Costa Coffee in Dungannon

The furniture is badly worn. Have to carefully look for a seat.

Hard cake , and no great selection

Costa coffee doesn't really appeal to my taste buds and their food prices are a bit on the high side for my liking ... however, the good news is ... it's close to McDonald's !!

I like the white hot chocolate out of here, the coffee isn't bad either. You can sit on yiur laptop and not be bothered which is good.

Not many people in when I was there but weekends there usually is a good amount of people enjoying a nice drink and food and with friends and family having a relaxing time 😁

Great coffee and great service. The only criticism would be the price for tray bakes, buns, cake etc. The prices charged for these items is incredibly over priced. The coffee is great and the service is also amazing but the prices are horrendously expensive

The couch is stinking like someone have died in it , they need to replace all the seats what a joke .

Pit stop on our way to Fermanagh - found it to be up to usual Costa standards and we enjoyed our visit in very nice surroundings

Great coffee and fantastic selection of other hot and cold drinks.

Cake was lovely but would have prefered to have had one of their pastries instead. This was not a viable option with a huge bluebottle repeatedly sitting on the pastries and staff doing nothing to chase it. The cake was covered. Their sign says home to irresistible coffee, I think that should say home to regrettable coffee given that the Costa machine in the garage provides better coffee. Such a shame!

Great service and they do a great caramel latte

I’ve given so many chances to this place. I always watch how coffee is made and it’s such a disappointment. Worst was the last time when I went there. Frappe was made just as iced latte (it was just ice cubes instead of blended ice), then girl gave me a lid that’s too big and then she remembered to add one more ingredient from recipe. It literally took her 6MINUTES instead of 6 seconds.

Great service, drinks and food but In my opinion overpriced 😆 or I need a better job... the only bad thing in my opinion is that Costa coffee shop is always dirty. All Costas I have been they have the same problem, amaizing service but the chairs and the floor are so dirty.

7/27/22- finally getting around to reviewing this place, I came here a few months ago while visiting Ireland and loved it. Great service, lovely atmosphere, and amazing drinks!

I have found it Understaffed and so so slow. After 5 visits,hoping service would improve--I will be going elsewhere for my relaxing Latte.

Nice clean inside, food was nice, hot chocolate absolutely beautiful, can't wait to Christmas whenever they have flavoured hot chocolates and their gorgeous desserts. Pleasant staff

Too expensive to be a frequent stop but definately an occasional treat. When I visited there was no loo roll in the ladies toilet which always means less stars in a review.

No gluten free in a branded coffee shop other than crisps who goes out to a coffee shop for a bag of crisps

Love this place. Friendly staff and amazing coffee!

This is a nice place to relax and enjoy a coffee. The problem I find here is the staff change a lot and the coffee is not consistent. This is because the staff are not trained. It is a pity as I said it is a nice place.

Ordered two drinks, both were made wrong. The first one should have been a decaf but was made with normal coffee, however the barista caught on and corrected before it was handed over. The second was also made incorrectly and when it was pointed out the server was completely disinterested and just dusted a bit of the flavouring over the top in the hope that it would hide the mistake. It didn't! Generally the coffee is good in Costa but my latest visit wouldn't have me rushing back.

Such a busy wee hub in the evening, so glad Dungannon has this facility for meeting friends for a coffee and catch up.

Bright window views in daylight. Cosy for meeting friends. Staff pleasant.

Staff very slow.Had a large cappuccino when I got home it was only half full.Need better staff

Big Hygeine Problem, no hand soap in ladies toilet for weeks and the facilities are dirty and don’t seem to be cleaned on a regular basis. Coffee and location are fine. Just needs someone in charge.
