Second time I have been served luke warm breakfast there (including coffee).Toast almost burnt. I don't think they can cope with too many orders at once.

Ahhhhhh!!! My new favourite favourite place ever! You guys have absolutely smashed it. It is so hard to find a great place that will also do gluten free, actually have nice coffee, boss food and service……these have an entire big fat menu with everything you could possibly want gluten free! I had French toast today for crying out loud!! (This never happens for us coeliacs) We got jalapeño honey hashbrowns, gluten free caramelised banana, toffee sauce and white chocolate crumb with chantilly cream (I mean what the hell- how unreal) and my partner got the new peach dish. All of it was unbelievable. The server even came and asked for feedback on the new dish afterwards!? Top tier service. I am literally planning my next visit asap rocky Can’t stop thinking about it! This place was really a great choice to have breakfast in Liverpool! The service was extremely kind, the vibes so good and the food delicious. Chai latte was excellent and the pastries so so yummy! Highly recommend, if we ever come back one day we’ll try salty too! Just a little pricy.

We found this place having wondered around for ages without finding anywhere that suited us. So glad we kept looking because Core was an absolute gem of a find. Lovely menu with something for most tastes. I had the chicken and chorizo sub and my wife had scrambled eggs on a croissant. All freshly made and very,very tasty,washed down with a pint and a glass of rosé,great value at £32. We look forward to coming back.

Really nice place, good food and cater well for and have an understanding of coeliac disease and the need for being careful with cross contamination.

First time here and so glad we came. Welcoming staff very friendly. Good coffee but amazing sandwiches with some beautiful flavour blends on them. Certainly will come back

Great staff and great food. Stumbled across this gem whilst visiting Liverpool and will 100% return if we’re ever in the area again. They do the best oat milk latte I have ever had. We visited there twice in a few days and staff were always friendly and the food was top tier.

We visited Core for breakfast whilst staying in Liverpool. Wow, what a place this is! A really friendly atmosphere, the staff are great, so is the food. Really enjoyable surroundings! We will definitely be back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Such a lovely place for coffee, breakfast, brunch and/or lunch. The staff were so friendly with such quick service, my flat white and Parmesan & truffle hash browns were unreal!! Will 100% be back to try more of the amazing menu !! :)

Wondeful place. Staff are so cheerful and friendly. Food is delicious with generous portions. Good GF menu too. Lovely place to relax.

We took our daughter here for brunch today and had a really lovely meal. The service was fantastic, food all delicious and the coffee was particularly good. Not sure how my daughter managed to get through the huge cooked breakfast she ordered but she did! We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve twice visited - I had the Core breakfast which was good quality and well presented; then the last visit I had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon - exceptional and on sourdough with little black pudding bits. The coffee is excellent and the young staff all extremely helpful. As a regular breakfast diner in town, this will be in my top three from now on.

WhilelLooking for breakfast we stumbled on this place, looks cool music good staff great and the breakfast was amazing, sorry I never took a photo. Price is good too. Well presented even our vegan friend found it exceptionally. Love the look inside well laid out bright and airy. Could not fault it and definitely will be returning. Give it a go you wont be disappointed

Excellent food. Wonderful presentation. Just looking at other guests plates had our mouths watering. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was delicious despite it having been a busy Saturday afternoon. Good price and very generous amount of food.

Happened upon the brand new Core by accident and we were hangry so we thought we’d give it a go. It has the look of somewhere a bit hipster ish but despite this the staff were really friendly and the food absolutely delicious. I had an open Brie sandwich and some truffle and Parmesan fries and my daughters had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast. Honestly, the portions were immense and it was all totally delicious. We were chatting to the man running it and he was very nice to boot. Hope this place does really well
