Daltons in Lisburn

"The Boss" sub was absolutely fantastic. Although I didn't recieve the free soup of the day as advertised, I wasn't too bothered as the sub was so packed with fillings I could barely finish it lol Great food as always 😋

Move to Haslems lane to smaller premises means less choice for sit in option. Good quality food as always however noticeable increase in prices. £8 for a sandwich.. expensive.

Pictures of iced latte have cream, was disappointed mines arrived without, sandwich was nice

Food was cold and the bacon was like cardboard and delivery time kept getting longer and longer.

Dalton's have moved to Haslem's Lane. The premises are smaller than before but the staff remain the same. The food is as good as that in the old premises with a wide range of cutomisable sandwiches available. I'll be back.

never ate from here before once trying sandwiches well filled and fresh will deffo be ordering agin x

Ordered food at 12:45, food arrived at 2:45(Nearly 2hours late). Normally i wouldn't complain about lateness, but the food that arrived late was shocking. Didn't get the correct salad on sandwich. Sandwich was plastered in sauce.

very late, i paid for this at 9 this mornign and wanted it delivered at 1 and somehow it was still 30 mins late, we had missed our lunch time and ended up with cold food, i want a refund now!

Daltons has definitely went downhill. Food is not what it used to be. You need to start getting your bread from Jeffers again as it was so much nicer!

Food is great they do a very nice Caesar salad and sandwiches. Service is lovely feels like you're part of the daltons family when you're ordering they are very accommodating. Atmosphere is quiet but there's a nice seat at the window which is lovely to sit at. Definitely recommend for lunch although a wee bit pricey.

Driver was unhelpful , totally ignored what I stated on the comment section which was on the just eat docket just eat driver to see.

Luxury festive lunch absolutely delicious!! On time, hot and plenty of gravy!

Have had the festive chips a few times which were good so went for the festive roll instead. Unfortunately it wasn’t nice. There was no gravy and the roll was swimming in cranberry sauce. I couldn’t eat it.

Christmas chips were fab, maybe a bit more gravy but couldn’t fault anything else!

I wish you would change gloves between making different sandwiches. There were little bits of lettuce through my chicken wrap and I do not like the taste it was really disappointing.

Food worth the wait , just forgot my wheaten with soup after such a long wait but girl was very helpful on the phone and this was resolved

Delivery was fast and food was lovely and warm, festive fries were delicious as was the children ham and cheese toastie. Would definitely order again.

Daltons have gone above and beyond, once again! The staff at daltons work tirelessly to meet all of your needs and I can’t thank them enough! I ordered platters for a work/lunch event and collected the platters this morning. These consisted of white and brown bread sandwiches, wraps, fancy finger food, hot food, tray bakes and vegetarian & gluten free platters. They were beautifully presented and the food went down an absolute TREAT. I can’t thank the staff enough for creating these beautiful platters. We had 18 attendees and not one person walked away without saying how brilliant the food was. Our meeting consisted of VIP members so these compliments to Daltons food was something really special to hear!! They have went above and beyond and may I add, how brilliant they were with our vegetarian and gluten free attendees. They went out of their way to make separate dishes for each of them on top of the vegetarian / GF platters! Everything was labelled perfectly so there was no confusion for those who had restrictions. Each person got AT LEAST a full sandwich/wrap, lots of different choices of hot food, a wide selection of finger food and a tray bake along with a selection of sauces for their meal. Phenomenal platters! Hands down, the best sandwich shop in Northern Ireland. Beautiful food, beautiful service and beautiful/kind/helpful staff!! 5 star service ⭐️

No sugar or sauces.. got with previous order ..sugar was requested I'd say the hot dog was more a sausage bap as no onions etc and coffee was cold unfortunately

I haven't been in Daltons for a while, and whilst I only had coffee and a tray bake. I couldn't fault the food. On a recent visit, I had a sandwich, which was OK, though disappointed the bacon wasn't heated. Though the staff are great

A staple of Lisburn, their chicken tikka is the nicest Ive had. Unfortunately at £8 something for a wrap, has gotten a bit dear for me.

