I ordered a big breakfast, it was very nice. Handy, central location. Good value for money and friendly service, would recommend.

Called in for a lunch last Saturday at Finley's. Lovely food and good service, but was spoiled a bit by the roaring of motor bikes going past on the main road a few feet away. To be fair, this is beyond the control of the staff and there are tables upstairs which would most likely be quieter.

I always eat breakfast here before a day's paddling on the Dee, and Rebekah never disappoints! The sausage sandwiches are brilliant, as are the full breakfasts - well priced and very generously proportioned. The hot chocolate is very good - no watered down rubbish here! There is a variety of teas from Teapigs too. I've had the sandwiches to take away and they are also lovely - full of filling. There are several cakes to choose from which I am yet to try but they do look very appetising. You can sit in or takeaway, and upstairs has a lovely view of Town Falls. What really makes it though is Rebekah - always smiling, always friendly, and she remembers you, even when you only go to Wales once a month! I will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Finley's Cafe. The lady who looked after us was very helpful and friendly. The coffee was lovely and hot and made with oat milk as requested. We chose the falafel wrap and smoky jackfruit and shared. Both were really tasty and we couldn't choose our favourite. We even had vegan mayo for the side salad. Thank you Finley's we look forward to visiting again soon.

My sons and I visited and had great burgers with THE BEST CHIPS we've had in years- OMG if you like chips and burgers, give this a try! The service was fantastic too! Finley evidently is a doggie and staff were celebrating his 8th birthday the day of our visit, it was nice too to see a photo of Finley in the cafe. We are definately planning on a repeat visit!

This sandwich bar has only just been extended but what a great addition it is, food and host was perfect. We had struggled to find somewhere to eat in Llangollen, but it worked in our favour as we found Finlay's. Eat upstairs if you are able to as the view is great over the river.

On a brief business trip to Llangollen , stumbled across "Finland " , a newly renovated coffee shop - great location , opposite the steam railway station and river and close to the canal - lovely views of the hills through the open bi- folding doors . Had a lovely breakfast and really good coffee . Good , friendly service , too , and great value for money .

Needed somewhere to grab a breakfast as the hotel that I was staying at didn't serve it until 8:30 & I needed to be at my client's by then. Spotted Finley's as I was driving through Llangollen & as it was open I called in for breakfast. Lovely sausage butty & hot cup of tea & what's more, the young lady that runs the place was really friendly & chatty - certainly brightened up a dismal & wet autumn morning! Whilst I was eating & drinking, a number of local customers came & went & the relationship that the owner had with them was fantastic - something that many much larger companies could learn from!

I always use this dear little shop when I stay each year at the Bridge End Hotel. The pretty young lady who has been serving me for over 3 years does a roaring trade from the local boys and girls from the nearby school who get off the buses and head straight to Finley's! The lovely aroma of sausage rolls, bacon and pasties under the grill is simply mouth-watering and the groups of giggling girls outside reminds one of a scene from Doc Martin!

We purchased sandwiches, treats and sweets prior to travelling on the Llangollen Railway. The shop offers a good selection and choice and is very handy for the railway being just across the road from the Station.

Stopped by for a Coffee. Purchased a takeaway Latte and Cappuccino. Totally undrinkable. Ended up throwing away and purchasing another one from the coffee shop on the canal.

I stumbled on this shop whilst walking the llangollen canal, it is just at the bottom of wharf hill. The selection is amazing, all freshly prepared. Hot breakfast sandwiches or made to order cold sandwiches made on the spot and not prepacked. I had egg mayo salad in a wrap, it was delicious. Decent take away tea and coffee too, ideal if you want to eat alfresco and want value for money. The staff are very friendly too! Highly recommended in a town where take away food is so expensive! This place won't break the bank!

Fab lunch today in this cute family run cafe in Rhewl on the way to Ruthin (first left just past Drovers Pub) Small shop area with gifts but mainly a cafe with lots of seating plus outdoor seating overlooking the Clwydian mountain range. Reasonable prices and great lunch and breakfast menu choices. We also noticed an afternoon tea on the table next to us (we asked to take a photo) looked delicious 👏👏. 5/5 👜 handbag cafe review well worth a trip out 👍 Mug Run

I visit here quite regular. They do so many choices and it's so tasty. Made to tour choice and they are a very reasonable price. Would never go to another sandwich bar. My personal favourite is Chinese chicken.

This is now called Boba Geeks Cafe. We went in expecting the usually greasy cafe food with frozen chips . We were pleasantly surprised. Home made chips with sausage, egg and beans all cooked to perfection. The chef uses all fresh ingredients in all his food and does a traditional roast on a Sunday. We paid £21 for 3 meals and 3 drinks which I thought was a real bargain.
