Poor attitude towards myself for No reason at all, Asked to pay £20 cash and the rest card and got drew a dirty look. Then apparently the server 'accidentally put it to £25 for the card payment'. Fantastic Not!

I work near the place and always heard good things and when I pass it in the afternoon it smells divine. So after all these years my missus and I gave it a shot. We had a baby with us so we parked up outside and called it in, we get somewhat the same from our local Chinese which are common items so that's fine. 20 min wait which is great, especially since there was a steady stream of customers, always a few cars parked waiting. The price was good maybe slightly higher than our local but within the ball range. The special fired rice was great and so was the gravy and the missus loved hers. But we always get a portion of salt and pepper chips and me being a fatty S&P chicken, I think it was strips. Sadly the S&P range brings it down. Feels more like an after thought than a proper dish. It was fine though. A great take out overall and well priced. The smell didn't let me down and still makes me straving when I go past.

Ordered a happy meal to take away, shocked by the amount of reduced food in the package. The 4 tiny spare ribs were mostly smaller than the onion slices. No price increase, but a pathetic small offering instead. Feel ripped off, and wont be back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered a take away got home to find it was the wrong order, the woman behind the desk was so rude it was unbelievable it was as if it was my fault they gave me the wrong order. The food was obviously not kept warm, whilst I was returning the wrong order. I will not be going back as the food was also terrible . We have used this place before and it would be alright if it wasn’t for the old lady behind the desk that finds it ok to speak to customers in the most disgusting way. AVOID

Took over 2 hours to arrive. Got told to ram it at the door when they did come. Top tip - always pay by cash and it takes hours and hours to come and you can tell them to poke it when it finally does

Worse Chinese ever, we’ve ordered shredded crispy beef, noodles and fried rice. Crispy beef was rock solid and there was no beef just deep fried batter. What a waste of money

Wouldn't like complain about the place as gets very good reports .I had a Chinese noodle soup from them with chicken an mushrooms.Smelt very funny.Continued eat it .Later on I had severe stomach ache lasted all night an is still sore to this min.Reported to Chinese weren't really interested said let kitchen staff know .No offers of free meal or discount .Not happy at all. Had to be reported.Either chicken was off mushrooms weren't cooked right.I felt ill quite immediately

This place used to be excellent, but standards seem to be slipping a bit lately. I have ordered the same thing for years, Singapore chow mein. Twice now I've received special chow mein! Although this dish is still quite good, when you've been looking forward to something all day, then wait an hour for delivery, its just not the same.

This really is the best Chinese in Dunfermline. I do try others but when back at the Dragon Inn I find the service excellent, the speed for take away by far the quickest and the food is second to none....! The Best.

Staff are shockingly rude. All my calls are recorded and my order was wrong. The lady on the phone insisted she was right although I listened to call back and she was indeed INCORRECT. Tried to explain this to the delivery lady who brought my replacement but she actually said "I'm not interested" when all I wanted her to do was pass on a message. Not the 1st time staff have been rude over the phone. They have no customer service skills at all and the owner should be shot for keeping her on. Foods ok, providing they ever get it right in the 1st place!

Beef curry with fried rice was definitely not recommended. Beef was not cooked as very tough,stringy and not edible. The rice was hard and very stodgy. Full meal was very greasy and could not eat it Definitely won't recommend and will never use this Chinese take away again

Very poor service. Ordered a delivery tonight, was told 50mins-1hr. Phoned when it hadn’t been delivered within an hour and a half. Was told the driver had gone to the wrong door as the woman on the phone had told him the wrong door number. Food came after an hour and 40 mins, FREEZING COLD. Phoned and then told to wait ‘maybe’ an hour for the driver to come back and refund my money. Ridiculous service, horrible woman over the phone that shows no empathy. Not the first time I have had a terrible service from here. Do not order!

A great, well established take-a-way with a good menue and delivery service. We have been using the Dragon inn for years and have no complaints.

Well i would recommend this chinese as the food is really good but the service from the front of counter staff was shocking. Called to make a comment about an extra item in my delivery and was confronted by aggression from the lady on the phone saying I ordered this extra item which I did not and then she said I was using foul language at her. Good chinese BAD front of house service!
