Long queue at bar where staff were dealing constantly with online orders - stood for at least 10 minutes with nobody being served. Why have a bar where you can physically buy drinks if all you do is fulfil online orders! Ordered Greek food using the app/page as that’s your only option - said delivery would be asap by 14:30 still waiting at 15:20…. Had to physically find the kitchen and ask for our food as there is no one to talk too… Faceless bullcrap crappy appy experience- terrible - will not use again….
