Domino's Pizza in Lewisham

I've had two extremely bad experiences with this branch and its staff. Whoever the staff member is who handles the phones has no place interacting with members of the public and needs serious retraining. I was courteous and polite but he was rude and condescending to the point of shouting at me. I was willing to let it go the first time but will never order from this branch again and would advise others to steer well clear unless you enjoy Dominoes staff talking to you like you're a piece of sh*t.

Ordered a cheese pizza tonight which is burnt. I called and spoke to the VERY RUDE MANAGER ALVIN who is trying to tell me its virtually impossible and thats how it should look ..like really?? Papa Johns everyone!!!!! Will never order from here again they are rubbish and rude.

I have ordered from this branch in total 4 times. 3 of those times, I did not receive the food i had ordered and when I called to inform of this, the customer service operative who dealt with my phone call was both rude and dismissive. It is for this reason that I have chosen to boycott this branch. Customer service training is much needed for this branch.
