Not so bad.......was bad I had to order for tea at the onset....Awesome customer service though!!!!

We dine on 27 January with family and friends.I never see so bad service. Food was not bad,but girls serves as horrible. When they bring food half of ships plate dropped on my little girl neck.Never back here anymore

Nice clean place with modern decor. Saying that the atmosphere wasn't all that as the place was very quiet. After placing the order of a Dallas steak and some Adana kebab, was given some complimentary turkish bread with dips and olives while waiting for our food to be prepared. Taste wise the steak was alright but the downside was nearly half of it was either bone or fat which was very disappointing Adana kebab come with a choice of rice or bulgar, the taste and flavour was there, however couldn't really enjoy them as we're dripping of olive oil or some kind of oil. First time getting grilled food and it being drenched in oil. Really couldn't understand it, as I've eaten from many different turkish restaurants before.

Patronised twice - once by delivery and once dine in. All of the food was flavourful and well presented. There are also sides like fresh bread, sauces and olives. We had casserole dishes, which both come with a salad and rice or bulgur. Also had lamb shank tava another time and it was good too.

We had the grill platter for 4-5 people. Even though we are big eaters this could've fed 7 people easily. Service was excellent and staff are polite. We received Turkish bread with some delicious sauces and olives. The bread was soo fresh and I think the best I've had! The fruit jug was really refreshing. Chips was very crispy with a nice seasoning and plenty of salad. All in all delicious and the portions are huge. This will now be my go to Turkish restaurant.

One of the best places in Coventry for a good dinner night.

I spotted this joint since March 2022 and since then, I eat here twice every week. They have varieties of meal, perfect environment, nice workers and prices are moderate.

I’ve tried ET grill for the first time and possibly first restaurant in Coventry and honestly didn’t expect to get such amazing food. Once I sat down, a delicious Turkish bread, two types of sauces and olives immediately served for free. Then I tried one of the most famous Turkish dishes which is the mixed grills that came with three skewers as shown in the photos. In general, I highly recommend this restaurant if we are looking for a good value for money and delicious food.

We been there today with my husband and two kids The food was nice and tasty The service was amazing everyone there was friendly and smiling I would recommend it to everyone who wants lovely food with lovely service

Okayish place for turkish food, their Kunafa was yumm! Chicken Shish - 7/10 Adana Kebab - 6.5/10 Kunafa - 8/10 😍

WOW! We’ve never eaten something this delicious at such price. My dad got the New York Sirloin Steak while my mom got the Lamb Rips and for me the Lamb Chops. The Lamb Dishes had rice for us which was fine but OH I KID YOU NOT the meat was ABSOLUTELY BEST OF BEST, perfectly cooked (except if you want it medium or well like my dad did) and since we were the only table there at the time (just opening), the waiter served just like a bodyguard and kept an eye on us all throughout our meal, I even got kind of nervous for some reason😅. The drinks are also very tasty with not at all expensive prices. HAVE TO TRY WHEN YOU’RE IN COVENTRY!!! 13/10🔥🔥(they also gave us complimentary bread and sauce).

Me and my partner come here now and again, the food has never failed to surprise us. The meat is all fresh, and the taste is amazing. Staff are always attentive and very friendly, would honestly recommend this for everyone

An unplanned visit with good friends after a recent near by event. First time visit for me and already planning to go again. Staff were awesome and the food was properly delicious. Zero complaints from me.

Everything lacked flavour & seasoning, had no authentic Turkish taste. Drinks were served at room temp & flat. Service was friendly & welcoming and the place was clean.

We had a good time and enjoyed every dishes we ordered. Lamb liver was surprisingly good, it didn’t have any bad organ taste. Ice cream was brilliant, we’ve been told thats home made. Staff were very friendly.

There was nothing special about the food. Everything was average. The falafel was oily and didn’t really taste authentic. For mains we ordered yogurt sarma chicken beyti kebab which was quite good and chicken kavurma with rice which was not very flavourful. The service was good and the ambience was decent.

The food was nice, and the prices ain't to bad. The services was good, and the staff are polite. The big letdown was, the kids menu was an after thought. The horrible smelly fish fingers that would make most people throw up ruined it. They must have been in the fridge for a year absolutely repulsive.

Middle Eastern Steak Very special but it is recommended not to order too ripe The accompanying bread with sauce is very appetizing! The restaurant feels like it has been improved with the taste of the locals Overall you can give it a try

Amazing food and worth what you pay for. Halal turkish cuisine with authentic taste. I have been in turkey and therefore can compare the taste. Food is amazing. The sheesh kebabs are to die for. Try the iskendar mix kebab and mixed grill if you want to try various items. Ayran not the best so wouldn’t highly recommend. I will try the steak next in sha Allah. Service is top notch and there is plenty of seating. The vibe is good and the menu is a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Portion size is also good. Parking is available opposite the restaurant in a small car park. If you are craving turkish food then this restaurant would be deffo recommend from me. Found this place in Coventry, the prettiest decor inside, the most welcoming customer service and the food was amazing! Halal - Didn’t get to take a picture of the mash, but definitely worth the order!!

