Finn Lough Forest Hideaway in Fermanagh

Only had a brief look around and if you are looking to be in the middle of nowhere then here is the place. It is peaceful with beautiful view from green tree to beautiful water.

Recommend for couples or small group of adults. Service is next level with food a super premium. Spa trail is something different and a must if staying. Booking packages is the way to go here.

My husband and I came here for the first two nights of an 8 day holiday in Ireland/Northern Ireland. We stayed in a premium bubble dome. This was our second time staying in a bubble dome (1st was in Iceland) and we really enjoy the ability to sleep under the stars. The room was great, with heat and air conditioning (which was very welcome given the warm weather during our stay). I had ordered a charcuterie board for the room that was there on arrival and delicious - they also hosted a cocktail for us as we were celebrating my early birthday! We enjoyed *most* of the Elements Trail Spa; there was a small snafu with our timeslot so we missed the float portion, but the spa coordinator (I wish I could recall her name - she was amazing!!) was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we felt fulfilled by our experience, and appreciated by the staff. The hot tub was easily our favorite part - we could've sat in there all day! We took a walk around their trail, enjoyed Elevenses by the lake, and had great lunch and dinner experiences in the restaurant. We love to cocktail, and appreciated the hospitality of Barry & Darragh in the bar area - they were great, accommodating, and fun! Darragh hosted a wine and whiskey tasting for us, and had us both learning and laughing. Barry went above and beyond to create cocktails that were to our liking. They were standouts for us on our trip. Overall, I'd highly recommend Finn Lough - there's not many establishments like it, and it offers a unique, relaxing experience. And the customer service is top notch!

We had the most incredible time at Finn Lough – honestly, it’s one of those places that just sticks with you. From start to finish, everything was spot on. The Wild Dining experience was something else – such a unique way to enjoy amazing food in the middle of nature. It felt adventurous and special, like a secret supper club in the woods. Every course was thoughtful and full of flavour, and the setting was just magical. The Elements Spa was next-level relaxing. Wandering between saunas and hot tubs surrounded by trees was pure heaven. It’s one of the most peaceful, beautiful spa experiences we’ve ever had. And the staff? Just lovely. Super friendly, always happy to help, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. If you're looking for a proper escape with a bit of adventure, some luxury, and loads of charm – Finn Lough is it. Will definitely be heading back!

It’s a place worth going with friendly helpful staff specially Eleonora beautiful Italian woman and Ruane very cheerful helpful fella. Not to mention the views are great Spa and bikes are complementary as well and breakfast is served right at your place. Would definitely recommend

If your travels take you to Ireland, you must make this a stop. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind and reconnect with each other. From the moment you step foot on the property, someone is taking care of you and ensuring you are relaxing. Dobri at the bar downstairs makes you feel like you're a best friend visiting and he wants to show you his latest craft cocktail concoction or latest wine find. Barry upstairs makes the most amazing smoked pear old fashioned I've ever had.. Still dreaming of it! Nuala at the spa ensures you are headed out on the most relaxing nature spa experience you can imagine. The food was wonderful, the breakfast hampers were absolutely perfect! The Bubble dome experience was fantastic and we cannot wait to come back!! Sleeping under the stars was more relaxing than I can express!

I was really excited to stay at Finn Lough after seeing all the glowing reviews and beautiful pictures, but unfortunately, my experience was a huge letdown. First, the price is absolutely not justified for what you get. The bubble domes may look luxurious in photos, but in reality, they are small, lack storage space, and feel quite basic for the premium cost. There’s little privacy, and despite being marketed as a peaceful retreat, we could hear other guests nearby. Overall, this place is massively overpriced and doesn’t live up to the hype. If you’re considering booking, I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere—there are plenty of places that offer a better experience for far less money. 1/5 – Wouldn’t return.

I recently stayed at Finn Lough, and I was deeply disappointed by the experience. To start, they completely messed up my booking dates. Imagine driving up 4 hours to stay in such a “luxurious” place to be told you don’t have a booking. Despite providing clear details, they had me down for the wrong dates, which was frustrating and inconvenient from the start. It absolutely put a down mood for the rest of the stay in Finn Lough. The staff provided us with an ‘alternative’ which just didn’t meet the standards of what I had booked for my boyfriend’s birthday. We paid £600 pounds for one night for a premium bubble dome and did not receive this. As we had drove up 4 hours we ended up staying in the alternative accommodation provided. During our trip we noticed the staff pointing and talking about us behind our backs and especially during dinner which was absolutely horrendous. After such a stressful and definitely not relaxing day at Finn Lough we went back to our normal dome which we never would have booked as it’s absolutely NOT worth it. We decided to get showered and just head to bed, but to our further disappointment we were meant with ice cold showers with no hot water. For the price we paid, and for Finn Lough calling themselves “luxury” you would expect such a basic need to be provided. No one took accountability, which made the situation even worse. The next morning I had met with Kendal the sales manager who was so cold to deal with and put the blame on me saying I should have noticed the dates. To make matters worse, the director, Michael, completely mishandled the situation. His lack of professionalism and refusal to take responsibility only added to my frustration. I expected a much higher level of service, especially considering the price. I won’t be returning to Finn Lough. I was offered a compensation of the difference in the prices between the stay which was £50. Absolutely scandalous, I honestly do not recommend staying there whatsoever.

Amazing place - unreal food, so tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Bubble domes are really cool, comfortable and private.

A incredible spot, we have been many times since 2021 and the service and quality just keeps getting better. Some of the best food I have had and an outstanding display of customer satisfaction by the staff (special thanks to Kendall and Emma-Kate).

Oh my goodness. I can't rave about this place enough, except I'm short on time so will make it brief! It was everything I hoped for and more. My husband surprised me by turning up here on Monday and wow, what a fantastic way to spend our 4th wedding anniversary! The forest spa was divine, jumped into the lake, cycled the forest, the vegan menu was delicious, we had a bath under the stars. Bed was lux! Vegan brekkie was sooo good! Being surrounded in nature the whole time totally relaxed us all day. I adored every second. And everyone seemed to know it was our anniversary! We were treated so well, thank you so much, we want to come back again!

We stayed here at the weekend and it was the most fabulous experience! We stayed in a bubble dome which was wonderful and different. The place is so unbelievably calming and peaceful and when I say the staff are just wonderful, I mean it! The breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious and also lovely and hot! It is definitely very much aimed at a nice romantic getaway for couples and really is a lovely way to switch off from the world and relax! The only things I would give as suggestions: - Give a key to lock the dome door - Allow for longer sessions around the spa trail because it was SENSATIONAL. The Prosecco in the hot tub was a lovely touch! - Totally understand wanting to keep the space as natural as possible but better pathways around the spa trail would be good as it was a little painful walking on the stones with the wet shoes.

We went there for a different type of break. We stayed in a premium bubble dome which was fantastic. The domes are very secluded. Temperature inside the domes is adjustable, furniture and bed were very comfortable, domes were well equipped - shower, bath, fridge, espresso maker, snacks. Elements trail was lovely especially flotation pond. Dinner at the barn was very good. They bay bar and sitting area is really well setup. For residents the Finnish sauna/hot tubs are free for about an hour a day. Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Finn Lough's bubble domes offered a truly unique and magical experience. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations with its delicious cuisine, and the breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. This is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly special getaway in Northern Ireland.

Incredible place, wonderful staff, overall amazing experience. Wish we could have stayed longer. One of the best resorts we've ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back.
