija en un descanso de tres días. Preciosa mesa de banco tranquila. Compartimos los rollos de primavera de verduras que eran encantadores y luego los dos tuvimos el udon de pollo teriyaki que también era muy sabroso. Excelente comida y servicio muy atento.

Great customer service and serving staff- made the meal really lovely and pleasant. Great tasty food, and good portion size. Good atmospheric music,not too intruding.

Lovely staff, but wine by the glass was oxidized and food was only OK. Sadly, I wouldn’t return.

Delicious food, loveliest service, cannot recommend highly enough! We were celebrating my brother birthday and with a hot pot it was very delicious with them fresh vegetables.

Odd but interesting, menu is perhaps too expansive as each item we ordered fell short of great. We found the hot pot a very interesting choice but the only chicken stock available was so spicy as be uncomfortable to eat, literally burnt our mouths & throats! Beware

Fantastic service from all the staff. Everything came out fast. The teppanyaki show was really fun, so it's a great night out. I recommend you order the Kirin Sake shot (lots of fun) and the salmon tempura masago sushi rolls .

Ordered as a birthday treat as the food has always been perfect. However this time was a horror show. Firstly instead of Chicken tempura I received what I assume was Ebi Prawn tempura which I can't eat. I gave that to the dogs... they weren't keen either. On to the beef danburi and this was basically a few scraps of shoe leather, tough, dry and seemed to be recooked. I know its mid week but I didn't pay for recooked beef, the accompanying rice was soggy too.... the egg was ok at least. Finally the Nikko spiced chips, after some digging around I found approx. 5 specks of seasoning in the bottom of the container, not even enough to cover a tiny chip, this is basic stuff... I genuinely hate to leave a bad review given previous high quality but you need to do a lot better this was genuinely tragic especially given the price.

Tempura didn’t travel well but tasted ok. Sushi and Yaki soba fantastic. Chilli Chips terrible.

Everything was wonderful, we went to the Teppanyaki experience, chef Adam was fabulous, very entertaining! All staff were so kind, couldn't have done more for us... very clean, great portions, tasty cocktails. Really looking forward to going back and trying their hotpot! For what you get the prices are reasonable! 😁

It was the second time we visited this restaurant. Their food and service are excellent. Since that day was my son s birthday, they surprisingly gave him a piece of birthday cake. They are soooo nice. I am sure we shall visit again and undoubtedly introduce this restaurant to our friends.

Five of us dined on Thursday night 2 May and every meal was fantastic, a special thanks to our waitress Mia who was very attentive and friendly. We will certainly be back.

Good restaurant, plentiful and very welcoming

We've ordered Beef ramen and Beef Dotonburi. The noodles in ramen were soggy and sticking together like it has been cooked and sitting for a long time. While the dotonburi rice was cold, the kimchi doesnt taste good and the beef was dry, chewy and tasteless. We didn't finished both but still paid full price.. 😕 Quite disappointed really since we love japanese, korean food.

Great service and staff were very friendly. We ordered sushi and teppanyaki for dinner. Sushi was well made and tasty, but we felt the teppanyaki was slightly overpriced for what was served (and as compared to other teppanyaki restaurants we’ve tried). Was actually expecting the fried rice to be cooked over the grill as do most teppanyaki places.

We came with a party of 5 on Wednesday for the Teppanyaki dinner experience. We had plenty of cocktails which were all perfectly made, and a wide range of starters. The soft shell crab sushi roll was amazing, and so was the yakitori and miso soup. Then the dinner experience itself was phenomenal. Our chef John was truly a master at his craft and made both cooking and entertaining look effortless! I had the Prawns with the garlic cream sauce and it was cooked perfectly! Also, big thank you to our waitress Yunfei (Fifi), you were so so kind and really made our night. I wish you all the best with your studies and we can’t wait to come back and eat again here!!