Toasted sandwich was soggy was like it was reheated, delivery time terrible kept changing had to ring.

Food excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return 🙂

Haven’t had a takeout from Dalton’s in about 5 years and have to say it will be longer than that before I am back. £9.00 for a sub with not a lot of chicken mix as the filling. Extortionate.

Popular eatery located in the exclusivley pedestrians only zone of Lisburn's Market Square. Sandwiches to order from the overhead menu board or according to customer's requirements. Moderately expensive but generous heaped fillings. Eat in or take away, friendly and efficient female staff. Usually a queue of hungry customer's daily from midday!

Was shopping in Lisburn on Friday and as I was feeling peckish I decided to give Daltons a go….BIG MISTAKE….If I could give zero stars I would. Awful service from staff with no customer care who clearly have no idea what a gourmet sandwich is…. extortionate prices for mediocre sandwiches…….AVOID…

Over priced and awful. My daughters sandwich was dry chicken in bread. The staff had miserable faces on them. also no toilet facilities ? I've raised this with Lisburn council today also.

Best sandwiches with the loveliest and friendliest staff! My friend and I go here for take out sandwiches and always end up getting a good laugh and chat with the ladies making our sandwiches. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than some places but I can honestly say that every single thing you're served is the freshest and tastiest about.

Thanks so much guys. When I ordered the soup wasn't ready but they sent it round in a separate delivery. Really appreciated this as I'm having chemo and living off soup at the moment. They didn't even know about the chemo it's just their high standard of customer service.

I waited 2 and a half hours for this delivery i have never experienced service like this before with just eat and i use it all the time but its making me not want to use it anymore i also had to pay the restaurant for the food so in total i paid over £34 for two sandwiches iam not happy at all about this.

Didn't get what I ordered some things missing

Delivery driver argued with me about being in the right place and left it with someone they thought worked with me. They left it in an entirely different building site. I'm lucky the staff were kind enough to call me so I had to drive across a large business park to pick up myself. Was freezing by the time we got the order.

absolutely love daltons. the nicest place for brunch. the soup and sandwiches are gorgeous and everything is always as fresh as possible.

I'm not sure how many times bacon needs to be recooked, but they must have reheated it, in my bacon bap at least 5 times...luckily it wasn't for the kids for it would of broken their wee teeth...such a shame

It's just a shame the app doesn't allow u to order exactly what u want or customise sandwiches.

Order was perfect, nothing missing and on time. However, visiting Daltons in Bow Street has always been an exceptional experience for me, the sub/sandwich is always out of this world. I'm not sure whether it's me (probably) or the sandwich but getting it delivered it just doesn't taste quite as magical, not sure why. #confused

Food was delicious but they had no knowledge of the order when we went to collect it so we'd to wait for it to be made and it was therefore pointless ordering via just eat. It also cost us more as just eat charged their fee.

Just had the Festive Fries. They were absolutely amazing. All the food was really tasty & delicious and there was also plenty of food and loads of extra gravy. I will definitely be ordering these again. For anyone who loves a Christmas dinner I would 100% recommend this 🥰

How are they allowed to be open, when not offering toilet facilities to customer. This is against the law. But don't worry I was advised to go across the market square to the museum in the rain to change my babies nappy......

Food is always amazing! And customer service is fantastic, ordered a bottle of juice that they didn’t have so they sent two other flavours to make up for it.

Daltons had to deliver as your system had been hacked. Showed for hours that driver had collected when they hadn’t then delivered. Just eat is our data safe if someone has hacked the delivery system just to get the delivery money.

Friendly service, good range of food, I like their sandwiches with a wide range to choose from and ample fillings also thier hearty soups are great.

My order took over 40 mins to get a driver assigned. This is no fault of daltons, its a just eats fault. Food was delicious as always 😍
