Domino's Pizza in Enfield

The restaurant delivered food to a stooge at a vacant address who used stolen bank details to pay online for the food. The delivery driver would not return my call to ask for details of the address some 3hours from where I live. They would not return my call.

A few weeks ago we have placed an order (we frequently order from them) 2 large pizzas and 2 wedges but the wedges came uncooked. We called them up and the lady staff said she could send me some and it would be 20 mns waiting so we didn’t want it and she said you could get them for free next time. So today I ordered again and called them to add the wedges and the man I spoke to sorry I cannot call him a gentleman , was so rude. He said on the system it says one portion of wedges and I said no there was two. You could check my last order and see what I have ordered. “You are saying lady said so, which lady there are two ladies, it says one portion that’s all I could send “ is what he said. I explained to him it wasn’t even about the wedges anymore he shouldn’t act like I am lying. I said check my order date and check tour staff time table for the day and find out. It isn’t rocket science, we are running a business too. He started becoming rude and kept repeating himself in a rude manner one portion , one portion. I said don’t even send the p e portion but your customer service is ridiculous!! The voice tone and rudeness he has was unacceptable for a company like Dominos. I mean if you are giving a franchise please then follow up the staff whom bring your reputation down! Ridiculous customer service and unacceptable manner!!
