cant pack up the order properly

Delivery very fast and good hot

I order from here quite frequently and recently my drinks and/or ice-creams have been forgotten. Once is fine, but I've experienced this three times in a row, and the money does add up. I don't really want to say to the drivers or call the store because I'd feel silly making them come back for a bottle of juice or an ice-cream. All I can say is that I hope better care is taken when packing orders.

Received home delivery tonight. Have now had 3 domino meals since saying I would nt order again. BUT I was wrong. My grandchildren came over and that's what they wanted. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Grandpa and I were given a little taste and when I am wrong, I'll admit it. We really enjoyed domino's food tonight. Thank you.

A wee mix-up with a few of the orders when I was in collecting, but the staff were very polite and sorted everything sorted out. Got a deal online, so pleased with that, but they forgot my dip with one of the pizza!🍕

Missing items from my order. Spoke to the delivery driver outside about it and she never spoke a word and totally ignored me and walked away and back into her car and drove away. For a moment I thought she was going to get the items from car but nope. Would have been good if the driver (I think her name was Julie) responded and apologised about missing items and told me any information I need to know if I could get a hold of these missing items. But didn’t happen I stood outside my house confused wondering if she was going to get items from car but she just drove away instead. I phoned the shop but wasn’t much help

Pizza is always lovely. Staff really helpful. Website timed out and I thought I'd ordered twice. Phoned shop and they confirmed only one order and really kind about it as I was worried.

Been going downhill lately. My parter collected our order and my pizza was wrong (i ordered a medium but they gave a large) my partner pointed this out but the staff were rude and "couldn't understand" what the problem was and didn't want to change it. He then had to return the entire order and re made the whole order... That, i can't understand.

Good stuff was ready on time for pick up

Just ordered over £27 worth of food from here today wed 24.11.21 to be delivered by my neighbour 5 Doors Down obviously the delivery driver cannot read address or is in too much of a hurry i Phone up Domino's to tell them but They did not care it will be your last 😣

Opted for in car collection and despite outlet having lots of staff and no queue, they didn't deliver to car as arranged. Waited 15 mins in car and when went in, staff were dismissive and couldn't care that my food had been sitting ready. Outlet had my number so should have called to say they were not going to bring it out and I was to go in. Food warm but not hot. Wouldn't use this outlet again.

Order wouldn't complete in app. Staff so friendly n helpful.

Updating my review here, as last time I reviewed this dominos I gave it a low rating due to 3 orders missing some of the food. However we have had more orders since then and they have been spot on. Delivery drivers have always been on time and friendly as well.

Can't fault them at all. Food is always nice and there's always great deals on and the staff go out of there way to sort things for you

Placed an order which came to £40.23, applied a deal which stated 40% off of orders over £40, which should have brought the price down to £24.14 but in actual fact I was charged £36.83, which is only 10% off ... CONNED

Open 11 till 2am seven nights ( great for late night snacking) collection or delivery. Wife choice of Pizza toppings done just how you like it + parking right outside.

Poor food, not as good as it used to be. As if they've cut down on ingredients, flavourings & toppings etc. Hate to say it but we think Papa John's is better, never ever thought I would say that !!

Disgusting mushy pizza. (Updated) You couldn't lift a slice it was so bad. It was the worst pizza I've ever had, and there's been a few! I ordered on-line and collected, pizza was about £ 10. For compensation they sent a £ 25 voucher, which should get nearly three pizzas. But that voucher can only be applied to their over inflated delivery prices! Not when you pay the regular collection prices. I'm not going back ever again, and the offer of one replacement pizza at those prices isn't enough to temp me. Instead, visit Tesco next door and buy a pizza out the freezer. The Chicago Town ones are far far superior to Dominos. UPDATE. So I tried to order for delivery. If I'm not getting regular collection prices why should I not just opt for delivery using the £ 25 voucher? It just barely gets the pizza and the cheapest side they have (which I intended to reheat and have with soup later - there's only two of us eating). But alas, even though you're using a £ 25 voucher from Dominos it falls below the £ 9.99 minimum to get a delivery! Their voucher is practically unusable. Unable to get regular collection prices and unable to order a delivery either. Shockingly bad customer service from Dominos. I was willing to give them another chance but now I won't be back.

If you like fast food they are quick to deliver to your door they always special offers

Called at 5am to get a pizza delivered for 6.30 now it's 6.50pm and still waiting called and it took them ages to find my order got told then driver left at 6.30pm that's no good to us with going out at 7pm very disappointed

Listen food good prices good and so is service so all you cheep skates out ther buy a chinky and dessert for £11 including a tub off b&g s best of luck and that includes your delivery

Way to pricey time is good it's fresh but value for money no ,,,,

got pizza after twelve hour shift was cold not happy, probably sat in the store for ten min before it went out for delivery

I do love it but the fact u have to pay over £10 to order something is really bad😕
