The Drovers is a quintessential village pub with a fine history offering good quality meals and snacks plus a wide range of beers in a cosy and attractive environment. Landlady Cherryl offers a warm welcome and living in the village is a font of knowledge on local attractions

16 of us went for afternoon tea. Absolutely amazing food and service. Excellent place and location. The lady working there couldn't do enough for us

Sixteen of us went to the Drovers for Afternoon Tea. This was the first time for Cheryl to do an afternoon tea since taking over the pub (she was honest about this when booking), but you would never have known it. The table looked beautiful, was decorated with gorgeous china cups, and spring daffodils. The food was plentiful, with an abundance of lovely sandwiches (crusts on), scones, cakes and welsh cakes. Honestly, Cheryl could not do enough for us, the whole experience was well worth it for the price. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a fabulous time yesterday at an afternoon tea we booked. Everything was beautiful even down to the napkins. The lady couldn’t do enough for us.

Afternoon tea. This was amazing. The lady was so friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble and food was plentiful! She was run off her feet but still managed to ensure we had the best experience. And lots of take away boxes provided for the many cakes and sarnies we couldn’t eat! Would highly recommend.
