Excellent hotel... The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, everyone makes you feel so welcome. The facilities are truly 4 star and the food is excellent with a very good choice of dishes, all beautifully prepared... It's a family run hotel of several generations, with some of the staff having worked there many years. A true testament of the care and pride of the owners. A joy to have stayed there...

Always lush here. Been many times , mostly years ago but returned last year and it was still lovely. Get yourself booked in you won’t be disappointed!!

Did not stay in the hotel, but took advantage of a 4 course meal offer. The service was excellent and good value for the 4 courses, unfortunately my fillet steak wasn't great.

Shame that they put VAT on after the room price a lot of money for one night

Not stayed here, but everything else is superb. The design everywhere is stunning. You could sleep in the toilets! It's immaculate.

Classy Hotel with a friendly and personal feel. Staff are all lovely and ready to help with any requests.

Having not visited for a few years, we were delighted to find the same very high standards in food, staff, and decor. Great to see so many staff are still there.

As always after years of staying at the hotel it's a great place to stay, heres some ariel photos of the hotel near the beach front and one from the back overlooking the seafront 😊 we highly recommend 👌 It's close to everything you would want to experience and see in Llandudno and the staff, service, rooms and swimming pool is a great experience for all types of visitors.

We had a wonderful stay at the Empire. The staff were very attentive and helpful but not overbearing.

I have stayed here a number of times,I can't fault it,lovely hotel and staff. The only fault this time is the pool temperature,it was really cold and the steam room wasn't working!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this hotel which is once or twice a year. The rooms are well appointed & the beds very comfy & some have a balcony. The lounge area is nice to sit & relax, read the news papers & enjoy a drink. The dinning room has some booths as well as standard tables & the menu is a real treat. Breakfast is hearty & the dinner menu so tempting across all courses. The only slight draw back is car parking, one car park is at the rear of the property but the access is tight & the 90deg turn to the parking zone very tight. But there is an open area car park on the RHS of the hotel which has easy open access. A gem of a hotel & I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there & thoroughly recommend it to all 👍

Large party of 30+ Lovely welcome. Service was very good. Food was excellent. Lovely setting. A fabulous night had by all.

Everyone at The Empire Hotel embodies the essence of hospitality in its truest sense and art form. What a delight it was to experience this from everyone we met on such a short scamper for a Mother’s Day treat. Saran at the bar and in service at Watkins has the best smile. His care and attention made my mum feel like a rock star. Elyse just made everything happen. No request was too much and everything was catered for. So thank you to them both and everyone else at this wonderful establishment for a day my mum and I will cherish forever.

LIVE LOCALLY WENT YESTERDAY FOR VALENTINES 1 NIGHT STAY AND EVENING MEAL.BEAUTIFULROOM,LOVELY MEAL STAFF ARE CERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY MARY ON RECEPTION. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
