Superb food, great service! Strongly recommend Cromwells!

Just had the best meal on our first visit to Cromwell's. Our meal was tasty and the service was first rate. We definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Ate In Quality has gone now Orders taken incorrectly leaving cold food Ordered Tandori they dished up Tika ?? Ordered mushroom baji they bought out paneer spinach side dish ???? My nan bread so cold whilst waiting for Ordered dishes about 10 to 15 mins not brilliant Tandori chicken and Mushroom Baji when it did arrive was very bland and tasteless Was our favourite eat out restaurant but just fast food and takeaway now in our opinion The food was 5 star in the past something must have changed ???? No charge for tandori or paneer which wasn't eaten anyway Shame

Authentic Asian food from genuine friendly Nepalese family run restaurant. Ash is a complete gentleman, a kind and caring host.

We haven't been for a while & there are new, young staff, keen to please, keen to describe the menu & as it's October educating us on their culture & festival. Food was fabulous with new dishes which we tried & loved. I had goat, not very spicey, on the bone & deliciious. Husband enjoyed his chicken dish too. One dish, prawn starter had possibly too much batter on them, prefer if they made the batter alot lighter? If you come here to eat, relax, chat, drink & enjoy. They don't rush you & give plenty of time between courses so enjoy the food, enjoy the superb staff & relax...

We’ve been to here four times, and each visit has been fantastic. The food is always delicious, with great taste and consistency. The service is fast, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We especially want to give a shoutout to Raj and Sabina, who consistently provide excellent customer service. They make every visit enjoyable with their warm and professional demeanor. Free parking is an added bonus, making the overall experience even more convenient. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back !

Excellent meal friendly,& helpful staff, great service

Food was absolutely fantastic, but the delivery took 2 and a half hours to arrive, with no communication and them not even answering the phone in the meantime. Clearly whoever runs the place is having an absolute nightmare, and the chef is doing all they can to keep the outfit going. Very reluctant 5 stars (the food was just too good).

Ordered at 7:30 through Just Eat. Ordered many times in the past. 2.5 hours and still waiting ! I have phoned the restaurant 25 times tonight and keeps going to voice mail. They only answered twice. Promised it was 15 minutes away. That was 40 minutes ago. Still waiting. Absolutely dreadful !!

Great food and atmosphere we especially enjoyed the the chicken frontier with coriander naan.

As always the food is excellent. I have used this place for several years. Both eating-in and takeaway dishes are always excellent. I would rank this restaurant as one of if not the best of its culinary style in Worcester.

OMG. What has happened? I always liked going here and having a take away from here. But the last few times the food has been a bit off. Until tonight where it was so bad I couldn't eat it. I'm saddened that this once cracking restaurant has gone so far down hill I won't be going again. Tonight we opted for takeaway. Chicken madras was so salty, onion bhajis were burnt in places. Very tiny amount of dip. In todays current climate we don't often treat ourselves to take out food. I'm gutted we wasted just shy of £50 on this woeful food. Still can't work out what went wrong with Cromwell's. So sad 😔

Only went in to see what lay behind the 'interesting' colour choice of the outside! Glad I did - great food, great service - always very welcoming.

Great food - dreadful delivery service. Firstly, the chicken tikka massala, rice and bombay aloo were very tasty. Sadly, I only realised once the delivery had arrived, that part of the meal was missing! 3 phone calls and an hour later, the starters arrived! Rather chaotic ordering. I tried online, but site didn't work. All a shame really.

We always have a take away and order on the website, this always works well and the food is ready on collection. Food is excellent!

Food was great but the staff were very rude as our table was originally booked for 7 people but sadly 4 couldn't make it due to ill health and family problems,3 of us went and all staff were complaining they set a table for 7 people they were very arrogant,snappy and made us wait for food and drinks. The bill came and charged us for 7 people not 3. Don't think I will be going back there again it was a birthday meal ruined.

Chicken balti was delicious so was the chicken towa , we also had keema rice which was nice and keema nann was done to perfection.

