Always hot and lovely food. Customer service really nice too and they’re always on time. The only Chinese I like in this area

The China Garden customer service is absolutely shocking, placed a simple order on Saturday at 6pm for collection at 7pm and by 7.20pm it still wasn't ready, I've used this place a few times prior and I've never been impressed by the staff that take the otder, so if you want to collect your food at the correct the China Garden isn't recommend.

Honestly decent Chinese food, we got the Kung Po chicken and hot and sour soup with fried rice. The hot and sour was good, different than most hot and sours taste but good regardless. The pricing is really good. Cash only.

We were looking for vegetarian food, they had many options. We ordered omelet, noodles and stir fry vegetables, we got the food, they were very generous with portions and food was excellent for vegetarian options.

Had a great takeaway from this place om Saturday. Everyone was happy with their meal. Lady serving was very friendly. Decent prices.

We made a specific and polite request that one of the mains was not to include peas due to dietary issues. The person serving handed the meal over and reassured us there were no peas. Got back to the house opened the container and the meal was full of peas. How can someone get this so wrong? Unbelievably bad service.

Honestly the best allergen friendly meal I have ever had. Specially chef prepared gluten free milk free curry and was the best I have ever had from a take away. Salted chilli wings were were made for my husband without milk and he loved them. Thanks will definitely be back.

Good portion sizes at a good price

Kung Po King Prawn with rice Noodles I Required a simple dish with noodles and it 100% satisfied my palate and hunger ! Very generous portion of prawns and the sesame cashews were a great addition to the dish. Great value, super tasty.

Sagenhaft freundlich und gut. Hatten Sweet-and-sour und ein Gemüsecurry. Kroepoek gab‘s gratis dazu. Gut verpackt. Blieb ewig warm und hab keine Sauerei. Hat toll geschmeckt. Richtige Profis!

Food was delicious,and adaptable to your likes and dislikes. Staff friendly and prices reasonable compared to others. Good portions. Clean and efficient. Will be back soon. Keep up the hard work guys.

Lemon Chicken is out of this world. The staff are friendly, food is exceptional and not expensive at all. No deliveries but call in and you won't be waiting long. The place is spotless and well worth a try. Highly recommended.

Best Chinese/Asian takeaway in the area and service with a smile and a chat 🙂👍👏

Without doubt the best chinese takeaway food in Northern Ireland. I’ve used this place for years and never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and whilst it doesn’t do delivery it’s a great phone in and collection service.

Now if you stop in or around Bushmills, this is the Chinese to go to, food was excellent and plenty of it, bit hard to find if you are like us and only visiting the North coast. Stick it in the Sat nav folks you will be glad you did. Salt and chilli chicken balls are gorgeous. Nice dry and crispy. When I was there I witnessed the lady taking the orders wipe down the counter and came out and wiped all around the door, she was also wearing a mask.

Just had dinner from China Garden. It was amazing. King Prawns that definitely deserved to be called king and mixed vegetables so tasty and flavoursome. Everything was hot, hot, hot. Service excellent. Will definitely return here next time we are staying at The Kiln Wing.

When I first moved to the area. I tried the China Garden one weekend evening, when I hadn't the energy to cook. The person taking my order was friendly. Sadly the Chicken Curry only bore the most remote resemblance to what the average Chinese take-away serves. I use the word average on purpose, because I want to make clear, that I wasn't expecting the best meal of my life. There was some heat to the chicken curry, but other than that, no particular taste of any spices. The dish was so bad that I left most of it and my confidence in any complaint being handled correctly was so low, that until now, I never bothered to comment. You would be better throwing your money in the the nearby River Bush.

Very good food, staff are very friendly and will accommodate your specific order!

