Me and my boyfriend ordered a pizza and dough balls last night we got half and half anyway I was so Ill being sick and couldn’t leave the bathroom for most of the night was awful, it’s now today and I still feel the same. My boyfriends step dad also had some of my pizza and was also sick. I won’t be ordering here again.

Refused to deliver my pizza because I could not get to the communal door of my flats (due to arthritis). Contacted the store to complain and the duty manager stated that they are not insured for that type of delivery. Left a message for the store manager to contact me and had no response.

Been taken over by immigrants that can't cook or speak English.

Not bad food but always something missing unless you check the boxes before you leave. Staff are pretty friendly ! Just Overpriced basic pizzas tbh!

Food was good like always but I visited for collection and after receiving notification that food was ready the staff couldn’t find my food. Took like 5-10 mins for them to find my food.

Very good service, had a lot of trouble at the counter getting my order to work but one of the younger gents came over by the name of lewis and he got it sorted for me, decent conversation, decent food and all around great attitude. That young man needs a raise!

Girl at the front counter took 10 minutes to take our order as was on her phone. Gent in the back asked if we had placed an order after five mins, we said we hadn't and he apologised for the wait but stated she was the only one in the store that day who could do it. Gap in service for when order being taken and walk in customers come in which prevents smooth service and causes a wait. Food was decent though and staff friendly enough

It made my friends poorly and. The food wasn’t cooked correctly and it is very expensive and it’s card only it should be cash aswell

Absolutely shocking service been messed about for 3hrs lost the order at first then to be told it will be here within 20mins to not turning up at all yet still charged us! Not impressed

Not happy at all! A few weeks ago, I ordered a pizza and it turned out that it had a hair in it. A nice long black hair. My friend spoke to the Manager who apologised and said she would speak to the staff about the importance of hair nets. In return she said if I went in and gave the number we rang on, I would get a free pizza as compensation. I went to get this tonight ... And the manger has not registered the number! So when I went to query it, the staff member would not give me my pizza, not too sure I want a pizza from there again anyway .. might get an extra topping again. - If anyone wants a suprise topping? This Domino's is the place. :)

Rude, just rude. Had to shout as ignored for ages. Very reluctant to come over Asked for a menu, as nothing on wall or computer, again reluctant to give one. Asked for help... Response 'i don't know really'. Asked about the offers as advertised, apparently the website and in-store are 2 weeks out of date. Asked for a receipt, till broken. Here's hoping the pizza is better than the service. It better be amazing just to gain that star that I had to give. I'd have walked out if it had not been for one disappointed child.

Gave up waiting went elsewhere. 3 attempts to deliver to an easy to find works address in a town centre. after attempt 1 they called to say there was no answer and they had been outside for 20minutes and returned to the shop, upon checking our CCTV this was not the case, attempt 2 they called to say there here which they clearly weren't, on the third attempt my partner answered the phone and had to explain where we were and give directions turns out they had been trying to deliver to an alleyway a few streets away?? By the time it arrived it was cold, squashed and looked like something the dog chucked up. Put it straight in the bin and ordered from local takeaway instead which arrived in good time was hot, fresh and a fraction of the price. Requested refund from just eat for the wasted domino's.

Why can't you just get simply 50% off delivery off one pizza

Bit weird that there are no obvious menus and wall covered in instructions to download app. Turns out they keep menus behind counter. Don't accept cash. Although there are a couple of tables, I would not choose it as a venue for a sit down meal

Is my first time to visit domino's but the order is was very fast and the staff is very friendly but EVELYNE IS VERY nice and friendly it's my first time to see someone evelyne she is so so friendly all the best for her. thanks for verything

I hate leaving bad reviews on stuff but I had to this time. Ordered a double decadence margarita, and only got one slice in. It genuinely was the worst pizza I've ever tasted. The cheese in the middle was like a knock off dairylea that had gone rancid. Soz

The Worst dominos I’ve ever had

The last time I ordered a pizza from Dominoes I ordered a sweetcorn and pineapple pizza, there was only 7 small pieces of pineapple and around 20 kernels of corn, they must be on a topping economy drive because my pizza was almost £20, and even then when it arrived it was just lukewarm, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement as they used to pile the toppings on earlier this year, all 4 pizzas we ordered that night had barely any toppings on and nobody was very happy, won’t be ordering anymore from there I now know of another pizza place not very far from there who are less expensive and make a decent topped pizza.

