First time trying and it was amazing. The fries and burgers we out of this world 😀 can’t wait to order again sometime.

our burgers was delicious as always but the kids were disappointed with the crispy chicken strips and salad. they were just chicken chunks like the kids meal.

Food was honestly amazing. I have heard so many good things and was so excited to finally get a chance to try your burgers tonight.

our son recommended this place, great food , fast service would get again, but place is not sign posted so hard to find so would be an idea to get signs up for newbies that have never been before.

Food was amazing, thank you! Burgers was cooked to perfection, chicken wings melting in the mouth, but fries blew me away, it was full of flavour and crunchy, not a soggy mess like in other places! Delivery took longer than expected, but it's Saturday, food so delicious I'm sure you have a lot of customers. Appologies that I gave you some attitude on the phone. It was my first time ordering and had no idea that it's going to be sooo good! I will be happy to wait next time, it's worth it!

It's amazing that anyone can find this place but that all adds to the experience. Your order is cooked freshly and although parking can be a problem the burgers are delivered to your car. I had the True Blue and my son and daughter in law had the barbecue sauce one each. Lovely seeded buns and nicely cooked. Will certainly be back to try the other varieties on offer.

Literally never had bad food from here. Surf and turf burger is outstanding. Was slightly late but honestly worth waiting for. 5 stars

Just eat claimed 30-40 min delivery. Ordered at 18.35, delivered 20.22 It took almost 2 hours. Rang the restaurant and they said they “bumped” our order as it was busy and we should have had notification of it coming later- we didn’t! Oh yes and then part was barely warm! Friendly delivery driver tho

Food amazing as always, but arrived and it was only just warm enough to eat. First time I've experienced that so maybe something to watch out for in the future.

Great burgers and lovely sides. The only thing that let it down was that the food was delivered late unfortunately, but it would not deter me from ordering from here again.

35 minutes late, had to wait 2 hours total on my order for an average burger. Will not order again

Waited two hours for food to arrive and was not hot when it did eventually turned up. Very disappointing.

Connor very kindly rang to make me aware that the order would be slightly late, however he went out of his way to make up for that with some additional food & drink. The food as always is of exceptionally high standard and never disappoints! I'm not one for posting reviews but it was the customer care and courtesy of this company to go the extra mile even after giving him grief down the phone. 5 stars for food & staff 👍

I came past on one of our amazing sunny evenings and decided to stay and eat on the bench - it was perfect, nice and chilled, great burger, fries and chicken bites - really nice staff too, deserves to do well and I'll be back as this little area gets more of the pods finished off

Best chicken burger a must try

Ordered food from Eileen and Ann's, I had the Le Fume burger and messy fries with sour cream, cheese and spring onions. The food was excellent, not greasy at all and the chips were crunchy and not soggy. Our order was slightly delayed but there was no hesitation on informing us of this so it's no problem. Would absolutely recommend!

Food was so good we ordered more half an hour later 😄 new favourite, awesome x

First time trying this place, I have to say the food was great, the burgers we had were really tasty lovely fresh buns and good salad none of that nasty iceberg lettuce Dirty fries where crispy and smothered in sauce , can’t beat that no soggy chips

For the second time in a row the service has been awful. Food delivered way late, closing off the job to look good. This time it was over a hour and a half. With not so much as an apology.. given how much they charge and the cost of delivery. It seems that they don't care.

Burgers were wrong, when I phoned up was told nothing could be done, no refund and then was told they would phone me back, waited 10 mins and they had then turned their phone off.

My last delivery which was scampi was iffy to say the least, but I thought I'd give them another chance chips and chicken bites were OK, burger left a lot to be desired it certainly didn't taste like top notch beef as advertised I only ate a 3rd and binned the rest. No 3rd chance will be given not worth £23.00.

Delicious! We call this place “decadent burgers” in our family because they are such a treat. We each have our “go to” favourite and the sides are great too. I wish they had a website to order through or were on an app though.

High quality and fresh burgers, the best I've had in a long time. Not a big menu but does exactly what the name tells you - sells burgers! Can't fault anything with the food. Delivery was great on a Saturday night and food was still warm. Will definitely be ordering again.

This place always delivers top quality restaurant grade burgers, yet to have a bad delivery from Eileen and Ann's yet, at least your paying for good quality food when ordering from here, would defo recommend. top notch!

The burger was pretty decent but it took an hour and a half to arrive so can’t say I was too enthusiastic by the time it got here.

Chicken burger overcooked, dry and tough to bite and chew. Disappointing for somewhere that usually delivers great food.

Ordered chips with parmesan and garlic. Not only was there no detectable taste of garlic or parmesan, but the chips were just a soggy, mushy mess and tasted of stale oil that needs changing.. The burger was likewise not worth the money. At this price, I would expect just real minced beef, not something akin to pre-made burgers from the wholeseller. Won't be ordering from here again.

First time having E&A. Good service, arrived on time but disappointed with the food. Chicken wings were lovely although the sauce had spilled out everywhere into bag. Burger was cold and chips were rotten as if they had been cooked in rancid fat. Maybe I was just unlucky as I’d heard great reports. Disappointed ☹️

Food is lovely but would be better if the price minimum was lower for people buying for one. Chips are amazing but when paying £7 for chips I was expecting more bacon on it. Struggled to find any bacon at all for the first few bites. Was probably only about 10 tiny bits of bacon on the whole thing.

By far our favourite takeaway! So pleased that I was given a just eat voucher for my birthday & this was without a doubt thee best place to use. Burgers are outstanding quality. We order here at least twice a month & standards are consistently high

Freshly cooked, good quality burgers and fries. Bombay chicken burger is unique and very tasty. Le Fume burger was thick and juicy. Salt rock fries were crisp. Polite staff. Good job guys! Highly recommended.

Food was delicious and the guys at the door were polite and helpful, let me sit in my car until the order was ready and brought it out. Only downside is me and the other half are busted now as the portion size is immense 😂

I would leave 0 if I could. Ordered 3 hours early through just eat as it’s my birthday today and was sent a message saying my order was cancelled just after 5pm when I was planning on collecting at quarter to 6. Rang through and was told “we don’t use just eat on the weekends”. Absolute disgrace. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Have tried most of the things on their menu and nothing has let me down. It's usually more of a case of what appeals to me most on the day. One caveat to that is I usually get the 'Messy Finger Fries' regardless they're THAT good! Staff are polite and helpful. Nothing negative to say.

Hard, overcooked and dry burger patties dressed up well . If it was a burger fashion contest it would win hands down. Unfortunately any burger is only as good as the burger & the chef. Rip off

The parmesian and garlic chips were very well done! Good portion size and very flavourful. The surfs up burger was one of of the nicest I've had in Bangor, good quality beef for the patties, cheese, and salad in the burger. This place may be my go to place if I feel like a burger! If I have one criticism I'd like to see more options for chicken burgers on the menu.

Sooooo tasty every time! Bombay chicken burger and Le fume have become our 'usual' but we have tried every single one of them and they are beautifully cooked and presented. Never too saucy or dry. All flavour combinations are just perfect 👌 thank you!

What gorgeous food. Tasty burgers topped with cheese aoli mayo and juicy crispy scampi and the sticky finger fries are out of this world. Abit on the pricey side for just a burger, but you get what you pay for. Actual resturant quality food to take away.

Food is always so nice normally, it has came cold the 3 times we have ordered but we reheat, although tonight it was freezing and had a weird smell to it and just didn't taste right. 32 quid in the bin 😢