Really loved food every time we have been

Extremely rude owners. If you are fortunate enough to get the local ladies who work there on the counter then happy days. Owners are so rude, have spent a lot of money in this takeaway over the years and have now had enough of the rudeness of the owners. Doesn’t cost anything to be pleasant and polite. WON’T BE GIVING ANY FURTHER BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. Not even worth the one star

I cannot pass on a beef curry from China Garden and have had it many times. After such a stop start year it was a strain to miss out on my favourite Chinese carry out but have enjoyed it again. The amount of beef in the meal is generous and satisfying, and although there is a lot more on offer I'm sure it would be wise to opt for something else, but I may just have a beef curry again next time.

We rang and placed our order by telephone and asked for it be read back to make sure everything was included. It wasn’t, so we went over order again then drove in to collect it. When we returned home and opened the food, the meal for our youngest daughter was missing. I rang, and spoke to the girl who had taken our order who was totally uninterested. When I asked if I had been charged for the meal she said ‘I wouldn’t think so’, then hung up. This is not the first time our order has been wrong, but the horrible customer service today was enough to ensure I won’t be back. I’d encourage everyone to drive the few extra miles to Portrush or Dervock to get not only a much better meal, but to be served by someone who is fit to be dealing with the general public. If there was an option for no stars, this take away would get it!

Absolutely awful, no gravy with mixed grill, tiniest slice of chicken off a fillet included along with the smallest piece of beef and what I think was a slice of tinned bacon grill or spam, bland noodles, soggy salt 'n' chilli chicken, next to no sauce with chicken curry, service absolutely horrendous. Gave this takeaway a chance after years of avoiding it, will not make the same mistake again.

Food was nice even though it was wrong.

I was glad to see China Garden open again after the disastrous lockdown and still providing a tasty carryout meal for Saturday night tea. We enjoyed our favourite beef curry once again after going so long without one.

Quick, friendly service. We really enjoyed our vegetables in black bean sauce, my mum even wanted to order it again the next day! The only slight feedback would be to include a few more vegetarian dishes on the menu. Overall, really good (and inexpensive) takeaway

I was looking forward to a beaut salted chilli chicken and fried rice after a very taxing day at the office. Opened up my chicken and it smelt incredible. Took a bite, and now I can't feel my mouth. I continued eating, because I was determined to enjoy my chicken regardless of the taste. I could not continue the meal, because my nose started to run, and my eye were streaming. I went to wipe my eyes, and got chilli in those as well. Four hours later I am still recovering. Thank you so much for ruining spicy food forever. I look forward to my next visit to China Garden.

I’ve never been disappointed with a meal from here! It’s great value, and has fab sharing and children offers. You sometimes have to wait a while for your order, but it’s worth the wait!

Food wasn't that nice. Crispy chicken in salt and chilli should have been called soggy chicken. Was very disappointing.

The Chinese itself has been part of bushmills for a long time, latest owners are doing a good job continuing this on.

Take away food is something we rarely bother with but sometimes when on a weekend break we opt for a Chinese takeaway. The beef curry from China Garden is pretty tasty and it doesn't take long to get it. Perfect.

The guy in the counter was very nice but the food was awful and expensive. Honestly I wouldn't bother.

Arrived to Bushmills on Sunday 26th feb, found this wee Chinese on trip advisor, gave it a go even with the 2 reviews it has, orders satay chicken and salted chilli chicken, I have to say it was delicious, portion sizes were huge and it was very well priced. My girlfriend said it’s be best Chinese she’s had! Will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Great food the owners are nice too!

We had a really nice meal for seven of us from here. Everything was very tasty, and the duck was especially enjoyable.The lady taking our order was very friendly and very helpful.The only thing that let it down was the prawn crackers being stale. A real shame as everything else was so nice.

I love having a Chinese takeaway on a Saturday night and judging by the number of people ringing in orders or in the shop so do many others.I have always found the food tasty and quickly prepared and this preference has become a regular occurance for us when we are staying in the vacinity.

Had a nice meal from here. The honey chilli chicken was very tasty but quite lacking in the chilli, however the dry spare ribs we're great. Roughly standard prices for a Chinese takeaway.

There a lot of plants here that needed water. But it was a heat wave so they all died