Not great when they forget to bring your main course and you end up sitting eating while they mop around you

Excellent! We went at short notice albiet early on Saterday evening (17:30) and had the Teppanyaki... The staff could not have been friendlier! We had Sirloin Steak with pepper and garlic sauce and Chicken with mango and plum sauce. All beautifully prepared and very tasty. It was busy even that early. We will be recommending Firestone to family and friends and we'll be back Very Soon to sample more of the menu.

Never got our order. Said it was delivered and we never got it. Restaurant said it wasn’t their problem, that the driver took it. £43 worth of food paid for that never was recieved.

my FAVOURITE restaurant in Belfast!! This restaurant doesn’t get enough credit, the interior is amazing, the food is delicious & it’s very reasonably priced. They have happy hour on during the week and do a live cooking show. Hate to say it but it wipes the floor with Zen & 3 Levels

We went for the hotpot and it did not disappoint. The portion sizes were huge, came with a free cocktail for each of us and it was all worth every penny. Everything tasted amazing and I would 100% come back to have it again. The staff are so helpful and friendly, answered all our questions and got us everything we could have wanted. Even staff who weren't serving us specifically came to check on us on multiple occasions. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

The Sushi was fresh, well made and delicious. They have a interesting menu, with Asian Tapas, good size, would be ok for a main for lunch. 2 of us had the ramen. Both were excellent, chicken and beef, with different veg etc. Would highly recommend. Great portions too. Excellent attention from Angelo our waiter.

We were here for lunch and ordered from the sushi menu and the Fire hot stone menu and everything was beyond delicious, sushi was fresh as could be and flavours amazing, and sea bass was cooked to perfection. Really lovely helpful staff, hand lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Attention à votre addition, ils vous ajoutent 10% de service charge, sans rien dire ! De plus, si vous souhaitez prendre un apéritif, oubliez, les plats sont servis avant ! Très mauvaise organisation, fuyez ! Nous avons souhaité prendre l'apéritif et manger après ce que l’on a dit au premier serveur tout gentil, puis une serveuse super speed et venue en nous disant que l'on devait se dépêcher qu'ils voulaient fermer les cuisines, on a répété que nous voulions d'abord prendre l'apéro puis manger. Nos plats sont arrivés 25mn plus tard et nous n’avions toujours pas nos apéros. Je peux comprendre qu’ils veuillent fermer les cuisines à 22h00 mais dans ce cas ils le disent en arrivant et surtout qu’ils servent 3 cocktails et une bière plus vite. Pourquoi mettre plus de temps à préparer un apéritif plutôt que 4 plats. Aucun respect du client, pour le service puis on vous vole sur l’addition en partant !

Good spot for sushi, we tried several maki rolls and they were all delicious. We especially loved the mango prawn ones! The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, some people were enjoying teppanyaki which seemed fun!

We visited for teppanyaki. Our chef was fantastic. We got the gyozas, salt and chilli fried tofu, salmon, ribeye steak and prawns and all of the food was very tasty. The tofu was a bit on the salty side but still good! Had a great time!

The service and food was amazing. This place is well worth a visit. We had a platter of sushi to share as well as two other small things: spring rolls and salted chilli tofu. Delicious! Our servers were lovely and very helpful.

Came in not knowing what to expect from the Hotpot, to my surprise the vegetable plate and meat plate was amazing sizes for the pricing along side the sauces. Hotpot was nice and filling. Lovely helpful staff, really enjoyed the music choices and being able to see the live shows they did as well. Great experience, will definitely come again

We tried the hot pot with 2 bases we did not like them, they told us to try it with all the toppings. We did and still did not like them. Now we had ordered a lot of veggies and took some of them home, the broth was extremely watery and disgusting. They just gave us the FULL bill!! They did not take one pound off the charge! Even when we left most uneaten and untouched. I'm really disappointed in the food and the hospitality! Would not recommend!

Got the beef donburi bowl delivered and it was not great. I previously sat in and had it and it was great, really tender beef and delicious veg (peppers etc.). But this time the quality of the beef was bad and the veg was dire, basically soggy iceberg lettuce with very little else.

Excellent value for money restaurant, the half duck was beautiful, will return soon.