Order was incorrect when delivered, rang the shop and was told they would send the correct item. Still waiting almost an hour later!!! Spoilt tea as couldn't eat together, won't be ordering again.

1hr 40 minutes and 2 phone calls later we have no pizza. Apparently it’s on its way half an hour ago after being sat in quality control for 40 minutes. Staff were not helpful at all. Really poor service. No apology.

You deliver rubbish in my door and its littering when we cant even use the menu or codes.

First time using domino's and we weren't disappointed, there were 2 guys working at the till and both were super helpful, chatty and happy. We wanted a special pizza for our grandson and he said no problem, typed it into the the till and 20 mins later we had 3 piping hot delicious pizzas to take away. The guys were polite and friendly when we went back in to collect and we got a lovely hello and bye bye too. Would highly recommend this branch at Fleetwood.

Absolutely ridicolous, their managment is as much as a joke. They did not manage to deliver the pizza 3 times, clearly their fault. Still, no help or anything from those highly incompetent, rude staff. The pizza is fine but everyhting else is a joke. Waiting two hours for the pizza, whenever called they said the driver is going to be there in 5 min, so they also did not allow for any freedom of movement I had to wait all the time right there because they made about 10 false promises. In addition they pretended it is our fault, being rude and anything but helpful. This is not how I would like to express how I feel about this job. But f*** you. F****ing joke.

The pizza is fine. It tastes the same as any other Domino's franchise. However the one time I visited the service was very slow. And I mean like an hour long wait not just a few minutes longer than expected.

Very quick service and tasty pizza lots of good quality toppings . Shame the free garlic bread did not arrive 😕. I would like to know how to apply for the NHS discount online 🤔

When your paying the prices it's really not hard to get two small pizzas a drink and pot of sauce all delivered is it. Useless dosile bunch definitely recommend waiting for north shore to start deliveries never have they missed an item

Absolutely fantastic service I have experienced over the last 6 months. Ordered at least 10 times, never let me down yet. Pizza is absolutely fantastic always cooked to perfection, and the italian style base provides the same experience that you get from an italian restaurant. Customer service is phenomenal, perfectly handled on the phone, and the delivery drivers are always friendly and efficient. Highly highly recommend if pizza is what you are looking for.

I ordered a cheeseburger pizza. I Asked for it to have none of the veg or any of that on, because veg on pizza is for massive nonces. You dafties can't even get that right? No wonder you're stuck on minimum wage living with your parents at 30. Disgraceful. 2 stars because you can make a cheese pizza at least. round of applause. Stoned out me bean too so i was fuming..

love the pizza here never been disappointed, always satisfies me. there is a lot of options for what pizza im gonna get for example I could get half and half different flavours.

My previous review gave 4 stars because it's been entirely satisfactory, but since then every pizza ordered has either had something wrong with it or it's not been delivered at all. Two stuffed crusts ordered in one meal, neither stuffed but charged for was the final straw. And that's happened more than once. I even got someone else's pizza once & had two delivered that appeared to have been shaken around vigorously. As Domino's pizzas are expensive you expect what you pay for to be of high quality. It's Papa John's from now on for me I'm afraid.

The local always clean and nice. The service is good. We prefer The delivery, always is on time and food still hot. Is not expensive at all. We like it.

Haven't tasted the pizza yet but the service was poor. The web site tried to overcharge me. Whilst trying to explain this to the person serving me he interrupted me to answer the phone. I paid the correct amount and, after my name had disappeared off the screen because my pizza had been waiting so long, I enquired after it and they tried to charge me for it again. ( Having now eaten the pizza, which was good, I have increased the rating).

Terrible don't visit. They make horrible pizzas and eh n you try to report it they say they can't do anything

Disgraceful service, pizza topping stuck to the box lid! Waited 2 hours for a 'not squashed ' pizza to not arrive complained again to get a not so satisfying response from them!!! Not like your pizzas are cheap!!! Customer services need addressing

I absolutely love getting dominos their pizzas are the best around the only thing that lets them down is the price is expensive if it weren't for that I would get them more often!

The pizza was lovely but chicken wings were microwaved so sloppy. My bill ended up with a 99p at the end the assistant said we have no pennies so you can't have change in a rather rude way, what if I was 1p short would you have served me! A think a polite sorry we haven't change would have been the polite way! So my experience of your take away Was poor and I will be sending a complaint to the CEO of domino.