I organised a birthday meal for my sister for her 20th birthday because we have been going here since we were younger and it’s special to us. It’s safe to say that the service has been exemplary continuously for the 10 years that we have been going to cromwells. There was 15 of us (which was originally 8 that I booked online but they were very flexible with my amendments and were happy to accommodate us) Everything was timed perfectly with a impeccable service and we couldn’t fault it in any way. The staff all participated in singing for my sisters birthday and clapping and cheering and it was all very wholesome. The experience was amazing and the staff all made you feel at home ☺️ Thank you cromwells for always providing the best service and very very delicious food. The best curry around, without a doubt 🥰 We will be back very soon! :)

The food is fantastic, the service is great, nothing to complain about. We had our staff party here a few years ago and booked for last year but due to covid we couldn't go due to having a large party (20 lads). We were gutted. They are accommodating, friendly and we cannot wait to have our work Christmas meal there this year with of our lads. We will definitely be making up for not being able to go last year. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality food with good friendly service.

Recommended by several people, and they are all correct. I noticed a female chef, a rarity in male dominated kitchens , which may explain the home cooked authentic dishes. I felt like I was eating home food. Tasty and good quality ingredients, far superior to the St John's Nepali restaurants. The order was made on phone. Very friendly and easy. Picked up piping hot food in 20 minutes. The dahl was perfect, the magic tikka uniquely tasty, the simi aloo was perfectly spiced, and the lamb chickpea curry was rich and melt in the mouth. Peshwari nan was delicious too. My children tasted everything. Thankyou for a wonderful dinner.

Bright yellow, really bright yellow. But don't let that put you off. The food is fantastic, the service is attentive, and the beer is cold. They were accommodating even to four worse for wear lads, and the curry is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Always my go-to for a curry these days, the food has remained consistent throughout every visit and the staff are extremely attentive, especially with large groups. Curries are full of flavour, aren't too oily as I find too many other restaurants are, and a good blend of meat, spices and vegetables with the sauces. Cromwell's is well worth your time and money!

Consistently superb food with friendly service. Unable to fault the food and I've been coming here for over 10yrs!! It isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! Look forward to my next visit 😋😋

Best Indian food in 30 mile radius 👌

The onion bhaji's, we're excellent but the main course and poppadoms were a real let down. The jalfrazi just didn't have any spice to it and the poppadoms were a bit soft. Nan bread was oddly a bit gritty too. Beer was good though.

Building doesn’t look much from outside but don’t let it fool you! Had one of the best curries I’ve ever had here and portions are big. Cant stress enough how polite and kind the staff are and made my time dining here and absolute pleasure.

Order as recommended by a friend we had to ring up after an hour to see what was happening over an hour later the food was delivered the food was cold the dishes were marked up wrong the food was really salty and TOUGH. Cost was £39 for starter and main course which to be fair properly one of the worst take aways I've had in a long time starter was discussing

If I could give 0 stars then I would. We ordered and waited 3 hours to then be told they will not be delivering our food at all.

Waited nearly 3 hours to be told our food wouldn’t be delivered as they couldn’t fulfil the order. I get it being potentially a busy night but maybe don’t take on work if you physically can’t fulfil it. Massive disappointment as I’ve only heard good things about this place otherwise. Won’t be back.

My first curry in the area wasn't a let down, it was great, only issue is what I ordered wasn't very hot heat wise but it was my first one so now I know I can go for something hotter.

The food I had at Cromwells was well cooked and tasty. I've not had Nepalese food before and I have no idea if Cromwells serve genuine Nepalese cuisine or not, but there were genuine deviations from the usual 'curry house' fare which tasted good and were served in sensible portions. I will definitely be returning.

Good food just a shame I had to re heat it. Over 2 hours late. Called to check on my order a few times just to be told everytime there was traffic and It will be 5 mins (it is only 7 mins from my house) had two children waiting for food. Emailed and only had one response saying they don't appreciate me asking for amy money back as the food was nice and now ignoring me. Really bad customer service, food wasn't good enough to try them again! Complete waste of money on over priced meal and bad customer service

Handled a surprise visit from a group of 10 fantastically, provided excellent tasty meals. With a few dishes that were genuinely outstanding. We're friendly and gave great service. Will definitely add to the rotation.

Friendly staff, amazing food, it's the wrong side of Worcester from where I live but I still drive all the way over because it's worth it.

Food good, if a little pricey ....they especially get you on drinks. However, my low rating specifically relates to awful delivery service. I have waited 2.5 hours + for an order to be delivered 3.5 miles. The time before that items were missing and still charged for- no response to my email complaints either.
