enset restaurant in Ealing

I have never been to a venue with such shocking staff service & food quality. The venue itself is lovely & I feel people were going just for the 'gram'. The attitude of staff is horrendous (I can only assume this is due to all the complaints of customers). It took over an hour for our table to be cleared after our starters. We eventually then had to ask if it was possible to order our main meal (as it had been 90mins since we had finished our starters). It took a while to come out and the food was terrible. Cold, bland, no seasoning, wrong cuts of steak, & steaks not cooked to the correct order. Several items had to be returned & removed from the final bill. It is quicker to go to the bar to order your drinks, as staff aren't very attentive/available to take drink orders. Honestly, I would avoid going unless you are planning on going for drinks/shisha

Un poco caro y no esperar un poco más para llenar la barriga por el efectivo tenía que parte con. Podría haber sido un poco más generosos con la salsa - un poco va un largo camino:) Todo estaba caliente (y sabroso), así que no puedo quejarme de eso. Quizás era tan bueno que me quedé decepcionado con la cantidad!

Such a shame as this was a lovely steak and fish restaurant. The chef was delightful and the staff were fantastic. The steaks we had were juicy and mouth watering.

En general, la comida era buena. La entrega era increíblemente rápido, no podía creer que sólo tarda 20 minutos para ser entregado!

Coffee wasn’t to bad but the whole place is very average and service wasn’t best either.... Hopefully they will do better next time.