I just visited this restaurant today with my family, everything was fantastic! My kids as well they enjoyed it as much as me and my family did! The steaks are as many say the best and 100% meat. For sure I will become a regular customer from now on.

This restaurant has a new name and menu, possibly new owners too. I had tried it when it was Adana a year ago, and the food was spot on. However, recently tried it and the food was below average. Rice was bland and chips were dry, the meat was just tasteless too. Would not recommend

We have ordered 3 times now off just eat, The food has been top notch all 3 times, Were ordering again on sat, The meal for 2-3 is perfect for us, we also have the prawns, we literally clear the plates, The skin on fries always arrived hot a crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside..Everything Perfectly cooked and Beautifully spiced 👍My reviews are also on just eat and you can't leave a review on there unless you have ordered from there 😋

With the greeting we received a plate with homemade bread and some appetisers. After the food arrived on the table, they dropped a little ramaken full of dry ice and when the smoke covered our meals it felt magical. The serving was on top, the food was exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend the restaurant.

We've been to this restaurant twice and both times were great. The food is delicious and freshly made. Huge portions! The service is good and staff friendly. I recommend the lamb chops, lamb ribs and lamb middle neck. the chopped aubergine salad. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely recommend this restaurant! It is difficult to not fill up on complimentary bread and dips as they are very tasty. The lamb is tender and so delicious. Generous portions and good value. The staff are friendly, service good and the atmosphere is warm, relaxed and vibrant.

Everytime i go there is excellent! I have been there so many times and i took also my friends from Birmingham and they loved it! The food is super tasty, high quality, beef and chicken very tender! Its absolutely a gem of turkish restaurant in Coventry! I really hope this high standard quality will be maintained forever in this fantastic restaurant! Well done ET grill!

Tasty food but not spicy lovely atmosphere

Last week I visit ET grill steakhouse with my friends to celebrate women day, the food was amazing, very nice staff they all make us feel confortable, well done cheff for the cooking show we had,overall I would give more then 5* if I could and definitley recomand this restaurant to all my friends and family

I am usually dine in or order from home cople of times a week, and I thought it is fair to leave a review. Very happy with everything, personnel is nice and helpful, food is always freshly prepared and delicious, pleasant atmosphere. Always a joy to go back.

I had chicken Shish takeaway and I can say it was absolutely perfect,I couldn’t fault them at all,it was so moist and full of flavour ,I enjoyed every single bit of it ,will definitely order from them again ,just perfect. Thank you 🥰

Food was perfect from start to finish.... Eaten in numerous Turkish restaurants... Lived in Turkey for over 4 and half years and this is the best experience since being back in the UK.... Hospitality was 2nd to none.... Highly recommend... And will be dining there again for sure... 5⭐.... All the way...

First time at Et Grill but it won't be the last time. Normaly eat in the town centre, but for the short distance to Far Gosford St its well worth the effort. Very tasty food, with excellent friendly service. The platter for 2 was massive and would feed at least 3. What we couldn't eat was put in a doggie bag for us. £20 each, an absolute bargain.

This food is amazing I have never had value for money like this a massive steak a sharing plate and lamb chops Turkish bread sald olives and dips diserts amazing also I have told absolutely everyone I know about this place the meat just melts in your mouth I have also had takeaway and collected and that was amazing also well done to the chefs and waiting staff love the fact you can watch it being cooked is great thank you I will defo be back x

Lovely find , through Google. Was in Coventry over the weekend, googled halal places and this place came up as a suggestion. Very good reviews, thought we’d try it out. Glad we did. Very welcoming and attentive staff. The decor was really good , with the ambiance of Turkey. Ordered starters and mains. Before the starters came, we were served with complimentary mixed olives and sauces , with the most lovely tasting freshly baked bread , topped with garlic and herbs. These complimented our starters of Falafel ( loved the creamy hummus that came with it) and pan fried prawns in a tomato and garlic sauce. Mains of mixed shish and Adana kebab with bulgar wheat and the Dallas steak. Good portion sizes , all cooked to perfection. Topped off with a complimentary dessert which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend to others. Will definitely go back if I’m in the area again.

I visited this place on valentine's day very welcoming staff gave complimentary Turkish bread with dips then the mains where well portions size went for mix grill starters mains Steak Dallas peppers mans size, Lamb shank and few sides great atmosphere never rushed to order or go even tho it was busy price was decent considering portions would definitely recommend it

Just ate the Lamb Back Chops fillet. Tremendous. Beautifully cooked and very tasty. They don't serve alcohol but the food was a treat.

Very nice Turkish food, It's a new place the first time I've tried the food But It's so good! I tried the Turkish stew instead of grills. The starter lamb liver was amazing! I'd highly recommend the lamb liver here! Staffs and chefs are all friendly and helpful! will Definately come back again!👌🏻

Really delicious food and service!! The plater is very juicy, especially the lamb and chicken wings😋Also!! Although the grill is cooked just beside the seats, there’s no smoke, which definitely makes me feel comfortable👍

Great value for money, would recommend the hummus with chicken, then we had fillet and dallas steak. Dallas steak highly recommend. Really good service as well.

Luv this place… great dry aged steak…. Must try…. You might have to request or clarify something more than once (I’m very particular about everything 👌🏼👌🏼)…. But the end result is amazing….. see photos… the Dallas and fillet steaks are fantastic….

I recently visited the Turkish restaurant with my wife in Coventry, and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and authentic. We had a starter first, Calamari which was as exquisite as the table service. My main was Turkish lamb curry cooked to perfection and served with a side of Turkish rice bowl and it was perfectly cooked, and for deserts we had Baclava, made and served in modern Turkish desert style. I think this was the best dessert I even tasted, Why? Maybe you should just go try it out. P.S The amazing surprise is great smoke show “A small bowl with burning coal & freshly picked parsley leaves and a little bit of water to make your meal service exciting” I will definitely be coming back and leaving a generous tip

Amazing experience! Delicious food! Service was amazing also! They came over with a little surprise for us and poured liquid into a salad bowl that made like a vapour that filled the table itbwas amazing. Lamb was perfectly cooked and I had so much of it. The decor in the restaurant gives a romantic atmosphere and I will be definitely be visiting again for a date night with just me and my partner 💕 I recommend this place to everyone.

Will not be returning again. Firstly the service was appalling, the waterless had a bad attitude. I wasn't satisfied with my drink and requested for substitute and was rudely told no. The chicken that I ordered was pink inside. Would not recommend.

Best food from Coventry , Halal fresh food

Visited here for the first time tonight and food was fantastic. The menu has good selection of dishes. We all chose different mains and and each if us thoroughly enjoyed what we chose. I especially liked the Red Onion Liver starter and the very hot dip that accompanied the bread. Staff were lovely. Will definitely visit again.

Was really shocked this place has just opened up! Lovely food, great quality and flavour. My husband particularly enjoyed the lamb wrap and said it was his "best takeout ever!" Also they sent us complimentary turkish bread and turkish sweets😄

Very very nice Steak…. Best fresh meat and aged steak in Coventry. Had the Dallas, Lamb neck and rib eye….. all were excellent. A little expensive but you get what you pay for….

Great place for dry aged steak. Steak was cooked perfectly, delicious and we'll presented. Still cannot believe how cheap it was too. Will definitely be returning for more. Friends got the Turkish grill which was also very good, infact everything was great. You should visit this place.

Ordered a platter for 2. The portion of meat was good and the rice was well cooked. I wished they had given a bit more rice though. Overall this place is a must try.

First time eating here and it was perfect to say the least authentic fresh and full Of flavour I had the veggie kebab my partner had the mixed grill both were delicious thr meat was very succulent and better then anything we had tasted in a long while the waitress was very welcoming and attentive definitely our new favourite place

The family and I have only had it as takeaways, but our experience has been fantastic every time. From friendly staff to great food, as a takeaway the meat is still tender and most with loads of flavour. The hummus and tzatziki dips are always great with the flatbreads too, along with the salads. Update: Had sit down meal with wife today, got fresh warm bread when we ordered. Had the lamb and chicken doner with rice and it was amazing, family and I truly like the food from here.

Except kunafa all other food was amazing staff was polite and helpful.

Food was nice ... service was alittle cold at first but the waitresses became more friendly during our meal and were very attentive. I intend to go again.

The food was amazing. I don't like lamb (or so I though before coming to Adana) but the way it was cooked here was fantastic. Meat is so juicy and tender, seasoning on point. Very generous portions and the taste is just amazing. Staff super friendly. Had a great experience here!

Do NOT order from this restaurant and save your money, food is tasteless very bad quality and old meat not been well cooked salad looked like 3 days old was mouldy and soggy. Dont let the menu pictures fool you not recommended at all total scam

The local is really nice. We loved the decor and ambient which is very Turkish. The food is good as well not the best as we eat best Turkish food in different places. Also, the dessert wasn't the best and we ordered 2 of them but our waitress forgot the order and we received only one. The kunafa dessert should be sweet and full of syrup and we had the opposite, not sweet at all and very dry. I give 4 stars for the rest of the food and restaurant which was nice and clean.

Visited for first time very disappointed had the hot meze it came on a wodden platter nobody brought any plates or cutlery had to ask the staff never once asked if the food was OK & had no interest in us, the food itself was deep fried and greasy the Sultan Grille there food which is tastier and healthier We were going to stay for mains but as food was poor and staff not interested went over the road to the Sultan which unlike Adana was busy such a difference attentive staff asking how food is etc food is grilled & better quality and cheaper we won't be going back

Not sure how it is in person there, we considered visiting, but went with a different route and ordered food for 20 pounds, we were shocked the amount of rice they put not sure if it was an accident or what but insanely little, no sauce on food, little salad on a side, bread seemed very dry as if it was warmed up from long ago, very very disappointed, if you think ordering from.them dont, in person you could at least complain.
